The purpose of this research is to find out whether there is an effect of Capital Adequacy Ratio and Islamic Social Responsibility on Return On Assets both in terms of partial and simultaneous testing. Collecting data in this study is to use secondary data from the financial statements of Islamic companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index. By using two blades of analysis, namely simple linear regression analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of simple regression analysis, it is known that partially CAR affects ROA and partially ISR affects ROA. Then simultaneously CAR and ISR influence ROA. Therefore, the role of profit in the company has an influential role, because the main objective of the company's operations is to achieve maximum profit. Information on profit achievement is not only useful for external parties such as the public as users of Islamic financial institutions as service companies and internal parties as parties who carry out or run the company in order to determine steps how to run the company to make a profit.

Mutual funds are designed to raise investment funds. The objectives of this study are: to determine the performance of mutual funds on the LQ-45 index is higher than the performance of equity funds in the Indonesian capital market and to measure the level of efficiency in the capital market using CAPM modeling and using Net Active Value (NAV) data per year for the 2015 period. -2019. To determine whether a mutual fund is good or bad, it is not measured by how much the return has been generated or by how big or small the risk of fluctuation is, but this is seen from how much the mutual fund performs with its reference index. If the performance of index mutual funds is better or the performance of stock mutual funds is lower overall, the capital market can be said to be efficient. The results of this study indicate that the performance of the LQ-45 index mutual funds is smaller than the performance of the more superior stock mutual funds above. So it can be concluded that the Indonesian capital market is an inefficient Indonesian capital market.

Indonesia is a country that has great potential for the development of the halal industry. This is certainly one of the biggest opportunities in increasing the halal food industry with the influence of Indonesia's large Muslim population. Indonesia accounts for 12.7% of the world's Muslim population. This research is a descriptive study with qualitative and phenomenological methods. While the data used is library data which is supported by several articles relating to this research. Then analyze the data obtained by providing a descriptive explanation of the form of text, images, and symbols that are connected. The purpose of this study. To increase awareness about halal products in Indonesia, it will be more optimal if there is a government role in handling the development of these products directly and sustainably. One of the methods in developing halal food in Indonesia is to socialize the advantages of halal products that are conceptualized and comply with the criteria of Islamic sharia. This can also be done by researchers, participants, media (mass and print) and educational institutions that are still in the realm of Islam.

The research aims to determine the effect of: Promotion Mix on Purchasing Decisions, Prices on Purchasing Decisions, Product Display on Purchasing Decisions, Service Quality on Purchasing Decisions at Anugerah Farma Pharmacy in Gorontalo City and to determine the Effect of Promotion Mix, Price, Product Display and Service Quality on Purchasing Decision at Anugerah Farma Pharmacy in Gorontalo City This research approach is a qualitative descriptive approach. This type of research is a survey, namely analyzing the facts that support the information needed to support the research discussion, in solving and answering the main problems posed. The data were obtained through distributing questionnaires, then the data were analyzed descriptively and multiple regression analysis. The results showed that partially the promotion mix had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Price has a positive and insignificant effect on the decision. Product display has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Service quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Anugerah Farma Pharmacy and simultaneously the promotion mix, price, product display and service quality have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Anugerah Farma Pharmacy, Gorontalo City.

This study aims to analyze the dimensions of job satisfaction and its influence on employee organizational commitment at the Regional Finance Board of Pohuwato Regency. The data used in this study are primary data that comes from filling out questionnaires. The study population was 59 employees using the census method. The analysis technique used to answer research problems and test hypotheses is multiple regression analysis with the help of Statistical Product Service Solution (SPSS) software which is used to analyze the data. The results of this study are (1) there is a positive and significant effect on the satisfaction dimensions of the job itself. toward employee organizational commitment, (2) there is a positive and significant influence on the dimensions of satisfaction on salaries on employee organizational commitment, (3) there is a positive and significant influence on the dimension of satisfaction in supervision of employee organizational commitment, (4) there is a positive and significant influence on the satisfaction dimensions of employees promotion opportunities on employee organizational commitment, (5) there is a positive and significant effect of the satisfaction dimensions of coworkers on employee organizational commitment, (6) there is a positive and significant influence on the dimensions of satisfaction in working conditions on employee organizational commitment. The dominant variable that affects organizational commitment is the satisfaction dimension of promotion opportunities. The findings of this study indicate that if the dimensions of job satisfaction are increased, the organizational commitment of employees to the organization will increase.
本研究旨在分析波胡瓦托地区财政局员工工作满意度的各维度及其对员工组织承诺的影响。本研究使用的数据是来自填写问卷的原始数据。采用人口普查方法,研究对象为59名员工。用于回答研究问题和检验假设的分析技术是多元回归分析,使用SPSS (Statistical Product Service Solution)软件分析数据。本研究的结果是:(1)对工作本身的满意度维度有显著的正向影响。对于员工组织承诺,(2)薪酬满意度维度对员工组织承诺有正向显著影响,(3)员工组织承诺监督满意度维度对员工组织承诺有正向显著影响,(4)员工晋升机会满意度维度对员工组织承诺有正向显著影响。(5)同事满意度维度对员工组织承诺有正向显著影响;(6)工作条件满意度维度对员工组织承诺有正向显著影响。影响组织承诺的主导变量是晋升机会满意度维度。本研究的结果表明,如果工作满意度的维度增加,员工对组织的组织承诺也会增加。

