As the development of smart grid and energy internet, this leads to a significant increase in the amount of data transmitted in real time. Due to the mismatch with communication networks that were not designed to carry high-speed and real time data, data losses and data quality degradation may happen constantly. For this problem, according to the strong spatial and temporal correlation of electricity data which is generated by human’s actions and feelings, we build a low-rank electricity data matrix where the row is time and the column is user. Inspired by matrix decomposition, we divide the low-rank electricity data matrix into the multiply of two small matrices and use the known data to approximate the low-rank electricity data matrix and recover the missed electrical data. Based on the real electricity data, we analyze the low-rankness of the electricity data matrix and perform the Matrix Decomposition-based method on the real data. The experimental results verify the efficiency and efficiency of the proposed scheme.

: Human beings and their activities are now connected through Internet of Things (IoT) with the evolution of wireless communication technologies. IoT is becoming popular and its usage is immensely increasing among various sectors. In this research paper, a comprehensive review has been conducted by considering recent and important literature review on IoT applications being operated in three major sectors. The three sectors studied are health, sports and transportation and logistics. Paper explored that with the help of IoT techniques, different miniature sized devices are invented which can record various parameters of human body, wearables devices have been invented which are playing important role in monitoring and recording daily fitness are working on CIoT technology and IoT emergence in the field of transportation and logistics helps in resolving several issues including conveniences, navigation issues, service cost and security issues. All the papers reviewed are journal published from 2010 to 2020. In latter part, this paper also highlighted security, privacy, reliability, consumption of various resources and policies as significant challenges for IoT.

: Compressive sensing theory mainly includes the sparsely of signal processing, the structure of the measurement matrix and reconstruction algorithm. Reconstruction algorithm is the core content of CS theory, that is, through the low dimensional sparse signal recovers the original signal accurately. This thesis based on the theory of CS to study further on seismic data reconstruction algorithm. We select orthogonal matching pursuit algorithm as a base reconstruction algorithm. Then do the specific research for the implementation principle, the structure of the algorithm of AOMP and make the signal simulation at the same time. In view of the OMP algorithm reconstruction speed is slow and the problems need to be a given number of iterations, which developed an improved scheme. We combine the optimized OMP algorithm of constraint the optimal matching of item selection strategy, the backwards gradient projection ideas of adaptive variance step gradient projection method and the original algorithm to improve it. Simulation experiments show that improved OMP algorithm is superior to traditional OMP algorithm of improvement in the reconstruction time and effect under the same condition. This paper introduces CS and most mature compressive sensing algorithm at present orthogonal matching pursuit algorithm. Through the program design realize basic orthogonal matching pursuit algorithms, and design realize basic orthogonal matching pursuit algorithm of one-dimensional, two-dimensional signal processing simulation.

Carbon monoxide (CO) is harmful to our health, and even causes death. The main source of CO is automobile exhaust. Therefore, this article determines that CO is the emission factor, and finally the evaluation model is established. The model provides an important basis for the highway construction project design, traffic management, environmental pollution control, energy saving, environmental evaluation and so on. Compared with the traditional method that calculates the road traffic volume through the air emissions model, according to the total amount of air pollution control, this paper builds the emission diffusion model, which calculates the road traffic volume by road exhaust density. First of all, this paper measures CO emissions by testing 435 multifunction detectors from Shanghai typical roads, and compares the results with the national standard control. According to the standard in automobile exhaust emissions, the extreme values of the traffic volume over the road are calculated. Finally, the model’s reasonableness and accuracy are validated through case study. The results from case analysis show that the evaluation model is of great practical significance.
