Bullying is aggressive behavior or action that involves an imbalance of power that is detrimental to others. Most bullying occurs at school and a lot of data can prove that schools are the biggest contributors to bullying behavior. The output of this community services is Being able to provide an understanding of the importance of creating conditions and a good and comfortable school atmosphere for students to avoid bullying behavior at school. This community services held with lecture method accompanied by an explanation and interactive discussion involving all participants. The implementation of this Community Service is going well and smoothly. The success factor of this Community Service activities at MAN 10 Jakarta is the enthusiasm of participants in receiving material and communicative material delivery by the Speakers. While the obstacle in this activity is the unavailability of credible resource persons and the limited time to carry out the Activity.

In the period of January to April 2021, 234 children were found to be the victims of the children trafficking and 60% of them were recruited through the social media. Children and young adults were told that they will be hired as employee and earn sophisticated salary while in fact they were tricked into sexual exploitation. Pandemic and high internet penetration results in increasing internet use for children and young adults. Hence, both children and young adults are prone to the human trafficking practices. Therefore, it is urgent to conduct socialization and education towards children and young adults regarding the high risks of social media use as the recruitment tools for human trafficking perpetrators. This community service aimed to increasing knowledge and rising awareness of the young adults in Jatinangor with regard to the threat of social media as the human trafficking modus of practices. The data collection comprised of online survey before and after the socialization. Because of the pandemic, the socialization took place online or known as Webinar. The webinar was divided into three session which consisted of polling session (pre-test), talks and discussion session, then post-test session. The objectives of this webinar were to socialize, educate, and develop social awareness with regard to the human trafficking threats. The online survey results were analyzed using quantitative descriptive technique. The results indicate that after the webinar the participant succeed in gaining knowledge and understanding of the human trafficking recruitment modus and how the social media used as one of the modus.

Village-Owned Enterprises or abbreviated BUMDes has a goal, one of which is to encourage rural economic activities. The management of BUMDes in the Tambang District still uses the conventional system. Therefore, it is necessary to provide an understanding of Islamic Finance. The purpose of this service is to increase the understanding of BUMDes managers regarding Syariah finance and motivate BUMDes managers to apply sharia principles, with the following materials: Sharia BUMDes finance, Islamic financial principles, Islamic financial products, sharia contracts. Also conducted pre-test and post-test. The results of community service activities, seen from the pre-test and post-test scores carried out, showed an increased understanding of Islamic finance among BUMDes managers in the Mining District, where the decrease in participants who scored below 50 and the increase in participants with a score of 71-100 showed that after the explanation from the dedicated team and the motivation provided showed an increase in understanding of Islamic finance and also showed the motivation of participants in understanding literacy, principles and, Islamic finance contracts.

Busuk Island is a small island located in Kuantan Singingi Regency, Riau Province. Potential resource on this island is rubber plantations. This service aims to utilize and process rubber seeds with wafer technology as goat fodder in an effort to improve community welfare. The service method is a Community Based Research (CBR) method is a method in which the community participates in this research and service process. The results show that community service activities produce 80 - 90% feedback from the community, although most people have a low level of education but it is still easy to understand the material, wafer nutrient content produced between treatments namely crude protein 10.02 - 11.40%, crude fiber 21.00 - 21.55% and crude fat 4.36 - 6.92 %. The conclusion of this service is that wafers with the addition of rubber seed waste to the level of 21% in the ration can be used as goat fodder with a community based research (CBR) service model which is an effective model to motivate farmers to increase the development and growth of goats to the maximum, so that the sale value goat livestock are also high and have implications for improving the welfare of the community

Advances in communication and information technology make humans very dependent on the media, be it mainstream media or social media. One of the significant effects of information technology is the change in the buying and selling system from conventional methods to more modern ones, namely through the internet or what we call e-commerce. However, not all small and medium-sized businesses have used e-commerce to maximize sales, this is as experienced by catfish farmers in Koto Masjid Village, Kec. XIII Koto Kampar. This service aims to train small and medium business actors to use e-commerce media in marketing their products to increase income and expand consumer targets. The service technique is carried out directly and is applicable, through the presentation method (lecture) and training on e-commerce techniques directly (applicative), for further assistance. The training participants are people who have a catfish farming business in Koto Masjid Village. The result of this service is that the community can apply e-commerce so that it can be a solution to develop the business they have built, innovate and of course improve the welfare of the farmers.

