This paper studies the distributed fusion filtering problem for multi-sensor stochastic systems with unknown inputs and one-step random delays. By defining some new variables, the original system with unknown inputs and random delays is equivalently transformed into a stochastic parameterized system. The time-delay is depicted by a Bernoulli distributed random variable. No prior information about unknown inputs is available. A Kalman-form distributed fusion filter (DFF) independent of unknown inputs is presented based on the linear unbiased minimum variance criterion. The filtering error cross-covariance matrices between any two local filters are derived. A simulation explains the effectiveness of the algorithms.

The measurement methods of liquid level are summarized. A cylindrical tube capacitive liquidometer consisting of two tubes is produced. Arithmetic relationship between the liquid level and the capacitance is derived. AD7746 is used to convert the capacitance signal into voltage signal. The voltage signal is then processed by PIC16F877 microcontroller and digitally displayed by the circuit of 1602. It is stated that sensor errors lie in manufacture, structure, and liquid temperature changes. The corresponding solutions are put forward. The calibration is carried out on the instrument to compare the values of the standard capacitance and calculated capacitance and test results are given.

As a comprehensive measure, the error spectrum will be widely used for estimation performance evaluation. However, it's hard to calculate without the error distribution. An approximate algorithm is proposed in this study to solve this problem. Then, how the approximate calculation can be used is illustrated by numerical examples. Finally, the correctness of the algorithm is validated by the simulation results.

Pansharpening has been an important tool in remote sensing applications, which transforms a set of low-spatial-resolution multispectral images to high-spatial-resolution images by fusing a co-registered fine-spatial-resolution panchromatic image. The new style very high-resolution WorldView-2 satellite images have posed challenges to the image fusion techniques. An effective pansharpening method based on correspondence analysis is presented in this paper. The experimental results show that the presented method can effectively obtain a better trade-off between the spectral fidelity and the spatial resolution enhancement compared to some existing methods.

Video coding has been a very hot area of research for a long time. The latest standard High Efficiency Video Coding (HEVC) outperforms H.264 a lot and needs only half of bit-rate to obtain the same performance. However HEVC is designed for high definition video such as 1080p and above. The high compression rate calls for high complexity, which limits the application in some low bandwidth and low complexity conditions. In this paper, an idea of wavelet transform-based downsampling scheme for intra mode is used before HEVC coding to ensure the bandwidth for low frequency content of video in low bit-rate condition. Furthermore the downsampled size of video can reduce the complexity of HEVC encoding procedure to only a quarter of the original size. To make the performance better, we also allocate bandwidth for high frequency content. Bit-plane encoding with frame partition is used to encode the high frequency coefficients efficiently. Bit-plane encoding scheme encodes big data first so that the high frequency content can be transmitted in an arbitrary truncated bitstream. Frame partition uses fewer bits to encode more coefficients. Simulation results of intra mode coding are presented to show the advantage of our algorithm. The proposed wavelet transform-based downsampling scheme reduces the complexity of HEVC. Together with high frequency coefficients encoding, our algorithm can perform similar coding performance as HEVC.

Towards the problem of low rate of partial discharge (PD) recognition caused by lack of effective train samples, Fisher discriminant method is applied to improve recognition rate of PD for transformer. The discharge data produced by four PD models is collected, from which forty-four statistical characteristics are extracted. In order to solve the problem of singular matrix due to the high dimension, an effective dimension-reduced strategy is put forward. Forty-four characteristics are divided into seven low-dimensional subgroups, which become the input data for seven classifiers constructed by Fisher discriminant method. The PD type of the test samples is identified as that voted by results of seven classifiers. Results show that, in contrast to the back-propagation network method, the proposed method is more stable and possesses higher recognition rate under the condition of limited training samples, thus with good practical values.

For the problem of the high power LED heat radiator cooling slowly and having a higher temperature, it will affect the service life of the LED. Studying thermal characteristics of the different power of fin-tubular radiator temperature field distribution and heat flux vector distribution of lamps and lanterns. According to heat transfer knowledge, we make a qualitative analysis of the heat dissipation theory and control equation of natural convection with the complicated and changeable environment factors. Combined with the structure property of the radiator, we put forward an optimization design scheme of fin-tubular heat radiator with the aid of a kind of method to estimate the temperature. Taking Sunflower radiator for example, we completed the numerical analysis of the theoretical estimation by using the method of experiment and ansys simulation. And we make a quantitative analysis of the heat dissipation area and heat transfer coefficient on the temperature field distribution and the distribution of the heat flux vector, verify the reliability and accuracy of the temperature estimation method, and optimizing the design scheme of fin-tubular radiator has better heat dissipation performance.

This paper presents the characteristics analysis of wind farm to the participation of power grid frequency regulation. Wind farm is built by equivalent modeling method, and contains full-converter wind turbine generators (WTG) with Wind Turbine of Direct-Drive Permanent Magnet Synchronous Generator (DDPMSG). At first, model and control strategy of WTG with PMSG is introduced. Then single-machine equivalent model is elaborated. The control model of WTG with PMSG is built to reflect frequency adjustment. Combined with Jilin power grid data, wind farms are built on software of DIgSILENT/Power Factory platform. Output Characteristic of wind farm is analyzed under load shedding. Results show that control technology of the DDPMSG is suitable for contribution to grid frequency response.

The convolutive blind source separation (BSS) problem can be solved in frequency domain. To solve the permutation ambiguity problem in frequency domain, this paper presents an improved permutation alignment algorithm. According to features of radar signals, first the frequency domain is divided to some region segmentations. Then the permutation alignment is performed in each region independently. Finally, we fuse all of the regions and estimate the frequency point of the signal with incorrect separation. This algorithm overcomes the problem that the incorrect permutation of a frequency point will influence subsequent frequency points. The simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness and validity of the proposed method.
