Study on Optimization of Urban Rail Train Operation Control Curve Based on Improved Multi-Objective Genetic Algorithm 基于改进多目标遗传算法的城市轨道列车运行控制曲线优化研究

A multi-objective improved genetic algorithm is constructed to solve the train operation simulation model of urban rail train and find the optimal operation curve. In the train control system, the conversion point of operating mode is the basic of gene encoding and the chromosome composed of multiple genes represents a control scheme, and the initial population can be formed by the way. The fitness function can be designed by the design requirements of the train control stop error, time error and energy consumption. the effectiveness of new individual can be ensured by checking the validity of the original individual when its in the process of selection, crossover and mutation, and the optimal algorithm will be joined all the operators to make the new group not eliminate on the best individual of the last generation. The simulation result shows that the proposed genetic algorithm comparing with the optimized multi-particle simulation model can reduce more than 10% energy consumption, it can provide a large amount of sub-optimal solution and has obvious optimization effect.

A Real Time Vision-Based Smoking Detection Framework on Edge 一种基于边缘的实时视觉吸烟检测框架

: Smoking is the main reason for fire disaster and pollution in petrol station, construction site and warehouse. Existing solutions based on wearable devices and smoking sensors were costly and hard to obtain evidence of smoking in unmanned scenarios. With the developments of closed circuit television (CCTV) system, vision-based methods for object detection, mostly driven by deep learning techniques, were introduced recently. However, the massive GPU computing hardware required by the deep learning algorithm made these methods hard to be deployed. This paper aims at solving the smoking detection problem on edge and proposes the solution that has fast detection speed, high accuracy on micro-objects and low computing budget, i.e., it could be deployed on the edge device such as NVIDIA JETSON TX2. We designed a new framework named RTVBS based on yolov3 and made a smoking dataset to train our model. We raised several methods to improve detection accuracy during the training step. The validation results show our model has excellent performance in smoking detection.

Parameters Optimization of the Heating Furnace Control Systems Based on BP Neural Network Improved by Genetic Algorithm 基于遗传算法改进BP神经网络的加热炉控制系统参数优化

The heating technological requirement of the conventional PID control is difficult to guarantee which based on the precise mathematical model, because the heating furnace for heating treatment with the big inertia, the pure time delay and nonlinear time-varying. Proposed one kind optimized variable method of PID controller based on the genetic algorithm with improved BP network that better realized the completely automatic intelligent control of the entire thermal process than the classics critical purporting (Z-N) method. A heating furnace for the object was simulated with MATLAB, simulation results show that the control system has the quicker response characteristic, the better dynamic characteristic and the quite stronger robustness, which has some promotional value for the control of industrial furnace.

Application of Dynamic Programming Algorithm Based on Model Predictive Control in Hybrid Electric Vehicle Control Strategy 基于模型预测控制的动态规划算法在混合动力汽车控制策略中的应用

: A good hybrid vehicle control strategy cannot only meet the power requirements of the vehicle, but also effectively save fuel and reduce emissions. In this paper, the construction of model predictive control in hybrid electric vehicle is proposed. The solving process and the use of reference trajectory are discussed for the application of MPC based on dynamic programming algorithm. The simulation of hybrid electric vehicle is carried out under a specific working condition. The simulation results show that the control strategy can effectively reduce fuel consumption when the torque of engine and motor is reasonably distributed, and the effectiveness of the control strategy is verified.

KNEMAG: Key Node Estimation Mechanism Based on Attack Graph for IoT Security 基于攻击图的物联网安全关键节点估计机制

: With the rapid development and widespread application of the IoT, the at-tacks against IoT vulnerabilities have become more complex and diverse. Most of the previous research focused on node vulnerability and its risk analysis. There is little information available about the importance of the location of the node in the system. Therefore, an estimation mechanism is proposed to assess the key node of the IoT system. The estimation of the key node includes two parts: one is the utilization relationship between nodes, and the other is the impact on the system after the node is conquered. We use the node importance value and the node risk value to quantify these two parts. First, the node importance value is calculated by considering the attack path that pass through the node and the probability that the attacker will abandon the attack. Second, in addition to node vulnerabilities and the consequences of being attacked, two quantitative indicators are proposed to comprehensively assess the impact of nodes on the system security, and the node risk value is calculated based on the grey correlation analysis method. Third, the key node in the IoT system could be obtained by integrating the node importance value and risk value. Finally, the simulation experiment result shows that the presented method could find the key node of the system quickly and accurately.

A New Method Based on Evolutionary Algorithm for Symbolic Network Weak Unbalance 基于进化算法的符号网络弱不平衡新方法

The symbolic network adds the emotional information of the relationship, that is, the “+” and “-” information of the edge, which greatly enhances the modeling ability and has wide application in many fields. Weak unbalance is an important indicator to measure the network tension. This paper starts from the weak structural equilibrium theorem, and integrates the work of predecessors, and proposes the weak unbalanced algorithm EAWSB based on evolutionary algorithm. Experiments on the large symbolic networks Epinions, Slashdot and WikiElections show the effectiveness and efficiency of the proposed method. In EAWSB, this paper proposes a compression-based indirect representation method, which effectively reduces the size of the genotype space, thus making the algorithm search more complete and easier to get better solutions.

Correlation Analysis of Control Parameters of Flotation Process 浮选过程控制参数的相关性分析

The dosage of gold-antimony flotation process of 5 main drugs, including Copper Sulfate, Lead Nitrate, Yellow Medicine, No. 2 Oil, Black Medicine, with corresponding visual features of foam images, including Stability, Gray Scale, Mean R, Mean G, Mean B, Mean Average, Dimension and Degree Variance, were recorded. Parameter correlation analysis showed that the correlation among Copper Sulfate, Yellow Medicine, Black Medicine, as well as the correlation among Gray Scale, Mean R, Mean G, Mean B, is strong, and the correlation among Dimension, Gray Scale, Mean R, Mean G, Mean B, as well as the correlation between Stability and each dosing parameter, is week. It also indicated a feasible way to decrease the complexity of flotation control system by reducing some parameters.
