Effect of Intellectual Capital on Organizational Performance Moderated by Cultural 智力资本对组织绩效的影响受文化的调节

This study analyzes Organizational Performance which is the influenced by intellectual Capital moderated by culture. The method used in this research is by surveying and distributing questionnaires based on the time horizon using a cross section study. The population manufacturing companies in MM2100 area using convenience sampling. Regression analysis and inferential statistics, descriptive statistics is used by data analysis technique. The intellectual shows positive and significant impact on organizational performance and cultural as a moderating effect in this results. This research imply that by increasing intellectual and cultural Capital will be more effective on improving organizational performance.

Behavior Detection Mechanism for Trust Sensor Data Using Deep Learning in the Internet of Things 基于深度学习的物联网信任传感器数据行为检测机制

In this paper, we propose BDM-TSD(Behavior Detection Mechanism for Trust Sensing Data) to classify risk group and non-risk group for reliable sensor data identification in IoT environment with sensing function. BDM-TSD collects trust data such as sensing time, operation cycle, and type of sensing data of sensor devices connected to the IoT environment and artificial malicious data. The collected data performs network packet analysis and sensing data behavior analysis through the behavior of the sensor device that is subsequently operated through deep learning. Previously, research was conducted to detect unauthorized system calls of each device through security agents or abnormal behaviors through monitoring servers, and research to detect new and variant malicious behaviors with advanced attack techniques in IoT environments is insufficient A trusted IoT configuration is possible through malicious packet filtering and multi-sensor behavior detection. In this paper, we show how deep learning can be used to detect anomalies and malicious behaviors in the IoT environment based on the sensing function of multiple sensors.

The Some phenomena have an impact on the health of people who use computers for lengthy periods. The physicians call these symptoms “distress symptoms related to the use of computers”. In our unconsciousness, colors and music greatly affect the mood of a person. This effect differs according to the persons and their education. Colors and music have symbolic values related to each culture and country. Therefore, there is a difficulty to identify certain colors and music that can be considered as a standard to treat the users or prevent them from the resulted negative effects of using computers and mobile devices. The research aims at suggesting features called (interface style behavior) (ISB) to participate in treating and preventing the users of computer screens and mobile devices from “distress symptoms related to the use of computer” through integrating these features derived from color therapy science and the science of music therapy with the art of User Interface Design and then apply the results to the applications and web sites.

Development of High-Strength Concrete Mixed Design System Using Artificial Intelligence 基于人工智能的高强混凝土配合比设计系统的开发

The quality inspection of high-strength concrete construction sites consists of a compressive strength test that is considered the most important, but this can be confirmed through a compressive strength test after 28 days of high-strength concrete application. Therefore, it is of paramount importance to ship high-quality products to ready-mixed concrete factories by increasing the reliability of the mixed design that affects high-strength concrete production. In addition, there is a need to develop an efficient management system for mixed design that determines high-strength concrete quality by measuring the mixing ratio of materials in the ready-mixed concrete factory production stage. This study used matrix laboratory(MATLAB) using Deep learning, a language that performs mathematics and engineering calculations based on matrices, and presented a mixed design model by adjusting the strength through input and output variables, learning data collection, model structure determination, learning error, and repetition results. The predicted mean value of 40 MPa was measured at 40.75 MPa, showing a difference of 0.75 MPa and 40 MPa, and the error rate was confirmed to be 4.13%. And the predicted mean value of 55 MPa was measured as 55.55 MPa, showing a difference between 55 MPa and 0.55 MPa, and the error rate was confirmed to be 1.73%. Through this study, the reliability of high-strength concrete quality management is secured by applying a high-strength concrete mixed design system using artificial intelligence(AI) and adjusting it in connection with all fields of the production process.

The Impact of a Proposed Science Curriculum based on Digital Technologies on Students' Achievement and Motivation towards Learning Science 基于数字技术的科学课程对学生学习科学的成就和动机的影响

The aim of many educational programs is to integrate digital technology education into all educational schemes. The goal of this study is to figure out whether using digital technology has an effect on learning chemistry subjects in schools. On top of that, this study focuses on researching the motivations for studying chemistry by employing digital technology. The study sample comprised 60 students from 7th grade in public secondary schools. One out of the two classes were used as the experimental group, while the other was served as the control group in a pre-and post-test quasi-experimental design. Traditional teaching techniques were primarily being executed in the control group, whereas digital technology-based teaching was focused on by the same teacher in the experimental group. A post-test was given to evaluate the degree of learning outcomes and accomplishment at the completion of the curriculum content. An in-depth questionnaire survey was also administered to get a good idea of how interested students are in using digital technology in their scientific learning education. Based on the findings, it was observed that the experimental group had a higher average success rate and higher learning achievement. The students in the experimental group showed higher motivation to learn science using digital technologies. The use of digital technology is an excellent method for active learning that both supports and increases academic accomplishments. This study will add to a small amount of previous research in this area by contributing to the limited number of studies that evaluate the efficacy of integrating digital technology in the teaching and learning process.

