Well-being in the society and improvement of people's life standard is linked to sustainable development in the society. Stimulation of the sustainable growth can contribute to the community development, creating of better conditions for society in the future. Identifying organizations success factors can contribute to stimulation of sustainable development and better conditions for the future. Competent and appropriate leadership is crucial and decisive in organizations development and in creation of business competitiveness. That is why studying leadership and leadership stiles becomes essential. Therefore, in this paper, appropriate and effective leadership style, is discussed. Paper begins with a short introduction and background description of the leadership topic, followed by problem discussion, research question and the goal of the study. The purpose of the study is, to identify relevant or appropriate and adapted leadership, and what it embrace and consists of. And thereby launching different concept and different perspective on leadership’s role, function and tasks. The introduction ends by a short method discussion and approach of the present study. Part 2 deals with a short discussion of earlier studies and theories about leadership. The leaderships tasks and functions which are discussed are; a) Governance and control of organization, b) Coordination of different activities, c) Cooperation internal and external, d) Combination of different resources, and finally e) administration and planning. Leadership styles are discussed, as well as leaders roll and leaderships, crucial abilities and skills for creation of competitiveness in organization. It is dealing with description and discussion of different views on leadership, and development within leadership research. This part ends with an integrated model about leadership’s central role in organizations competitiveness. Part 3, deals with presentation and discussion of the evidence and empirical collected data from some companies. Part 4 is final discussion and conclusions. Recent and newer discussions about leadership are concentrated around leadership styles (charismatic, transformational, transactional and LaissezFaire) or leadership based on position, person, result or process. But the question that should be asked is; if it is the leadership style which is decisive or interaction between leadership style, function-role, type of organization, leadershipscommitment, abilities and skills? The discussion ends with conclusions. The preliminary results of the study indicates that the success or failure of leadership is not dependent on leadership style. It depends on whether the leadership style fits the organization in general. Appropriate/competent and efficient leadership can be achieved in interaction and co-operation with organization ́s internal and external context.

Educational institutions play an important role in preparing an individual to bear the burdens placed on him in order to contribute in the development process of his society and his nation. Universities are one of the most important educational institutions that play an active role an in preparing the specialized working power in various fields of life. The current research paper attempts to bridge the gap between accounting curriculum and accounting profession by analyzing the accounting curriculum adopted by the accounting department at Al-Zaytoonah university of Jordan, and to find out to what extent it matches with the international accounting standards, and finally developing a mechanism to harmonize the accounting curriculum with the international accounting standards.

Although various government assistance and support are made available to aid undergraduate students to start their own business while studying, readiness among the students to engage in entrepreneurial activity is still low. It is essential to determine the factors that hinder undergraduate students from venturing into business while studying, as the future working environment largely depends on the enthusiasm, the agility, and the creativity of these generations. Studies on the factors that cause undergraduate students not to opt entrepreneurship are indeed imminent. Hence, this study is meant to enhance our understanding the link between business start-up challenges and entrepreneurship intentions in explaining why undergraduate students are more likely to seek employment, instead of generating their own income. This study utilized the case study methodology and selected several undergraduate students from a research university in Malaysia as the research setting. This study discovered five factors, including lack of family support, lack of resources, lack of social networking, fear of risk, and aversion to stress, which hinder undergraduate students from starting a business. These insights are useful for academic, entrepreneurial educators, advisors or consultants, and policymakers to enhance entrepreneurship intentions in supporting entrepreneurship activities among undergraduate students. Keyword: Entrepreneurship intention, undergraduate students, lack of family support, lack of resources, lack of social networking, fear of risk and aversion to stress Introduction The entrepreneurial activities of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) are important to improve the economy and the well-being of the country (Hatten, 2006; Hoelscher and Elango, 2012; Urbano and Aparicio, 2015; Malaysian SMEs, 2017). Entrepreneurship has emerged as a national agenda in many nations, including Malaysia, due to its potential in advancing both the people and the nation (Zahra and Wright, 2016). 5 International Conference on New Ideas in Management, Economics and Accounting Paris, France November 2-4, 2018 62 Small businesses are trendy in the present entrepreneurship as they contribute to employment, political, and social well-being of people, apart from promoting innovative power and competitiveness (Thurik and Wennekers, 2004). Nonetheless, limited business experience, lack of social capital, and reluctant to take risk are the major reasons these undergraduate students are unwilling to venture into business (Shandhu et al., 2011; Qunlian, 2011; Shamsuddin et al., 2017). In this line, Sharma and Madan (2013) indicated that undergraduate students are inclined towards seeking jobs after graduation. It is critical to highlight the challenges of starting up a venture among undergraduate students to boost their entrepreneurial intentions. According to Akmaliah and Hisyamuddin (2009), Malaysian students are keen in becoming self-employed, but they lack confidence in becom
(Ismail, et al., 2009;yang - keat and Ahmad, 2012;Sivarajah and Achchuthan, 2013;Raeesi et al., 2013;Ambad & Damit, 2016)。

The effectiveness of aid, among many factors, depends upon the prevailing law and order situation in the recipient economy. Despite receiving relatively large aid inflows, the economy of Pakistan has not performed well and aid effectiveness is often subject to debate. This study has analyzed the role of conflict in explaining economic growth process and aid effectiveness in case of Pakistan, I have constructed conflict index to gauge the role of conflict in Pakistan economy. By using Generalized Method of Moments (GMM) technique and fully modified OLS, the results establish negative association between aid and economic growth in Pakistan. Moreover, through construction of aid-conflict interactive term, it has been established that aid provision in presence of conflict remains ineffectual. Furthermore, results have highlighted that aid made its way to finance arms imports in Pakistan to fight terrorism. This study suggests that Pakistan cannot avail gains from aid without elimination of conflict.

This article reveals some major prospects and constraints of the Small and Medium Enterprises Sector from the East-Planning Region of the Republic of Macedonia. The economic profile presented here, only reaffirms its great significance for the overall condition of the regional economy as the numbers show that over 99% of all active enterprises from this region fall into this category. The analysis of the prospects and constraints is designed as a comparative study of the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats gathered from the interviews conducted and the documents examined. It will provide further indication and a starting point for the following series of additional researches within the project named “Forms of finance of the growth of the small and medium-sized enterprises with a focus of the East-Planning Region in the Republic of Macedonia”. Specifically, the intention of the ongoing project which is internally funded by the “Goce-Delchev” University from Stip, is to identify the most dominant sources of finance, detect if they pose limitations for the SMEs, and promote some alternative and modern forms of finance. Also, the project will produce a proposal of a possible framework of enterprise policy intended for the policy makers and the other interested parties in this sector. During the assessment of the standard elements of this framework, a set of interacting measures will be recommended also, for the purpose of enhancement of the entrepreneurial environment. Nevertheless, the survey reveals that indeed, the financial problems are real and present for the small and medium firms, and that the traditional sources such as bank loans, do not match the growing needs for finance of these firms, not in a quantitative nor in a qualitative sense irrespectively. This gives only a further justification of the researching efforts we plan to accomplish amid the continuing project we are involved in.
