: Introduction. The tourism sector is the most globalized sector of the world economy, as it is constantly expanding its activities in the countries of the world, opening up new opportunities for development. Globalization conditions of business development require enterprises in the sphere of tourism to work closely together and to consolidate their activity, to find new ways of cooperation. This is very difficult to achieve in the context of isolated activity, when the enterprise is a closed system, so in the field of tourism to become effective enterprises get open systems, which are forced to create complex business structures, which include enterprises from different fields of activity and different countries of affiliation, which ensures their further development. Purpose and methods. The purpose of the study is to analyze and systematize the forms and directions of integration of tourism and other companies operating in the tourism market in the context of the systematic integration of tourism enterprises in the global space. The research uses such general scientific methods as monographic, system analysis, synthesis, and generalization. Results. The article found that the integration of tourism enterprises can be carried out in three directions: integration in the formation of a tourism product; integration in the promotion and sale of the tourism product; integration of financial support for the processes of formation, promotion and sale of the tourism product. In each of the areas of integration, tourist enterprises can choose different forms of organization of their activities, which forms a system of integration of tourist enterprises. Conclusions. The scientific novelty of the obtained results is the formation of a system of integration of tourist enterprises, which, unlike the existing ones, allows the tourism industry enterprises, depending on the stage of work with the tourism product (formation; promotion and sale; financial support) to choose the directions and forms results lies in the possibility of their application in the practical activity of domestic enterprises of the tourism industry to increase the efficiency of their activity, increase competitiveness and as one of the possible strategic directions for further development.

: Introduction. The relevance of the article topic is due to the fact that we live in a systemic revolution of society, its political, economic and social subsystems. The deep nature of the phenomenon of the system is not fully understood, and traditional management methods are unable to cope with the growing complexity, dynamism and systems instability. Purpose and methods. The purpose of the article is a theoretical analysis of the phenomenon of the system in the context of the system paradigm of management philosophy as a meta science, which allows to significantly expand the horizons of the managers vision of public organizations in terms of increasing international interdependence. The methodological basis of the study is the dialectical principle of cognition, systemic, historical, philosophical approaches to the study of organizational phenomena and processes in society. Results. The history of system ideas development has been investigated. The existing methodological approaches to defining the essence of the phenomenon “system” have been analyzed. The essence, role and significance of the system philosophy of management, its key aspects and worldview paradigms have been revealed. A conceptual approach to the typology of social systems has been proposed. The basic principles of construction and functioning of social systems in the context of the system philosophy of effective management aimed at preserving the integrity and viability of systems have been substantiated. Conclusions. The scientific novelty of the research results is the deepening of theoretical positions on the system and system philosophy of management, the holistic view development of this complex organizational and philosophical problem and substantiation of approaches to solving its ontological, epistemological and value-semantic aspects. The practical significance of the obtained results is manifested in the possibility of their use in the management of social systems and in supplementing the general theory of systems and philosophy of management with new provisions on systemic as the basis of the modern concept in management.

: Introduction. The study is relevant due to considering of socio-cultural life arrangement positive and negative domestic experience at the current reformation of professional education in Ukraine. Purpose and methods . The aim of the article lies in the analysis of arrangement peculiarities of students’ leisure at professional schools in the period of the Post-war Recovery of Ukraine (1945-1950). The study used methods include general scientific (analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, typology, abstraction) and special (problem-chronological, comparative, systematic, retrospective, hermeneutics and content-analysis elements) methods. Results . The research reveals that the extra-curricular activity and organized leisure time of students at labour reserves educational establishments, primarily, were additionally political-ideologically and military-physically oriented. It also used the principles of authoritative pedagogy. Conclusions . The scientific novelty of the research results is that for the first time the analysis, classification and characterization of specific types of students’ free time organization were made, as well as efficiency of the motivation and control means of leisure arrangement model was evaluated. The practical significance of the results is reflected in the presentation to modern educators and students of the leisure organization peculiarities in the post-war period, which has an important pedagogical and educational role and can be used in the preparation of specialists in the specialty “Management of Socio-Cultural Activities”.

: Introduction. Modern transformational processes in the socio-cultural sphere are due to the rapid spread of technologies that shape the personality of the future specialist in art institutions of higher education in Ukraine. A specific feature of directing art projects is the ability to expand the range of a certain worldview, to create conditions for the effective acquisition of professional knowledge and skills in the training future managers of socio-cultural activities. Purpose and methods. The purpose of the article is to identify current trends in the use of directing art projects in the training managers for the socio-cultural sphere. The research used systematic and methodological-didactic approaches, methods of analysis and synthesis, comparison and empirical methods, which proposed the structure of the discipline in the relationship of its main elements and determinants. Results. The main results of the research are to substantiate the need to introduce the direction of art projects in the system training managers of socio-cultural activities and use modern directing technologies in the socio-cultural sphere. Conclusions. In conditions of a modern institution in higher education, scientific provisions on the importance of directing in the acquisition of professional knowledge and skills, which allow to addition, identify and form the value competencies and competitiveness of the future manager of socio-cultural activities. Promising in the future is the study of favorable environment of the institution higher education in which the formation of the future manager of socio-cultural activities by way of directing art projects. modern approaches to the use of directing tools, the formation of knowledge, skills and abilities in the context of professional training in the system of higher education institutions are analyzed.

: Introduction. The relevance of the socio-cultural field is growing now. There is a necessity of highlighting the innovative forms of future socio-cultural activity managers’ education, connected with manager activity content, dealing with keeping and sharing of cultural values management. Purpose and methods. The purpose of the article is theoretical analysis, systematization, and generalization of the scientific research concerning the justification of trainings usage peculiarities in future socio-cultural activity managers’ education. In the course of the research, such general scientific methods as analysis, synthesis, systematization, and generalization of theoretical issues have been used, as well as specific scientific methods of terminological, retrospective, systematic-structural, and structural-functional analysis. Results. Key moments in the history of trainings emergence and development have been highlighted. Kinds of trainings have been analysed: personal-oriented, skills-building, marketing, managerial, staff training, and organizational ones. The structure of trainings preparation in the professional education of future socio-cultural managers has been systematized, which is specified under the following indicators: stages, sections, aim, examples of implementation. Trainings content has been analysed and its illustrative subject matter has been presented. Teacher-trainer personal qualities have been distinguished, and his professional excellence elements have been detected. Conclusions. The scientific novelty of obtained results is in the concretization of the concept “training”, systematization of training preparation structure, and providing illustrative for future socio-cultural activity managers’ education; practical value is in the possibility of obtained results usage in the universities’ process.
