The article analyzes the state of training of highly qualified personnel in graduate school from the point of view of analyzing the first results of the implementation of its new model. The problem of interaction of the education system, the labor market and the social behavior of young people is identified. The main trends in the field of postgraduate training are identified. The search for a new content of the educational program is associated with a modern interpretation of the understanding of the goals and results of the postgraduate program. The main labor markets for postgraduate graduates and the leading competencies demanded by these markets are considered. The problem of academic inbreeding in Russian universities is revealed. The study actualized the need to develop an educational program of postgraduate studies that is adequate to the new conditions of its work and takes into account the goals and needs of all participants in this process, implemented at the intersection of education, science and business.

The article deals with a new pedagogical branch of "wikididactics" and its presentation on Facebook. Wikididactics is considered as a part of pedagogy, which deals with the use of Wikipedia in the educational process, development and testing of new didactic materials based on Wikipedia sources. Terminological base of the direction "Wikididactics" today includes the following concepts: wiki user, wikimedian, wikipedian, wiki educator, wikididact. Wikididactics is the newest branch of modern media didactics, presented on the social network Facebook. The materials of the Facebook page are aimed at developing the media educational and socio-cultural competencies of its users. The results of the content analysis of the FB page "Wikididactics" are offered.

According to UNESCO statistics, more than 1.5 billion children and youth in 188 countries around the globe have to stay home due to the closure of schools and higher education institutions following the Coronavirus outbreak [1]. The aim of our work was to study the features of teaching clinical disciplines to medical students during distance learning and to develop an algorithm to improve practical skills and abilities. The study included 260 fourth-year medical students. Surveys were conducted anonymously in a randomized manner to increase the reliability of the results, using Google Forms (software for administering the survey, which is part of the free web package Google Docs Editors, offered by Google). The whole list of questions was compiled into one questionnaire, to each of which the student had to give a positive or negative answer. After analyzing the answers to the questions about the resources that contribute to better learning of practical skills during distance learning, the majority of 204 (78.5%) respondents chose simulation technologies, 38 students (14.6%) preferred video interviews followed by discussion and only 18 people (6.9%) - solving clinical tasks and tests. According to the results of the research, the highest indicators of mastering practical skills and abilities were students who worked them in the educational and training center of simulation medicine and innovative technologies.

Paraphrasing and summarizing are powerful skills that everyone should develop while learning a foreign language. These two tools are the main clues for integrating the sources into the papers. Paraphrasing and summarizing are very useful as they allow to convey other’s ideas in one’s speech without cluttering up the paragraphs with quotation marks. It is important to be able to summarize and paraphrase correctly to effectively integrate the research into the paper without any plagiarism. By paraphrasing and summarizing the writer shows a full understanding of the topic, identifies the most important information and explains it using his way of outlook. The article tries to highlight the main characteristic features of paraphrasing and summarizing skills, suggests some ways how to develop them and tries to find out the existing differences between them.

The government procurement market is a macroeconomic system that includes interacting structural elements within a single system that are an integral part of a country's economic system. The state, as the owner of significant financial resources, acts as the largest subject of market relations in placing budget orders. State procurement (goods, construction works, services) is carried out to meet the most important state needs. Modern market relations have confirmed the need to regulate the process of procurement of goods, services and construction works in country by the state, at the level of an independent institution of executive power/government. In the modern economy, public institutions face the need to regulate the flow of financial resources in order to make procurements for state and social needs, which spending entities must implement efficiently and effectively. In this regard, certain areas of market research are discussed and some conclusions are presented.