RS Mata Pekanbaru Eye Center merupakan rumah sakit khusus mata yang berlokasi di Marpoyan Damai, Kota Pekanbaru. RS MATA Pekanbaru Eye Center hadir sebagai rumah sakit khusus mata. Dengan fasilitas yang lengkap, peralatan canggih dan staf yang professional, RS Pekanbaru Eye Center mampu memberikan pelayanan yang maksimal dan terbaik sehingga tercipta kenyamanan dalam setiap pelayanan kepada pasien dan keluarga. Untuk menciptakan standar pelayanan serta peningkatan mutu pada rumah sakit, pemerintah melakukan asesmen terhadap rumah sakit secara berkala dengan melaksanakan akreditasi. Salah satu syarat akreditasi tersebut adalah terpenuhinya pelatihan komunikasi efektif kepada seluruh karyawan dan staf rumah sakit tersebut. Location of Sukalaba village located in the hilly area and far away which causing to lack of attention and monitoring by the regional government. The main problem of Sukalabans is disease threat because they are lack of knowledge and awareness in implementing health protocols and the garbage is not managed causing lots of flies around the settlement as a result of the large number of chicken farms. Focus of these service activities are public health and environment aspect. These activities aimed to change community behavior which led to a clean and healthy lifestyle (PHBS) to prevent disease transmission including covid-19, increase community hygiene and environmental health. The applied approach is communication approach with Extended Parallel Process model which focused to components of message, perception, and self-efficacy. The results of community activities covered educational communication of preventing of Covid-19 transmission, integrated waste management planning, and door-to-door counseling about use of fly poison. Other supporting activities are healthy exercise regularly, community service to mosque cleanliness, and planting 1000 trees.

Bengkalis adalah salah satu kabupaten yang memiliki jumlah Industri Kecil dan Menengah (IKM/UKM) terbanyak di Provinsi Riau. Namun demikian beberapa tahun belakangan perolehan laba dari IKM/UKM di wilayah tersebut telah mengalami penurunan. Kondisi ini menjadikan IKM/UKM tersebut dituntut untuk lebih gencar melakukan kegiatan promosi agar produk-produk dari daerah tersebut lebih banyak dikenal dan dibeli oleh konsumen. Penggunaan media sosial sebagai media promosi sangatlah penting untuk diterapkan guna meningkatkan penjualan. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk memberikan pendampingan tentang penerapan pemasaran melalui media sosial (social media marketing) sebagai media promosi untuk produk-produk yang dihasilkan oleh pengusaha IKM dan juga Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan (Disperindag) di Kabupaten Bengkalis. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan selama empat bulan dengan kegiatan utama dilaksanakan di kantor Disperindag Kabupaten Bengkalis. Peserta yang hadir lebih dari empat puluh orang yang terdiri dari para pengusaha IKM yang ada di Bengkalis serta para staf dan pegawai Disperindag itu sendiri. Respon yang positif telah diberikan para peserta atas kegiatan tersebut. Dari kegiatan ini diketahui bahwa tidak seorang pun dari peserta yang menggunakan media sosial sebagai media promosi produk mereka. Sebagian besar peserta juga belum memiliki pengetahuan yang baik dalam menggunakan teknologi informasi berbasis internet. Melalui kegiatan pendampingan ini, para pengusaha IKM mendapatkan pengetahuan baru serta kemampuan awal dalam penerapan social media marketing yang sangat bermanfaat bagi pengembangan usaha terutama dalam hal promosi produk mereka.

Peserta yang hadir lebih dari empat puluh orang yang terdiri dari para pengusaha IKM yang ada di Bengkalis serta para staf dan pegawai Disperindag itu sendiri. Respon yang positif telah diberikan para peserta atas kegiatan tersebut. Dari kegiatan ini diketahui bahwa tidak seorang pun dari peserta yang menggunakan media sosial sebagai media promosi produk mereka. Sebagian besar peserta juga belum memiliki pengetahuan yang baik dalam menggunakan teknologi informasi berbasis internet. Pentingnya mengidentifikasi kebutuhan khusus yang dimiliki oleh anak menjadi perhatian karena akan berdampak terhadap pemilihan dan keberhasilan program Pendidikan anak berkebutuhan khusus (ABK). Adanya komorbiditas dalam setiap klasifikasi kebutuhan khusus menjadi permasalahan sehingga guru harus diberi pengetahuan mengenai berbagaimacam klasifikasi anak berkebutuhan khusus, ciri-cirinya dan pendidikannya. Klasifikasi anak berkebutuhan khusus sangat banyak. Namun, dalam pengabdian ini kami memfokuskan pada beberapa klasifikasi saja yaitu autis, ADHD, dan disleksia. Pengabdi memberikan pengetahuan tersebut kepada guru PAUD di Kecamatan Bangkinang Kota dengan melakukan pretest dan posttest untuk mengukur keefektifan pelatihan ini. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa rerata nilai pretest adalah 3,36 dan hasil post test adalah 5,52 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan mengenai pengetahuan guru tentang anak berkebutuhan khusus pada saat pretest dan posttest. Artinya, pelatihan ini efektif untuk meningkatkan pemahaman guru PAUD mengenai anak berkebutuhan khusus.

Technology and social networks, or what we often call cyberspace, have become part of social life in the real world. social media can be found with the help of computer technology, laptops, smartphones and other communication media. The use of social media has been used at various levels of society and various groups for media interaction or promotion from children, adolescents, to adults. Adolescence is a period of transition from childhood full of dependence to a period of forming responsibilities. In its use, social media is used mostly by adolescents, with this transitional period adolescence becomes a special concern because it will affect their behavior and personality in the future. The purpose of this service is to provide knowledge and insights to adolescents on social media and its effects, to provide learning for the community in responding to social media. The method is carried out with a lecture system with a preventive approach to the audience against the values given by the speaker.
