- Soil pH is an important parameter which affects nutrients in soil and is helpful in deciding crop as well as fertilizer management. The classical methods are proven methods and have their own limitations like sensor and calibration of meters. The alternate solutions such as image processing based estimation give reliable and consistent results than traditional methods. In proposed paper, color images of fined soil are used to develop the correlation of color components or index derived o using color components. It has been observed that the proposed index asv pH index value gives better correlation coefficient of 0.76 with actual pH values. The regression equation obtained by curve fitting gives R-square of 0.6. The soil classification as acidic, neutral or basic is done effectively and found to be accurate. The overall test sample error is 3.99 percent with lies between the desired span.

This bibliometric analysis evaluates the global research conducted on organizational ambidexterity using the Scopus database as a source. The purpose of this paper is to further develop a complete understanding of organizational ambidexterity comprehension. This research is based on 393 studies published in Scopus journals between 1996-2019. This examination highlights that the organizational ambidexterity papers underwent an uphill drive since 2012 onwards, having more papers annually within 2015-2019. This study is based on bibliometric analysis based on the VOS viewer software, used to conduct various analysis such as the coauthorship and cooccurrence map analysis.Exploration and exploitation emerge as the two principal dimensions used frequently with organizational ambidexterity studies globally. Besides, small and medium-sized enterprises are the least studied among organizational ambidexterity studies.

The Dominican Republic has more than 1.200.000 Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in different Economic Sectors. Although the State recognizes the value that these have for the economic development of the country, there is no systematized and automated characterization that allows for an analysis that helps decisionmaking. This article shows the results when applying Business Intelligence Techniques for the characterization of Enterprises, taking into account the Systematization of Information through a web application. In this sense, 179 Micro, Small and Mediumsize d Enterprises were analyzed, using an instrument that allowed knowing different variables associated with the economic development of each of the Enterprises. Results show the incidence of different factors in the generation of income for the Enterprise.

- Purpose- Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs) become an important part of the economic system in Indonesia because SMEs are more business units than large-scale industries. SMEs' businesses are a key driver of economic activity. But SMEs in Indonesia face problems, the most fundamental problem is not yet optimal improvement in the quality of human resources (HR), COVID-19 pandemic, also has implications on the economy and performance of SMEs. Aims This study to analyze the influence of spiritual intelligence, emotional intelligence, and intellectual intelligence on the performance of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in the COVID-19 Pandemic. Methodology- The study uses a descriptive verification method by using a sample of 70 respondents using propulsive sampling. Data analysis using multiple linear regression with IBM SPSS software version 25. Finding- The results showed the variable of spiritual intelligence positive effect on the performance of SMEs. The variable of emotional intelligence does not have a positive effect on the performance of SMEs. The variable of spiritual intelligence has a positive effect on the performance of SMEs. Based on the F-test results of spiritual intelligence, emotional intelligence, and intellectual intelligence have positive effects on the performance of SMEs.
