Motorcycles are a highly efficient and effective means of transport. Currently, the increasing number of motorcycle products allows consumers to buy the correct motorcycle and according to their wishes, requirements, and abilities. The objective is to design and use the Multi-Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT) method to choose a motorcycle product. The MAUT method has advantages, including simple calculations, leads to the ultimate value used to classify vehicles and determines the weight value of the criteria that leads to vehicle selection according to the buyer's wishes and needs. The data sources are based on the data required, namely observations and interviews with the public as motorcycle users and motorcycle dealers in the North Sumatra Region as a sample. Price, quality, design, after sales, fuel consumption and popularity are the criteria for evaluation. While Honda, Yamaha and Suzuki for motorcycles moped; sport; and matic are the alternatives used in research. The ranking results are obtained with the final value on alternative 1 = 0.8500; alternative 2 = 0.7500; and alternative 3 = 0.2250, so alternative 1 (Honda (New Vario 125 Esp CBS-ISS) is the alternative chosen as a recommendation in the selection of two-wheeled vehicles based on needs. The results of this study demonstrate that MAUT can be used as a recommendation for the public in choosing motorcycle products based on needs.

The establishment of a marketing strategy is important for every business actor in the competitive world of business. Business operators must be able to develop sound marketing strategies to influence the attractiveness of consumers and to buy interest in the products provided so that the enterprise they operate can compete and have a market share and to maximize sales sales. To implement marketing strategies, references are required so that promotions can reach the right target, for example by seeking similarities between items. By using data mining techniques, these studies apply the a priori approach to the promotion of customer product recommendations by association rules on product sales transaction datasets to aid in the formation of applications between product items. The dataset represents a sample of sales of products for 2020. The application used for analyzing is RapidMiner, where a support value of > 20% and confidence of > 60% is determined. Each product package promoted is made up of 2 products from the calculation results. The two best rules that have value confidence is combined with 2 items (Cre1Cre2), (Cre1Cre12) and (Cre9Cre10). Based on the minimum support and confidence values that have been set, the results of the a priori method can produce association rules that can be used as a reference in product promotion and decision support in providing product recommendations to consumers.

The following research problem was solved in the work: what model should be used to quantify the calculation of the competitiveness of an organization's business efficiency in the scope of regional integration? In accordance with the set research task, its goal was determined. The purpose of this work was to assess the competitiveness of business in the scope of regional integration. The research sample consisted of large enterprises operating on the territory of the integration association - the EAEU. Competitiveness is now a commonly used term that can be analyzed at different levels - at the enterprise level or at the national level. Despite the fact that the purpose of this article is the competitiveness of production systems, it is appropriate to pay attention to the competitiveness of a business organization in the context of regional integration in which these systems operate. Macroeconomic competitiveness must always take into account the microeconomic context. Even the best public policy is ineffective if it is not implemented in the context of the business sector.

The aim of the article is to define and analyze the stages of development and formation of relations between the South Caucasus (Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia) and the European Union (EU) and other European organizations in a historical retrospective, as well as to identify possible prospects for expanding and strengthening mutually beneficial cooperation and interaction in the near future. At the same time, the analysis of activities of South Caucasian countries in the European organizations is narrowed to aspects that influence the process of European integration of these countries. Methods. In the research process a wide range of methods of scientific knowledge were used: analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, generalization, systematization, forecasting, comparison. Results. During the research special attention was given to the terms and determinants of the formation of the European vector of development of the countries of the South Caucasus at the turn of the XX-XXI centuries. The evolution of understanding and key aspects of the development and structuring of the EU policy regarding the development strategy of the South Caucasian region in general, as well as the need of participation and support of the South Caucasian countries in maintenance of national security and building state institutions, developing the economy and the humanitarian sphere are defined. In order to conduct a systematic analysis of evolution of relations between European and South Caucasian countries three historical stages were emphasized. Within the framework of each stage initiatives and ongoing cooperative programs are characterized, as well as key areas for establishing partnerships between the South Caucasian republics and European countries. Besides stages of the formation of conditions, the signing of agreements and implementing an action plan for EU membership of the South Caucasian countries were studied in historical retrospective. Conclusion. The results of the study led to the conclusion that, in the 1990s, the EU to a large extent viewed the South Caucasus binded to Moscow, taking into account the presence of Russia in the region and its active actions. The situation changed in 2000s, when the EU’s interests and its interaction with the region deepened, and also after the armed conflict in Georgia, when Europe was concerned about the necessity of respecting and strengthening security in the region. Eventually security policy was supplemented by new dimensions of cooperation such as political, economic, humanitarian.

