Primjena analize prostorne mrežne u prometnim nesrećama na temelju otvorenih podataka 基于开放数据的交通事故原始空间网络分析

Provođenje prostorne analize temeljene na ispravnom multifunkcionalnom geografski orijentiranom modelu u domeni prometnih nesreća važan je dio cjelokupnog upravljanja prometnim sustavom. Cilj je rada demonstrirati metodologiju korištenja digitalnog modela cesta, definiranje optimalnih parametara za izradu cestovnog grafa i georeferenciranje nastalih događaja radi određivanja indeksa prostorne autokorelacije prometnih nesreća, u potpunosti koristeći otvorene podatke. Da bi se postigao taj cilj, upotrebljava se temelj međunarodne normizacije postavljen u ISO 19 100 – Geografske informacije u kombinaciji s metodom prostorne autokorelacije, proširenom za mrežu, praktično primijenjenom kroz mogućnosti programskog jezika Python kao elementa Geoinformacijskog sustava prometnih nesreća. Obrađeni su podatci otvorenog koda s geoportala OpenStreetMap, kao i stvarni arhivski podatci za 1288 teških nesreća na području grada Sofije u Bugarskoj, te je izračunat koeficijent prostorne autokorelacije kako bi se utvrdila ovisnost ili neovisnost broja prometnica nesreća između pojedinih područja svojom točnošću i pouzdanošću. Rezultat je definiranje ispravne osnove za provedbu prostorne analize s postavljanjem temelja za naknadno proučavanje različitih čimbenika i definiranje niza razloga čije će utvrđivanje dovesti do smanjenja ozljeda u prometu.

Hrvatska je članica Međunarodnoga kartografskog društva (International Cartographic Association − ICA) od 1995. godine, a jedna od njezinih obveza je podnošenje nacionalnih izvještaja o kartografskim aktivnostima generalnoj skupštini koja se održava svake četiri godine. Nositelj tih aktivnosti u Hrvatskoj je Hrvatsko kartografsko društvo.
克罗地亚自 1995 年以来一直是国际制图协会(ICA)的成员,但其义务之一是向每四年举行一次的大会提交有关制图活动的国家报告。克罗地亚制图协会是克罗地亚这些活动的推动者。

Ovaj rad ima za cilj istražiti bi li Apian mogao biti autor kartografskih projekcija koje se po njemu zovu. Dokazi sugeriraju da ta preslikavanja nisu trebala biti nazvana po Apianu. Najvjerojatniji izumitelj kartografske projekcije Apian I je Amerigo Vespucci, a projekciju Apian II vjerojatno je tek 300 godina kasnije razvio François Arago. S obzirom na to da slučaj Apianovih kartografskih projekcija nije jedinstveni primjer kada kartografska projekcija nije nazvana po svom pravom izumitelju i da bi autorstvo više kartografskih projekcija moglo biti dovedeno u pitanje u budućnosti, kartografska bi zajednica trebala preispitati je li to dobra konvencija nazvati kartografske projekcije po njihovom navodnom izumitelju.

Cylindrical Projections as a Limiting Case of Conic Projections 圆筒形投影作为二次投影的极限情况

Lambert (1772) derived the equation of the Mercator projection as a limiting case of a conformal conic projection. In this paper, we give a derivation for equidistant, equal-area, conformal and perspective cylindrical projections as limiting cases of equidistant, equal-area, conformal and perspective conic projections. In this article the conic and cylindrical projections are not projections on a cone or a cylinder whose surfaces are cut and developed into a plane, but rather mappings of the sphere directly into the plane. Exceptions are projections that are defined as mappings on the surface of a cone or plane, as is the case with perspective projections. In the end, we prove that it is not always possible to obtain a corresponding cylindrical projection as a limiting case from a conic projection, as one might conclude at first glance. Therefore, the final conclusion is that it is not advisable to interpret cylindrical projections as limiting cases of conic projections.

Razvoj konceptualnog modela geoinformacijskog sustava prometnih nesreća

The field of road accidents requires a specific geoinformation system to provide functionalities for creating and managing intelligent geographically-oriented spatial-temporal models for spatial analysis. The aim of this study is to present a conceptual model of a geoinformation system of road accidents, defined in accordance with the requirements of international standardization. The approach for international standardization and conceptual modeling of geoinformation, as well as the principles of object-oriented modeling, methods of abstraction and classification were used. As a result, a Use Case and a Class diagram, presented in the Unified Modeling Language, were developed. In conclusion, the standardized conceptual model is defined as an important initial stage in the creation of a geoinformation system of road accidents, which is related to the correct formalized description of the domain and the presentation of structural types of geoinformation processes, and subsequently can be automatically and in the unified manner transposed into a functional physical model for the analysis of road accidents.

Podučavanje vizualizacije podataka i osnovnih vještina izrade karata na Liberal Arts Collegeu 在文学院培养数据可视化和基本技能

Communicating data has become vital in an increasingly data-dependent society. Because data are often communicated graphically, many colleges and universities are offering courses that teach the principles of data visualisation. In this article, the author reflects on his experience of teaching such a course at a liberal arts college. The course introduced students to the tidyverse suite of packages for the programming language R, including the data visualisation package ggplot2, which implements Wilkinson’s (2005) ‘grammar of graphics’. The packages sf and tmap were used to extend the capabilities of the tidyverse packages for analysing geospatial data and producing thematic maps. This article provides insights into effective teaching strategies, including intended learning outcomes, the core syllabus, pedagogy and assessment. Sample tasks and visualisations are also presented to demonstrate how essential cartographic skills were imparted to students.

