The use of Textronics to Support the Work of Modern Washing Devices 使用Textronics来支持现代洗涤设备的工作

Contemporary textronic RFID transponders open up completely new possibilities for designers of household appliances. In particular, these applications are visible in the laundry technique, where the information contained in the RFID transponder sewn into the garment can be used to select the best washing program for a specific type of fabric or to select the appropriate washing program for various fabrics placed in the drum of the washing machine. As part of the work, a stand for demonstrating the use of RFIDtex tags in a washing device was designed and built. A management system was prepared for the built model of a washing machine equipped with an RFID Read/Write Device RWD supporting decision-making about selecting a given function of the device based on the data provided by reading RFIDtex tags integrated in the garment. As part of the work, the effectiveness of the station's operation was tested with the use of RFIDtex tags samples.

This article deals with the proposal of a new type of conversion of KPIs. This new type of calculation gives more weight and emphasis to the resulting profitability of production. This is fundamentally different from the basic calculation of KPIs, which work only with current data. The final form of the calculation is focused on the optimization of the produced profit.

Mathematical model of multipath ultrasonic flowmeter for its automated designing 多径超声流量计自动化设计的数学模型

In the paper, numerical integration methods are analyzed to apply them for designing multipath ultrasonic flowmeters. The mathematical model of a multipath ultrasonic flowmeter based on the Gauss-Jacobi integration method is developed. Applying the Gauss-Jacobi method, the authors also proposed the analytical dependences to determine the location coordinates and weighting factors of acoustic paths, which allows it to be used while designing the structures of 2, 3, and 4-path ultrasonic flowmeters. These dependencies supplement the developed mathematical model.

Application of body posture recognition algorithm in IoT smart mattress 身体姿势识别算法在物联网智能床垫中的应用

We live in the era of the fourth industrial revolution and the technological skills that are applied in industry are dispersed into the surrounding fields of human activity. The most accelerated area is healthcare. We call Healthcare 4.0 a new approach to technological progress in this field. As the name suggests, this trend has something to do with Industry 4.0. It is not true that healthcare takes over industrial production, but some technological processes. An example is the Internet of Things and its modification of the Medical Internet of Things (MIoT) for medical devices. As in industry, the effort is to remove as much human activity as possible from the control chain. We try to achieve the same properties in healthcare systems. With the advent of the coronavirus pandemic, the development of similar applications has accelerated significantly due to a lack of experienced manpower in the industry. In particular, the care of elderly or less mobile patients is personnel and time consuming. The trend of an aging population does not contribute to this either. To maintain the cavity of care despite the lack of manpower, it is necessary to make this work as efficient as possible. Anti-decubitus mattresses should also be used for this purpose, which monitor the position and change of position of the patient who is prone to bedsores. Our classification methods use machine learning methods to improve the accuracy of the detected position. Thanks to this, we can alert staff if necessary to prevent critical injuries and reduce treatment costs before damage occurs. Prevention is the only and best possible treatment for bedsores.

Design of Management Systems for Smart Grid 智能电网管理系统的设计

An electrical energy is and would be one of the most important energy sectors. By accepting green resolutions to generate electricity, researchers are giving their best to get the most reliable and efficient way to generate electricity with renewables. As renewables are intermittent in nature healthy management system is very important. In this article, we have demonstrated 2-way energy and communication flow with peer-to-peer energy transfer. Users and utility connection is distinguished with the Smart Control Panel in the street, which empower small prosumer to participate in the market. To identify algorithm and system management, two cases are considered. Normal Gird operation and Faulty Grid. The result shows that systems have the potential to withstand for a quite long time to get supplied to the street even without taking electricity from the main grid. This system saves user rights to use electricity anytime in a day with a full load and including cost-saving phenomena.

New look at the synthesis of antenna for UHF RFID transponder 超高频RFID应答器天线合成新进展

The design of UHF transponder begins with the elaboration of the antenna that should be customized to the selected chip. Frequency bands, specific characteristics of target objects, the application requirements, etc. should be taken into consideration. The developed technology of designing and manufacturing an RFID transponder based on ecological aluminum milling is presented in this paper. It is a significant innovation compared to the currently used technique of producing RFID antennas by the etching method. The advantages and disadvantages of both methods of producing the transponder antennas are indicated. In the design of the transponder antenna it is obligatory to take into consideration the requirements of the antenna manufacturing process (e.g. minimum widths of conductive paths, etc.). Therefore, a set of recommendations and procedures were developed according to which its numerical model should be prepared. The antennas structure designed and simulated by using Ansys HFSS Electronics Desktop software is described in details. The analysis of the construction and simulation results together with resemblance with experimental data is presented and deduced.

