Many companies use a Specific Time Work Agreement (PKWT) system for their workers to streamline expenses. However, in practice, it is not uncommon to encounter violations that are not in accordance with Law No. 11 of 2020 on Job Creation. This study uses a normative-empirical method with data collection techniques in the form of literature studies that have been studied legally by secondary, tertiary, and analyzed by means of a qualitative approach. Based on the research results, the authors found a discrepancy between PT. Telmark Integration Indonesia in the implementation of PKWT in Article 81 number 14 and Article 81 number 15 on Law No. 11 of 2020 on Job Creation, namely a probationary period for workers. Furthermore, the authors found that PT. Telmark Integrasi Indonesia in providing legal protection has not all been implemented in accordance with the legislation Article 156 number 44 on Law No. 11 of 2020 on Job Creation in which the company only gives workers rights starting from the remaining working period of the worker. Legal remedies that can be taken by workers are holding deliberations or called bipartite up to reporting to relevant agencies according to what is regulated in Article 3 on Law No. 2 of 2004 on Settlement of Industrial Relations Disputes.

Abstract: Islamic law is a collection of the efforts of jurists to apply the Shari'a to the needs of the community. In the treasury of Islamic law in Indonesia, the term Islamic law is understood as a combination of two words, law and Islam. Law is a set of rules regarding behavior or behavior that is recognized by a country or society that applies and is binding on all its members. Then the word law rested on Islam. So it can be understood that Islamic law is a regulation formulated based on Allah's revelation and the Sunnah of the Prophet regarding the behavior of the mukallaf (people who can be burdened with obligations) which are recognized and believed to be binding on all adherents of the Islamic religion. The sources of Islamic law are the Qur'an and the Sunnah of the Prophet. These two sources are also called the main arguments of Islamic law because they are the main clues to Allah. There are also other postulates besides the Qur'an and Sunnah such as ijma' and qiyas, but this latter argument is only a supporting argument which is only a tool to arrive at the laws contained in the Qur'an and Sunnah. The high rate of sexual violence experienced by children in Indonesia is increasing which has become a special concern for both the Central and Regional Governments and the participation of the community. This study aims to analyze the conception of legal protection for children in the Draft Criminal Code (RKUHP) regarding the criminal responsibility of children in the Child Criminal Justice System (SPPA) in Indonesia, where the perpetrators and victims are children. 1. What is the concept of the legal regulation of the RKUHP as a form of protection for children whose perpetrators and victims of sexual violence are children. 2. What are the legal remedies for perpetrators and victims of sexual violence in juvenile criminal justice. The results of the study can be concluded that, the RKUHP is a comprehensive criminal law reform by following the conditions and developments that live in society, imprisonment as far as possible is not imposed if it is found that the defendant is a child and children under the age of 14 (fourteen) years cannot be sentenced. criminal acts and can only be subject to action, on the one hand, the perpetrator remains accountable to the victim. SPPA prioritizes settlement with a restorative justice approach based on the Decree of the Director General of the General Court of Justice Number 1691/DJU/SK/P.00/12/2020 concerning Guidelines for the Implementation of Restorative Justice in the General Courts. In addition, Diversion can also be applied, which is the transfer of the settlement of children's cases from the criminal justice process to processes outside of criminal justice. In the event that Diversion is unsuccessful or does not meet the requirements, the judge seeks a decision with a restorative justice approach as regulated by Law Number 11 of 2012 concerning SPPA, the judge proactively encourages related parties to seek peace while still prioritizing the principle of the best interests of the child and the sentencing process is the last resort while not ignoring the rights of the child.

