The paper discussed the import of professional development programmes for primary school teachers in Nigeria. It highlighted the relevance of the primary school teacher; effective development programmes for them in relation to their teaching competences; the primary education in Nigeria, its functions and challenges confronting it; challenges facing primary school teachers. The paper further explored the objectives and forms of teachers’ development and barriers to effective teacher development programmes in Nigeria. It concluded that Mechanisms for effective teachers’ professional development should be put in place by stakeholders on a regular basis; as this is tantamount to enhancing teachers’ teaching competences and that teachers at the primary schools need regular on-the-job professional development programmes. A number of recommendations were articulated to ensure continuous and effective teachers development for practicing primary school teachers in Nigeria.

This paper introduces the notion of holistic education into the context of higher education eco-systems. The study intends to conceptualize the theme and list out issues and challenges present education system faces with intent to connect with a wider set of teaching and learning paradigms to upgrade the capabilities of higher education eco-systems. Study recommends the need of combining experiential based learning (EBL). The study also recommends the changes needed to be adopted at this time in higher education viz.

The Imams of the mosques are woefully lagged behind from the development in rural areas. Therefore, the author aimed to conduct this study for generating knowledge on the living standards of Imams in the context of rural areas of Bangladesh. In this case, he applied the qualitative research method and collected data based on the observation and the Focus Group Discussion methods. In consequence, this study identified that a student can be appointed as an Imam of the mosque as usual by studying at the religious educational institutions. Along with they are far away from many activities, banned by religion, society, and the country’s law. As a result, they get the highest honor from all and sundry in the society. But as a matter of fact, the economic conditions of them are vastly lowest among all professionals, signaling inequity towards them. Even so, it is worth noting that they are poor members of society. Therefore, the rich people and policymakers have to pay all attention to reduce the economic vulnerabilities of them so that they can exist to serve the people as usual

The degree of speech development is not the same as that of hearing impairment and depends on the following factors: the degree of hearing impairment; the time of onset of the hearing analyzer defect; pedagogical conditions of the child after hearing analyzer dysfunction; specific characteristics of the child. Each of the above factors plays a major role in assessing children’s speech. Hearing and speech development in children are directly related. The more a child’s hearing, the more speech is affected. If the importance of hearing is low, then the deviation of speech is not pronounced. If there is a hearing loss, the child will remain deaf until special education begins. With moderate hearing loss, there are disturbances in the phonetic, lexical, grammatical side of speech. Hearing loss can occur at different times in a child’s life. The presence or absence of a secondary appearance of the defect depends on the time factor. The faster the impairment occurs, the more it affects the formation of speech function. In a child under the age of two, the ability to hear leads to a complete lack of speech if speech is not yet formed. By the age of 3-3.5, hearing loss leads to loss of formed speech. If special preparation is not started immediately, speech will be almost completely broken by the age of 4-5 with full hearing. At the age of 6-7 years, hearing loss leads to a sharp deterioration of the child's speech, and without special pedagogical assistance, speech gradually deteriorates.

Appropriate management of natural resources (land, soil, water and environment) is a powerful influence on environmental quality and sustainability and can lead to increased long term agricultural production and productivity. Therefore, the extension system needs to introduce appropriate natural resources in order to avert environmental degradation. In this sub-section, four extension-related bottlenecks that affect resource management have been identified. These are, (1) Poor linkage between natural resource management and livelihood strategies, (2) Limited capacity on environment and Natural Resource Management (3) Low access to and use of climate smart agricultural technologies and agro-metrological information and (4) Less attention to environment sustainability in the extension advisory service. This strategy has developed four systemic interventions to address these bottlenecks.

In conditions of a high level of industrialization of the economy, the production process is accompanied by the consumption of a significant amount of resources. Due to the fact that material costs account for more than half of production costs, a decrease in the latter is the most important qualitative indicator of economic development. Saving raw materials, materials, fuel, energy helps to reduce the cost of production and the need for capital investments, the introduction of scientific and technological advances, the establishment of new balance relations and economic balance, an increase in production, and an improvement in the financial situation of enterprises.

This article describes the period of the invasion of the Russian Empire, one of the darkest and most dangerous periods in the history of Turkestan, and the historiography of its governing regimes, methods of administration and state institutions and their activities. By the nineteenth century, the khanates, weakened by civil war, could not withstand the onslaught of the Russian Empire. This was because they were hostile to each other. After the Russian Empire conquered Turkestan, it established its own colonial order. The goal was to keep Turkestan under its chains for a long time and to suppress the feelings of national liberation. To this end, he introduced his own administrative style, including the governor's office, which was the main governing body. This small research paper describes the policy of the Russian Empire towards these goals and its coverage in historiography.