The test subject is an ignition system modelled by a set of two induction coils with an open ferromagnetic core that constitutes an ignition coil. The essence of the tests is the application of magnetic coupling of the fractional order that enables taking into account the non-idealities of the coils and the connector that implements the ignition point. The paper contains the results of a theoretical analysis, supported by digital simulations.

Turbocharger Sensor Used to Monitor Operating Parameters Based on Vibration Analysis 基于振动分析的涡轮增压器工作参数监测传感器

Large-size diesel engines used in power generators, locomotives and ships require the use of turbochargers in order to provide them with optimal operating point. These turbochargers often work under very hard conditions - high temperatures, vibrations, aggressive exhaust gases - causing component wear and demanding periodic service. The blades and bearing elements are the most sensitive parts. The operating conditions, especially overloading and excessive speed, are often responsible for the premature failure of the device. Failure to notice early signs of degradation and the approaching need for service may lead to a serious damage. Some turbocharger units use devices that monitor the environmental and operating conditions, e.g. rotational speed. However, these are complex and hence costly systems. This article presents a compact device designed to be installed on a turbocharger, equipped with a number of environmental sensors, such as pressure, humidity, temperature, and interfaces to connect further external sensors. The most important feature of the device is that it is equipped with a set of built-in accelerometers for the analysis of vibrations, and for estimating the rotational speed without the use of a dedicated rotational speed sensor. The device can be equipped with bluetooth low energy wireless connectivity and internal non-volatile memory for data collection. On-board processing power helps to compute and interpret the results. Thanks to this, it is possible to determine normal and abnormal working conditions of the turbocharger, its overloads, overheating or excessive system pressure. This data, regularly collected, is very useful for predictive maintenance.

The blades and bearing elements are the most sensitive parts. The operating conditions, especially overloading and excessive speed, are often responsible for the premature failure of the device. Failure to notice early signs of degradation and the approaching need for service may lead to a serious damage. Some turbocharger units use devices that monitor the environmental and operating conditions, e.g. rotational speed. However, these are complex and hence costly systems. This article presents a compact device designed to be installed on a turbocharger, equipped with a number of environmental sensors, such as pressure, humidity, temperature, and interfaces to connect further external sensors. The most important feature of the device is that it is equipped with a set of built-in accelerometers for the analysis of vibrations, and for estimating the rotational speed without the use of a dedicated rotational speed sensor. The device can be equipped with bluetooth low energy wireless connectivity and internal non-volatile memory for data collection. On-board processing power helps to compute and interpret the results. Thanks to this, it is possible to determine normal and abnormal working conditions of the turbocharger, its overloads, overheating or excessive system pressure. Ion Milling Method for Revealing the HgCdTe MBE-grown Structure 离子铣削法揭示HgCdTe mbe生长结构

Using ion milling, the evolution of defect structure of Molecular Beam Epitaxy (MBE)-grown HgCdTe (MCT) has been followed from the time of the milling down to the full relaxation of defects induced by the treatment. It was found that in the case of ion-milled HgCdTe stored at the room temperature, the relaxation process stops only after several months. The idea of the work was to present possibly most comprehensive pattern of the nature and dynamics of defects in MCT heterostructures fabricated with MBE. Selected publications illustrate full examination methodology, which was applied in an attempt to use ion milling for revealing the defect structure of MBE-grown HgCdTe.

Modelling PV Impact on Energy Loss in Local MV Grid 模拟PV对局部中压电网能量损失的影响

This paper presents a model to simulate grid energy loss with distributed renewable energy sources based on grid load profile measurements. The characteristics of distribution grid energy loss under actual load profiles and PV generating on the grid are studied. The studies have shown that using the maximum values of the load powers and power outputs of energy sources for calculating energy loss leads to significant errors. Simulating power flow in the example distribution grid using the measured load profiles and time characteristics of PV and HPP outputs is carried out to show their impact on grid power loss in possible exploitative conditions.