This research is a normative research that examines the legal system through library research. The legislative approach is used to study and study the development of publik administration transparency in publik administration. The results of the study show that the responsibility for the post-COVID-19 state budget is to use counter-cyclical policies as a strategy to manage and improve state financial stability so that people can prosper. Thus, post-pandemi transparency requires strict supervision to achieve social welfare goals. Undang-Undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2020 tentang Cipta Lapangan Kerja disusun dengan menggunakan pendekatan Omnibuslaw. Berbagai masalah konflik agraria yang terjadi di Indonesia adalah penolakan masyarakat dalam aspek lingkungan terkait peristiwa yang terjadi di Desa Wadas, Kecamatan Bener, Kabupaten Purworejo. Tujuan dari makalah ini adalah untuk mengetahui ruang lingkup pengaturan izin dan pembebasan lahan untuk pembangunan Bendungan Benar di Desa Wadas, Kecamatan Bener, Kabupaten Purworejo dan Undang-Undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2020 tentang Cipta Kerja yang mengakibatkan risiko bencana bagi pertambangan di Desa Wadas, Kecamatan Bener, Kabupaten Purworejo. .Metode yang digunakan dalam makalah ini adalah metode penelitian yuridis normatif menggunakan pendekatan hukum, pendekatan konseptual, dan pendekatan kasus.Hasil penulisan menunjukkan bahwa Bendungan Bener sebagai Proyek Strategis Nasional (PSN) ditetapkan melalui Peraturan Presiden Republik Indonesia Nomor 56 Tahun 2018 tentang Percepatan Pelaksanaan Proyek Strategis Nasional (PSN). Tujuan dari makalah ini adalah untuk mengetahui ruang lingkup pengaturan izin dan pembebasan lahan untuk pembangunan Bendungan Benar di Desa Wadas, Kecamatan Bener, Kabupaten Purworejo dan Undang-Undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2020 tentang Cipta Kerja yang mengakibatkan risiko bencana bagi pertambangan di Desa Wadas, Kecamatan Bener, Kabupaten Purworejo. .Metode yang digunakan dalam makalah ini adalah metode penelitian yuridis normatif menggunakan pendekatan hukum, pendekatan konseptual, dan pendekatan kasus.Hasil penulisan menunjukkan bahwa Bendungan Bener sebagai Proyek Strategis Nasional (PSN) ditetapkan melalui Peraturan Presiden Republik Indonesia Nomor 56 Tahun 2018 tentang Percepatan Pelaksanaan Proyek Strategis Nasional (PSN). Keputusan Gubernur Jawa Tengah Nomor 590/41/2018, Nomor 539/29/2020, dan Nomor 590/20/2021 ditetapkan Tentang Persetujuan Penetapan Lokasi Pengadaan Tanah. Peraturan kebijakan perizinan lingkungan hidup untuk kegiatan usaha pertambangan andesit untuk pembangunan Bendungan Bener di Kabupaten Puworejo: 1). Penyederhanaan perizinan: Pasal 1 angka 35 Undang-Undang Nomor 32 Tahun 2009 tentang Perlindungan dan Pengelolaan Lingkungan Hidup diubah menjadi persetujuan lingkungan atas Undang-Undang 11 Tahun 2020 tentang Cipta Kerja. 2). The decisions of the State Administrative Court that can be made are decisions that already have a permanent legal force that cannot be changed again through legal remedies. This journal discusses how the mechanism for monitoring and implementation of executions in the scope of the State Administrative Court in the case of TUN Decision 43/G.TUN/2011/P.TUN.Mks. along with the obstacles. This journal uses normative legal research methods based on secondary materials and data. The results of the study definition of execution, its implementation has the meaning of the word cancellation of state administrative decisions issued by previous administrative officials and then disputed. The cancellation was followed by rehabilitation, administrative sanctions, and the payment of a sum of money. Then in the case of TUN decision 43/G.TUN/2011/P.TUN.Mks. The Governor of South Sulawesi did not heed the TUN's decision in canceling SK No. 2424/VII/2011 which is marked by not taking any action by the Governor of South Sulawesi. So the next action that can be taken is to refer to the revision of Law no. 51 of 2019, namely administrative officials are subject to sanctions in the form of forced payment of a sum of money and announced in the local print media.