A Comprehensive Survey on Face Detection Techniques 人脸检测技术综述

The need for automatic understanding and examination of data increased with the tremendous growth of video and imaging databases. The change of identity, feelings and attitudes of a person's face always play a key role in terms of social communication. It is difficult for human beings to distinguish and identify various faces. Hence, we can say that in face recognition, the automatic computer-aided face detection system plays an important role. It also plays a significant role in determining the facial expressions and their recognition, estimation of head pose and interaction of humans and computers, etc. The size and location of the human face in a digital image are determined by face detection. For face detection in digital images, this paper brings forward a detailed and comprehensive survey of various important techniques. In this paper, different challenges and applications regarding face detection are also discussed. The standard databases for the detection of the face are mentioned along with various other features. Along with this, special discussions are provided regarding highly practical aspects for the robustness of the system for face detection. In the end, there ¬are some highly promising directions for the research and investigation to be conducted in the future.

Impact of Individuals’ Engagement in Social Network-An Extensive Analysis 个人参与社交网络的影响——一个广泛的分析

Social Network (SN) is of avail for sharing information among individuals and communities for different purposes like sharing opinions, feelings, photos, videos and many others. Since the start of the COVID-19 epidemic and the ensuing limitations, the use of Apps on smart devices has exploded. In-line with how much time is spent on SN by a person, the manifestation of physical and mental problems are found in diverse patterns. In this review a comparative account is presented linking the time spent by individuals on social network and the patterns of the resultant health problems in course of time. Most of the earlier studies categorize the users in to various groups based on the time spent on social network. Then they describe the apparent problems that are faced, under two categories, due to the extensive time spent by the users on various social network applications. Finally, the review presents a comprehensive idea of the different analytical techniques used for finding problems faced with respect to the time spent and frequency of social network use. The results on the whole present a variegated picture as regards existence of correlation between intensity of usage and incidence of health problems.

In this review a comparative account is presented linking the time spent by individuals on social network and the patterns of the resultant health problems in course of time. Most of the earlier studies categorize the users in to various groups based on the time spent on social network. Then they describe the apparent problems that are faced, under two categories, due to the extensive time spent by the users on various social network applications. Finally, the review presents a comprehensive idea of the different analytical techniques used for finding problems faced with respect to the time spent and frequency of social network use. The Effect of Transformational Leaders, Academic Culture on the Lecturer of University Performances in the Corona Virus Era 冠状病毒时代变革型领导者、学术文化对大学讲师绩效的影响

The research plans to find out and investigate the impact of transformational leader and academic culture on the performance of Indonesian university lecturers amid the Corona Virus (COVID-19) time. This research utilizes a quantitative exploration strategy with a survey procedure to give response to the hypotheses of test planned. The respondents consist of 150 lecturers employing cluster random sampling technique. The product-moment correlation validated the instruments for lecturers’ performance, academic lecture, and transformational leader, the Alpha Cronbach estimated the reliability, and testing the hypothesis used path analysis. The path analysis results uncovered that (1) there was an impact of transformational leader on the performance of lecturers, (2) there was a direct impact of academic culture on the performance of lecturers, and (3) there was a direct impact of transformational leader on the academic culture of lecturers. This research implies for efforts to enhance the performance of lecturers, the effectiveness of transformational leaders, and the effectiveness of academic culture.

Ridge Regression based Missing Data Estimation with Dimensionality Reduction: Microarray Gene Expression Data 基于脊回归的缺失数据降维估计:微阵列基因表达数据

Data is considered to be the important element in the field of Data Science and Machine Learning. Performance of Machine Learning and Data Mining algorithms greatly influenced by the characteristics of data and data with missing values. Performance of all these Machine Learning algorithms greatly improved and they can give accurate results when the data is in full without missing values. So before applying these algorithms; dataset and its missing values are completely filled. To impute these missing values in the dataset there are numerous methods were proposed. In this paper we used micro array gene expression dataset; by introducing various percentages of missing values a new methodology is proposed to impute these missing values in the data set. The nature of micro array gene expression dataset is huge in dimensionality, so at first, we used recursive feature elimination method to select the best features which contributes much for model was selected then we apply the Ridge Regression for imputation. Imputations with other methods are compared. We evaluate the performance of all models by using the metrics like MSE, MAE, R-square. To select the best model in the set of models we used Normalized Criteria Distance (NCD) to rank the models under proposed metrics. The model with least NCD rank selected as the best model among other models, in our paper proposed model has got the lowest value among other models and considered to be the best model among other models.

Deposit and Loan Guarantee Institutions and it’s Role in Restoring Confidence in the Iraqi Banking Sector 存款和贷款担保机构及其在恢复对伊拉克银行业信心中的作用

Pacing from the part of deposits and loans in supporting banking stability, any peril that threatens this part constitutes direct trouble to the banking system. Thus, should develop the mechanisms to cover and guarantee the rights of depositors (deposit guarantee), and mechanisms to cover banks from remitment of bank credit and cover them from ruin and ruin through the establishment of an institution guaranteeing loans, which represents an abecedarian demand to guarantee and stabilize the banking system and restore lost Confidence in the Iraqi banking system. Consequently, the exploration problem surfaced from a set of questions: Do deposit and loan guarantee institutions lead to the banking system's stability? Does this affect the degree of stability of deposits and attract further deposits, especially since deposits within the banking system are (23), while there's a chance (77) of the financial mass outside the banking system? As well as the question, will the bank credit increase after the loan institution guarantees this credit? Therefore, cranking the Deposit Guarantee Law and approving the Loan Guarantee Law will contribute to the anticipated part in restoring Confidence in the Iraqi banking system? It represents the fundamental problem of exploration, primarily since the Deposit Law, despite its blessing, has not been enforced.