Doubly Perceived Shape of the Adriatic Sea Basin on Early Modern Geographical Maps and Nautical Charts 在早期现代地理地图和航海图上对亚得里亚海盆地形状的双重感知

The implementation of graticules on geographic maps and nautical charts, initially developed in the Hellenistic period, was a rediscovered novelty to Western European cartographers of the early modern period. The research sought to computationally examine the accuracy of spherical coordinates’ data extracted from selected geographical maps and nautical charts. Research results suggest that the cartographers who made geographic maps relied significantly on Claudius Ptolemy’s data on locations but managed to make certain accuracy improvements. The nautical charts with graticules showed significantly greater longitudinal accuracy, which suggests that they were created by using other data sources as their graphical templates; most likely the portolan charts that were already in existence at the time.

Cartographic Analysis of the Construction ofFabricius' Map of Moravia (1569) 《摩拉维亚地图》(1569年)结构的地图学分析

The map of Moravia (1569) by the renowned Vienna scholar, Paulus Fabricius (ca. 1528-1589), is still considered to be the oldest known cartographic representation of Moravia. This paper focuses on the cartographic analysis of the map with the aim to identify possible methods of its construction with regard to some known circumstances of its origin. The author of the map mentions in the appended texts that he travelled through Moravia several times. The methodology of the work is based on selected spatial analyses of the positional and height aspects of displayed settlements. The achieved results are compared and discussed in the context of other information sources, especially the existing settlement structure and contemporary communication network. The conclusions reveal a correlation between the density of the depicted settlements and the proximity of a modelled communication network. The orographic conditions of Moravia have a significant influence on the map content. The plains are covered in detail, hilly lands and highlands are rarely and randomly mapped, whereas the mountains are not described at all. In the peripheral parts of the area of interest, the author probably worked only with data from travel itineraries. With regard to achieved results, it can be assumed that there is potential to apply the established procedures to the analysis of old maps of similar type. This paper focuses on the cartographic analysis of the map with the aim to identify possible methods of its construction with regard to some known circumstances of its origin. The author of the map mentions in the appended texts that he travelled through Moravia several times. The methodology of the work is based on selected spatial analyses of the positional and height aspects of displayed settlements. The achieved results are compared and discussed in the context of other information sources, especially the existing settlement structure and contemporary communication network. The conclusions reveal a correlation between the density of the depicted settlements and the proximity of a modelled communication network. The orographic conditions of Moravia have a significant influence on the map content. The plains are covered in detail, hilly lands and highlands are rarely and randomly mapped, whereas the mountains are not described at all. In the peripheral parts of the area of interest, the author probably worked only with data from travel itineraries. With regard to achieved results, it can be assumed that there is potential to apply the established procedures to the analysis of old maps of similar type. Visual Images on Medieval and Early Modern World Maps 中世纪和现代早期世界地图上的视觉图像

This interdisciplinary research is focused on visual images on maps of the known world spanning from the medieval to the early modern period. Regardless of their purpose, which could range from ideological representations of the medieval world, as were O or T maps, to practical sailing maps like portolan charts and other early modern nautical charts of the (already known) world in a smaller scale, they carried the standard scope of geo-cartographic data and content. Besides, they offered a rich illustrative component of respectable graphic quality. This depended on the purpose of the map, as well as the geographical knowledge of its author on one hand and on the skill and expertise of its creator on the other. Through this short synchronic and diachronic overview of the iconographic elements of Old World maps, especially in respect to Croatian lands, some chronological continuities of cartographic presentation were revealed. The spread of ideas and ideologies communicated and disseminated by these will also be discussed.

Spatial Analysis of Changes in the Demographic Characteristics of the Cres-Lošinj Area Using the GIS Model 基于GIS模型的Cres-Lošinj地区人口特征变化的空间分析

The paper aims to carry out a spatial analysis of the changes in selected demographic characteristics of the Cres-Lošinj area using the GIS model. For this purpose, data from all censuses carried out so far (1857−2021) were used, which were primarily analyzed cartographically by using Mean Center and the Standard Deviational Ellipse (Directional Distribution) spatial analysis methods, which are an integral part of the basic software package ArcGIS Desktop version 10.0 produced by ESRI. Tabular and graphical appendices were used to additionally complement the analyses. The analyses were carried out on three levels: the level of the Cres-Lošinj area as a whole, the individual level of the Town of Cres and the Town of Mali Lošinj, and the level of settlements. For the area of Cres-Lošinj as a whole, the results showed a tendency of the mean center of the population moving towards the north in the 1857−1948 period, then towards the southwest in the 1948−1991 period, while in subsequent censuses the tendency was again towards the north. Among the local self-government units, a common feature of the movement of the mean center of the population is that in the observed period (1857−2021), and particularly the last observed year (2021), the mean centers of the population are very close to the center of the town/municipality. Using the standard deviational ellipse (directional distribution) method, it was determined that larger settlements (Mali Lošinj, Cres and Veli Lošinj) have an increasing influence on the population direction, and it was determined that the population is concentrated closer to the larger settlements, i.e. to the centers of local self-government, while at the same time the influence on the directional distribution of the population of a large number of small settlements in the northern part of the research area decreased due to an increasing reduction in the number of inhabitants. The GIS model used in this study is suitable for researching the complexity of the demographic dynamics of the so-called of small populations because it enables an analysis at multiple spatial levels and contains methods of spatial analysis that use absolute numbers.
