An energy efficient hearing aid current mode readout amplifier using accuracy compensation and adaptive bias current techniques is presented, for the improved accuracy with the saved power. Compared with the conventional current mode amplifiers, the amplifier with the techniques is characterized by the pole-zero canceling feedback loop and the adaptive current mode feedback loop. With the techniques, the accuracy and power dissipation can be simultaneously optimized. Simulated with a 0.18 μm CMOS process, with the typical 0.6V supply voltage, the signal to noise and distortion rate (SNDR) achieves 70dB@4μAp-p output current. Moreover, the power consumption is maintained within 27 μ W.

A method of cross-platform network data exchange 一种跨平台的网络数据交换方法

This paper presents a method of network data exchange based on JSON (JavaScript Object Notation). JSON is a text exchange format which is independent of the language and platform. It can be used to parse and package network packets to implement the data exchange between different platforms and make data parsing convenient. According to its characteristics, it can be applied in a variety of data exchanges between clients; especially, when applied in the typical C/S (Client/Server) model, the parsing capability of server can be enhanced; what's more, the scalability, robustness and stability of system will be improved.
本文提出了一种基于JSON (JavaScript Object Notation)的网络数据交换方法。JSON是一种独立于语言和平台的文本交换格式。它可以对网络数据包进行解析和打包,实现不同平台之间的数据交换,方便数据解析。根据其特点,可应用于客户端之间的各种数据交换;特别是应用于典型的C/S (Client/Server)模式时,可以增强服务器的解析能力;提高了系统的可扩展性、鲁棒性和稳定性。

The LC-VCO PLL frequency synthesizers with constant loop bandwidth 恒环路带宽LC-VCO锁相环频率合成器

This paper precented a phase-locked loop frequency synthesizer with almost constant loop bandwidth. In order to reduce the loop bandwidth variations caused by the LC-VCO gain, a calibration system is introduced, which sets the charge-pump current to be inversely proportional to the square of the divider ratio. The frequency synthesizer with this technique was fabricated in 0.13μm CMOS process. The measured results show that this method keeps the loop bandwidth almost a constant in frequency range of 2.44G~2.8GHz while consuming less power with better in-band phase noise.

A simple method for walking posture analysis using accelerometers 用加速度计分析行走姿势的简单方法

Tri-axial accelerometer is a useful sensor. Most devices use it to detect the steps and human's activity. Some devices use it for digital spirit level meter. Since the first generation of iPhone was released on June 29, 2007, modern smart phones have built in accelerometers which promise to enable quantifying minute-by-minute what people do (e.g., walk or sit). However, smart phones are not suitable for detecting the walking posture. This paper uses wearable device with the tri-axial accelerometer to detect the patterns of the steps and situation of humpbacked to determine the walking postures which are divided into eight walking postures. Finally, we collect ten healthy subjects to develop our algorithm and test six healthy subjects. The proposed algorithm to determine the accurate rate of walking postures in comparison with the physiotherapist is 92.98%.

QR code steganography mechanism with high capacity 高容量QR码隐写机制

QR code is the commonly used two-dimensional (2D) barcode recently with the advantages of larger QR content and error correction capability. General QR reader can scan the contents of the QR code. When the content of the QR code is secret information, the information security becomes important. To protect the security of secret information, the new proposed method can embed secret information into the content of QR code. In this new proposed method, the QR content can be easily decoded by a QR reader. Because general browsers can read the QR content, so few people can decoded the QR code can scanning to the secret information. The new method is based on the error correction of the QR code, the QR code reduced distortion, and increases the capacity of hiding secret information. The mechanism based on module so the new method is more efficient. The new way can be applied to mobile phones and mobile devices.

Memristive multiplexed flip-flop for scan testing 用于扫描测试的记忆复用触发器

Based on the model of memeristor fabricated at HP laboratory, a new multiplexed flip-flop is proposed which can support power-off mode for scan testing. Testing data can be stored in memristor during the power-off time. The analyzes are verified with SPICE simulation, signal waveforms show that the presented memristive multiplexed flip-flop meet the requirements for low-power scan testing.

Constructing a face-to-face friend-making platform using beacon-based micro-location information 构建基于信标微位置信息的面对面交友平台

With respect to rapid changing trends of digitalization, the Smartphone plays an important role as intermediary devices for the development of mobile applications (hereinafter the “Apps”) to serve the growing needs of multifarious purposes in daily life. As a result, the convenience and functionality of modern Apps are gradually improved to fit the need of human behavior. For college students, it's important to learn to access academic knowledge in school, but it's more important to learn the way to strengthen good interpersonal relations with others. Interpersonal relation represents a close association among people in many aspects, mostly the love affair, is significant and attractive to young college students. In this study, an innovative friend-making app, named “Gamble”, is developed. Users are able to discover or been discovered according to various matching criteria. We take the advantages of the Beacon-based micro-location and the IOT (Internet of Things) technologies to facilitate the location-aware dating platform and realize the need for face-to-face social relations for college students.

The increasing utilization of telemedicine, especially the teleradiology services, raised concerns in the security of medical images transmitted over open networks. To address this challenge, a new medical image protection scheme using physical uncloneable function (PUF) is suggested in this paper. Improvements have been made to no key is store in non-volatile memory, destructive and non-destructive readout isnt possible. Attacking does not work. Plain secret keys never output from chips. Thorough proposed scheme provides an effective way for online secure medical image transmission over public networks.

Implementation of an EFL electronic ballast with burst dimming capability 具有突发调光能力的EFL电子镇流器的实现

In this paper, we propose a burst dimming controller with primary-side control for electrodeless fluorescent lamp (EFL) electronic ballast. First, a class D topology with a resonant circuit is used to form a resonant inverter. Moreover, a microcontroller is employed to act as the control core of the system to achieve soft start, burst dimming, and primary-side control feature. In addition, the proposed controller is incorporated with the resonant inverter to enhance the stabilization of the preset lamp current. Finally, the experimental results are used to verify the feasibility and validity of the proposed controller.

First, a class D topology with a resonant circuit is used to form a resonant inverter. Moreover, a microcontroller is employed to act as the control core of the system to achieve soft start, burst dimming, and primary-side control feature. In addition, the proposed controller is incorporated with the resonant inverter to enhance the stabilization of the preset lamp current. Single image-based HDR imaging with CRF estimation 基于单图像的HDR成像与CRF估计

Single image-based HDR imaging can inherently remove ghost artifacts which appear in multiple image-based HDR imaging. Most existing single-exposure HDR imaging methods apply complicated handing to overexposed areas in image, which perplexes the algorithm and introduces the probability of generating artifacts; moreover, they do not take into account the imaging properties of the camera. In this paper, we proposed a single image-based HDR imaging based on camera response function (CRF) reconstruction. The HDR image is obtained by performing the reverse CRF on the original LDR image. The imitation of imaging procedure inherently makes the final HDR image be high quality. The experimental results show that the proposed approach performs well and produces favorable images.