This article aims to determine the relationship between the central government and the village government in village financial reporting which is reviewed in a normative juridical manner through a statutory approach. Currently, the village government has a heavy burden because in addition to having to provide services directly to the community, it must make village financial reports both to the regional government and the central government. Based on these problems, this article has several formulations including (1) How to regulate the relationship between the central government and village governments in village financial reporting; and (2) How to Model the Relationship between the Central Government and the Village Government in the future in village financial reporting. This article is an article with a normative juridical type with a statutory approach and a conceptual approach. The relationship between the Central Government and the Village Government has occurred directly since the birth of the Village Law, the Village Government has an extra burden because it has to carry out all forms of instructions or rules made by the Central Government, especially in terms of Village Financial Reporting, so that the relationship between the Central Government and the Village Government seems formal and rigid, this can be seen from the various rules and policies from the central government that must be implemented by the village government, especially in the field of village financial reporting. There needs to be an arrangement that places more emphasis on the recognition of the village substantially through empowering the village government, and a simpler village financial reporting system through facilitation with an integrated village financial accountability reporting system.

This study aims to provide an overview of defense cooperation as part of defense diplomacy in order to improve a country's military capability by looking at the considerations, objectives, principles, and scope. The type of research used is explanative research, while the type of data used in this study is secondary data. The data collection technique used in this research is library research by finding and collecting secondary data through scientific books related to the subject matter discussed. In addition, articles from the internet were collected to support the data in completing this research. The data analysis technique used was a qualitative content analysis data analysis technique, namely the author analyzed secondary data, then used theory to explain a phenomenon or event that the author studied. Defense cooperation is an international transaction carried out by two or more countries for a specific purpose, namely the "national interest" of cooperating countries, using a treaty or in writing and formally. In imposing a criminal decision, the judge must really understand whether the decision handed down has reached the target for the purpose of sentencing. The judge's decision is the culmination of a case that is decided and tried by the judge. The criminal system according to positive law, judges have the freedom to determine the severity of the crime to be imposed on the defendant between the general minimum to the special maximum. In 2020, Supreme Court Regulation Number 1 of 2020 concerning Guidelines for Criminalization Articles 2 and 3 of the Law on the Eradication of Corruption Crimes was established, which regulates the range of sentencing based on clarification of punishment covering state losses, aspects of error, aspects of impact, and aspects of the defendant's guilt. Therefore, judges as the spearhead of justice need to accommodate these fundamental values.The purpose of this paper is to examine the decisions of the Jakarta District Court Number 38/Pid.Sus-TPK/2020/PN Jkt.Pst and the Jakarta High Court Number 10/PID.TPK/2021/PT DKI in the decision-making process whether they are in accordance with the principles of justice in decision making. The writing method used in this study uses a normative juridical approach, the primary data needed are the Criminal Code, the Criminal Procedure Code, Law Number 31 of 1999 which has been amended by Law Number 20 of 1999. 2001 concerning Eradication of Criminal Acts of Corruption, Supreme Court Regulation Number 1 of 2020 concerning Guidelines for Criminalizing Article 2 and Article 3 of the Law on the Eradication of Criminal Acts of Corruption, Central Jakarta District Court Decision Number 38/PID.SUS-TPK/2020/PN JKT.PST , and the Decision of the Jakarta High Court Number 10/PID.SUS-TPK/2021/PT DKI, the secondary data needed are textbooks related to judges' considerations in sentencing, research results, works from legal circles, magazines, Newspapers, internet, and others related to the problem to be researched. The entire data was obtained by means of literature study and then analyzed using the theory of justice.Based on the results of this study, it shows that the basis for legal considerations by the judge in the decision of the Pinangki Prosecutor at the District Court is not in accordance with the theory of justice, while at the High Court it cannot be said to be correct. This can be seen in the judges' considerations that have not accommodated the values of certainty, justice and also the benefits of the law itself. Moreover, the High Court did not show the severity of the crime, instead it reduced the sentence. Whereas the suspect's status as a law enforcer or a prosecutor who should not violate a special obligation of office. Therefore, the judge in making his decision must be careful, avoiding as little as possible inaccuracies in every decision making.
