Problem Management is a crucial aspect in the management of Information Technology (IT) services, aiming to identify and address the main causes of problems in an organization's IT infrastructure. This study analyzes the implementation of Problem Management in the IT Helpdesk at UIN Raden Fatah, with a focus on services from the PUSTIPD Unit. Case studies are used as the main research method, involving interviews, observation and analysis of related documents. The findings show that the implementation of Problem Management has brought significant benefits, although there is still room for improvement, especially in interunit coordination and end-user engagement. This study provides insight into the importance of Problem Management in improving the performance of IT services in higher education institutions.

Recent developments in all fields have provided many advantages in various aspects of human life. These developments have brought people to always move dynamically because they are required to always follow it. The ability to access information will be very helpful in the development process of human life itself. In line with the advancement of information technology today, all business fields are required to be able to keep up with very rapid and fast developments. In the preparation of the thesis carried out at PT. ILUFAK Plaskaging Semarang authors can conclude that there are many benefits of making a web-based Sales information system. The benefit is that it can help smooth, precise and work efficiency in the system of selling goods. In making this Web-based sales information system, the author uses the application program Macromedia Dreamwever MX 2004, Adobe Photoshop CS2, to support the creation of online sales programs.

At PT. Pos Indonesia Mranggen Branch in making transaction receipt reports so far still uses Microsoft Excel where there are many columns in it, so that in its operation it still confuses users in this case are employees who work at the branch office. The purpose of this research is to assist employees in completing the work of making reports related to transaction reporting. In the process of collecting data with the aim of solving problems, the authors use descriptive data collection methods, namely by observation and interviews. And to design the software application, the writer uses Access Database 2007 and Visual Basic 6.0 Application, while the report system uses Crystal Report 8.5 Application. The final result of this research is a Transaction reporting system application that can provide convenience for employees in entering (input) transaction reporting data where there are several forms that are very easy to operate that no longer use many columns in it.

The development of information technology is growing rapidly from day to day. This is supported by the presence of a computer as a data processing media that can assist the process of providing information. Computers are one of the basic needs for an agency or company to assist in recording and processing data in order to produce fast, precise and accurate information. The need for a computer is due to the number of transactions or important data of agencies or companies that are very diverse so that a database is needed that can store and process the data into information quickly, accurately, and can be used whenever needed This information is needed to help a company or agency in making the right decisions for the company's survival in the future. Likewise, the Ambarawa Regional General Hospital (RSUD) uses computers as a medium for recording and processing data to produce information. The Regional General Hospital (RSUD) Ambarawa is one of the institutions belonging to Semarang Regency which is engaged in public health services. Ambarawa Hospital is located at Jalan Kartini No. 101 Ambarawa. The beginning of its establishment was in 1930 in the form of a Private Hospital belonging to the Catholic Foundation and in 1945 the ownership of the Hospital was handed over to the Semarang Regency Government with management still carried out by the Catholic Foundation. From the results of the analysis of the data or information obtained, there is an urgent need for the availability of an employee data processing application program. To perform the processing of employee salary data processing at PT. GrandBest Indonesia is done by saving the data as an archive, then the data is entered into the computer through the Ms. Excel. Based on data from interviews with officers who handle employee payroll issues, that the ability of HR in using Ms. Excel is very low. As a result, this program cannot be used properly to process employee salary data. This is an obstacle because it causes delays in information and data loss. To overcome these problems, a new computerized system is needed to improve work efficiency. The methodology used to design the computerized system is: analyzing the current system, designing a new system, creating a system / programming, and finally testing the system that has been created. The resulting application in making this program is an employee payroll information system application at PT. GrandBest Indonesia using Visual Foxpro 9.0 programming language. This application generates employee biodata reports, salary data reports consisting of all salary data reports, attendance and salary data reports, salary data reports per class and journals..

To perform the processing of employee salary data processing at PT. GrandBest Indonesia is done by saving the data as an archive, then the data is entered into the computer through the Ms. Excel. Based on data from interviews with officers who handle employee payroll issues, that the ability of HR in using Ms. Excel is very low. As a result, this program cannot be used properly to process employee salary data. This is an obstacle because it causes delays in information and data loss. To overcome these problems, a new computerized system is needed to improve work efficiency. The methodology used to design the computerized system is: analyzing the current system, designing a new system, creating a system / programming, and finally testing the system that has been created. The resulting application in making this program is an employee payroll information system application at PT. GrandBest Indonesia using Visual Foxpro 9.0 programming language. This article discusses the importance of implementing a Web-Based E-Booking System for salons, offering a solution to customers facing relatively long waiting times for salon services. This system aids in providing clear information regarding salon operating hours, price lists, and effectively manages queue numbers when customers visit. Through the application of fundamental website development concepts using technologies like HTML, CSS, PHP, and MySQL, this system enables customers to book services online. Thus, it explores the design, business process analysis, system architecture, and interface ensuring convenience, comfort, and efficiency for both salons and customers.

The Sukomulyo Village Office is a government agency located at Jln. Raya No 01 Sukomulyo Kaliwungu Selatan Kendal Regency, Central Java. This current system records budget receipts as well as receipts from within the village and expenditure of funds every month. Transactions that occur in the treasury section are operational transactions for budget receipts and revenues from within the village as well as operational transactions for disbursement of Village expenditure funds. The village office has receipts and expenditures of funds every month. Revenue is divided into two, namely revenue from within the village and outside the village. From within the village, namely, village original income, village treasury land, village market, village hall rental, etc. From outside the village, namely, ADD (Village Budget) funds which are from weighing fund income, other legitimate village income, central government assistance, district assistance, provincial assistance, etc. Expenditures are also divided into two, namely direct expenditure and indirect expenditure. Direct expenditure, namely, village head's salary, village secretary's PLH salary, village head election costs, village meeting costs, indirect expenditure, namely, operational expenditure of LKMD (Village Community Activity Institute), expenditure on PKK activities, expenditure on youth organization activities, capital costs of LKD (Village Activity Institute) , assistance with Poskesdes activities, assistance with social activities.

But Digiknow is still not working properly so it cannot be used internally by PT. Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. The Business/System Anlyst has the task of collecting data on the opinions of Telkom employees regarding the Digiknow website and application. After getting the data, we made Crazy 8 based on the opinions we got to generate new ideas that we could develop in this project.