COVID-19 (coronavirus disease 2019) is a new type of disease caused by a coronavirus, namely SARS-CoV-2, also known as the Corona virus. The Corona virus outbreak is causing concern all over the world, including in Indonesia. Many people became paranoid as a result of the virus's widespread spread, which was followed by reports of a number of deaths among victims. The spread of the Corona virus in Indonesia has had a negative impact on all aspects of life. Because of the density of settlements and the vastness of Indonesia's territory, this virus became out of control and spread quickly. The lack of socialization in dealing with this virus has an impact on the community's understanding of the importance of following health protocols. The goal of this research is to use data mining techniques to determine the pattern of symptoms caused by the Corona virus. The Association method is used in data mining. APRIORI is a popular association method that employs a high frequency pattern. This method is expected to be used to determine how likely it is that one case has the first symptom in addition to other symptoms. The parameters Support and Confidence support whether or not the association rules are required. After obtaining the results of the multiplication of Support and Confidence, the rule with the highest multiplication result will be discovered. The rule with the highest result is used as a rule to be applied in the next case, namely "If you have cough symptoms, they will be accompanied by fever symptoms with 90% support and 90% confidence".

The article discusses a method for modeling traffic flow on a highway and a network of intersections using cellular automatas. A set of parameters characterizing vehicle drivers is considered, as well as taking into account the influence of the states of turn signals and braking signals of neighboring vehicles when deciding on a maneuver. An algorithm is proposed that describes the procedure for taking into account the factors affecting a possible rearrangement, braking or acceleration when vehicles move along a highway that has separate entrances and exits from it. Possible situations in which a vehicle can go into an accident state are given. A numerical experiment is presented that simulates the theory of three phases of traffic flow, proposed by Boris Kerner [6]

Flood disasters in Indonesia have shown an increase, both in magnitude and frequency. In fact, the area, depth, and duration of inundation tend to increase. Current flood control focuses on increasing river capacity: widening and/or deepening the cross-section of the river and controlling surface runoff by building storage upstream of the watershed. The storage requirement depends on the surface runoff rate in the upstream watershed. This study aimed to find the formulation of the most optimal watershed storage volume requirement through the correlation of flood discharge and surface runoff in the upstream watershed area. The results of the study found the optimum watershed storage volume capacity and produced 2 (two) representative equations to calculate the upstream watershed storage volume (WSVO) based on 2 (two) river slopes (slope 0.1, slope 0.01). WSVO is intended to facilitate the determination of the storage volume capacity in the upstream area if complete data, both primary and secondary data are not available.

The task of this work wass to assess the impact of new organo-mineral complex based on peat Gumiton, enriched with trace elements (B, Mo, Mn), on the yield and quality of spring wheat, including under conditions of technogenic soil pollution. In a series of field experiments on various types of soils of the Kaluga Region and the Republic of Tatarstan of Russia in farms of various forms of ownership, it was shown that the treatment of spring wheat crops of various varieties with Gumiton in various phases of plant development contributed to an increase in yield by 15-25%. Under the conditions of the growing experiment on soddy-podzolic sandy loam soil, double Gumiton treatment of spring wheat crops of Rima variety increases the B content in the grain to 1.4; Mo-by 1.3 times relative to the variants without the use of the drug. Gumiton reduces the accumulation of Cd in grain up to 1.2 times and improves zootechnical indicators of grain-increases the protein content by 0.9%, fat - up to 0.6%. Gumiton is a highly effective complex for use in spring wheat cultivation technologies, which increases the yield and quality of grain and reduces the accumulation of pollutants (heavy metals).