Tujuan dilakukan penelitianini untukmengetahui bagaimana pengaruh dari suatu harga, kualitas produk, dan juga kualitas layanan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan.Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian desain survei secara crossectional. Dalam penelitian ini sampel merupakan Mahasiswa di Lampung dengan jumlah 100 responden. Dengan menggunakan uji statistik dilakukan Structurel Equation Modelling berbasi PLS. dengan melakukan uji validitas menggunakan nilai faktor loading, sedangkan untuk uji reliabilitas menggunakan nilai cronbach’c alpha, composite reliability dan Average Variance Extracted (AVE). Setelah semua hasil item indikator yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini valid dan reliabel, kemudian dilakukan uji hipotesis. Dari ketiga hipotesis yang diajukan seluruhnya terdukung, namun untuk hipotesis pertama tidak signifikan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya menjaga kualitas produk dan layanan yang baik, agar mendapatkan penilaian konsumen yang baik, selain itu penting juga untuk menjaga kualitas produk agar konsumen tetap loyal terhadap produk

Abstract This research aims to identify the difference in the mean return and risk of regular and sharia stock listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange as a provider of secondary data listed in the consumer goods industry in the 2019 period. The data analysis techniques in this research are using descriptive and inferential statistics analysis. The results of descriptive analysis within 1 year showed that the average return of regular stock is -0.0018342 or -0.18% while the average return of Sharia stock 0,0009238 or 0.09%. The risk level of regular stock during the period of 1 year is 0.0539309 or 5.39%. while the risk level of sharia stock is 0.0142570 or 1.43%. Based on the results of inferential analysis research using a different test (Independent Sample t-test), obtained result that there is no significant difference between return and risk of regular stock and Sharia stock. Seorang entrepreneur memiliki karakter yang membuat dirinya mampu untuk menjalankan wirausaha. Karakter tersebut tentu sangat baik untuk dapat dipahami secara bersama-sama. Dengan memahami karakter seorang entrepreneur, maka bisa menjadikan anak didik agar bisa membentuk karakternya sejak dini. Penulisan ini dimaksudkan untuk dapat memberikan penjelasan lebih jelas mengenai karakter seorang entrepreneur. Kemudian, bagaimana cara dalam membangun seseorang agar bisa memiliki karakter entrepreneur. Saat ini, sudah seharusnya masyarakat bisa menjadi pengusaha dan menciptakan peluang kerja baru bagi masyarakat lainnya. Diharapkan, dengan penulisan ini dapat memberikan manfaat untuk semua pembaca. Terutama agar bisa bersama-sama membangun karakter seorang entrepreneur melalui pendidikan. This study is an empirical study, entitled "Ekuitas Merek pada Perusahaan Online". The purpose of this study was to analyze the measurement model of brand equity in a online company, that if the traditional measurement model that has been used in the offline company applied to the online company.Subjects in this study were users of social networking site Facebook. The object of this study is brand awareness, brand value, brand trust, brand loyalty, and brand equity. Based on the results of research and data analysis with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) showed that: (1) The level of consumer awareness no positive effect on brand equity from online business brand, (2) The value of the brand is not a positive influence on brand equity from online business brand, (3) Levels consumer trust is not a positive influence on brand equity from online business brand, (4) Positive impact of consumer loyalty to the brand equity of the business brand online, (5) Brand awareness has a positive effect on the value of the brand online business associations, (6) Brand awareness have a positive effect on the association of brand trust in online businesses, (7) The perceived value is not affected positively the trust level of brand in online business; (8) Trust has a positive effect on the level of brand loyalty in business online, and (9) The perceived value has a positive effect on the level of brand loyalty in business online.The implications of the above conclusion that in order to achieve the highest power of a brand, brand equity is measured in the form of an online business, an effort that can be done is to consider each of the dimensions of brand equity, including brand awareness, brand association (in the form of brand value and brand trust), and brand loyalty.

Perkembangan teknologi informasi sangat mendukung masyarakat mendapatkan informasi. Informasi pada media baru dapat menjangkau seluruh lapisan masyarakat. Adanya kesadaran masyarakat tentang arti pentingnya informasi dalam berbagai aktivitas kehidupan. Masyarakat informasi menghadapkan kita pada tantangan baru dan perkembangan menuju masyarakat berkomunikasi dengan saling bertukar informasi. Dalam perkembangan teknologi informasi yang pesat dapat mempengaruhi perekonomian bisnis masyarakat. Perkembangan budaya masyarakat memunculkan aktivitas ekonomi media yang makin lama makin besar pengaruhnya pada kehidupan sehari-hari masyarakat. Informasi dikelola dengan baik, disajikan tepat waktu dan dikemas semenarik mungkin dengan teknologi dapat dikembangkan sebagai suatu komoditi yang bernilai ekonomis. Ekonomi dan bisnis media adalah bagian dari ekonomi secara keseluruhan, khususnya yang berkaitan dengan pemenuhan kebutuhan informasi sera kebutuhan eksistensi diri, serta kebutuhan komunikasi dan kebutuhan nonfisik lainnya dari sebagian masyarakat. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan studi literatur dengan teknik pengumpulan data kepustakaan dengan mengambil di pustaka, membaca, mencatat dan mengolah bahan penelitian. Zaman teknologi yang semakin berkembang dan sumber informasi yang cepat sangat dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat. Pada era media baru ini, masyarakat tidak lagi kesulitan dalam mencari berita yang fakta dan aktual, namun masyarakat juga perlu menyikapi stimulus yang datang dengan pengetahuan serta wawasan untuk mengambil langkah. Dengan peningkatan dan meluasnya pemahaman mengenai ekonomi dan bisnis media serta informasi media diharapkan akan menghasilkan tambahan wawasan ke masyarakat.
