This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurial intention, individual competence and venture capital on business success in the Bamboo Weaving Craftsmen Group in Padukuhan Mertelu Kulon, Gunungkidul Regency, Yogyakarta. The research was conducted with a quantitative approach using a questionnaire as a data collection method. The population in this study were all members of the local woven bamboo craftsman group, amounting to 75 people. The sampling technique uses a saturated sample, which means that the entire population is used as a sample. The location of this research is Mertelu Kulon Hamlet, Mertelu Village, Gedangsari District, Gunungkidul Regency, DI Yogyakarta Province. Then for data analysis using multiple linear regression techniques which are then processed with the SPSS 16 application. The results of this study conclude that entrepreneurial intentions do not have a positive and significant effect on business success, individual competencies have a positive and significant effect on business success, business capital has a positive and significant effect on business success, and entrepreneurial intentions, individual competencies, and business capital have a significant effect on business success. simultaneously to business success.

Creating and rehabilitating a large number of small and sustainable habitats to empower communities based on ecovillages is the heartbeat of a sustainable natural system, which is expected to be able to improve the community's economy, as one of the achievements to reduce the ecological footprint. Bhakti Ring Pertiwi (B-Riper) is a local community based in Dukuh Hamlet, Penebel Village, Tabanan Regency, routinely carrying out voluntary social and cultural movements aimed at preserving the environment, especially for handling piles of garbage that occur along the Yeh River watershed. Empas, which flows and at the same time becomes the source of life for the community around the village. This study uses a qualitative verification design. Through a SWOT analysis approach looking at the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats that exist, several strategies were found that can be used by the community in developing the potential of Dukuh Hamlet, Penebel Village, Tabanan Regency, Bali as a tourist attraction to realize increased community empowerment.

This study aims to analyze the differences in smartphone brand preference in relation to android operating system and iOS, by analyzing the relationship between smartphone features and selection of smartphone brands based on android OS and iPhone OS, and the effect of the features offered Operating system used today by a brand smartphone with an interest in smartphone devices. Samples in this study as many as 100 respondents students in Denpasar City who use smartphones with iOS and Android operating system. By using convenience sampling method. Data analysis technique used in this research is multiple regression analysis and chi square test. The results of this study prove the difference in preference to smartphones with IOS and Android operating system, with Android smartphones have a greater preference than iOS smartphones. There is a connection between the smartphone feature and the preference to change the smartphone device it has.

This study aims to examine the variables of entrepreneurial characteristics, experience and motivation on business success in MSMEs in Desa Timbulharjo. The research design used is quantitative research. Sampling was done by simple random sampling method and carried out by distributing questionnaires. The sample involved as many as 87 SMEs in Desa Timbulharjo. Data analysis used in this study include; (1) text data instrument, (2) classical assumption test consisting of normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, (3) hypothesis testing. The results showed that there was no positive and significant effect on the entrepreneurial characteristics variable on business success. Meanwhile, the experience and motivation variables have a positive and significant influence on business success.

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of leadership and work environment on work discipline. To find out and analyze the influence of leadership, work environment and work discipline on employee performance. To find out and analyze the influence of leadership and work environment on employee performance through work discipline. This research is an explanatory research and has a quantitative approach. The population in this study were 90 people. The number of samples used in as many as 90 people. The technique used in this sampling is total sampling. Data analysis and processing were carried out using path analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between Leadership and Work Environment on Work Discipline at the Bojonegoro Regency Education Office. There is a significant influence between leadership and work discipline on employee performance. There is no significant influence between the Work Environment and Employee Performance. There is a significant influence between Leadership on Employee Performance through Work Discipline. This study aims to analyze the effect of managerial capability on improving earnings quality and firm value at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel, Nusa Dua – Bali. The variables used in this study are firm efficiency, free cash flow, firm value. The sample of this research was carried out by taking all the company's quarterly financial report data published by the Ritz-Carlton Hotel during the 2015-2019 period. Data analysis techniques used in this study: (1) multiple linear regression analysis with control variables, (2) moderated multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that managerial capability has a significant effect on earnings quality. Managerial capability has a significant effect on firm value. Earnings quality has a significant effect on firm value. Earnings quality moderates the effect of managerial capability on firm value.

Human resources are very important in every organization, the goals and objectives that have been set will not be achieved if human resources cannot make a major contribution to the successful achievement and goals of the company. The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of career development and work pressure on goal turnover. This research was conducted at FuramaXclusive Ocean Beach Seminyak Hotel. The number of respondents is 80 people. Collecting data by distributing questionnaires using a Likert Scale. Data analysis techniques are several linear regression analysis techniques using SPSS version 21. Based on the results of linear regression analysis obtained a negative and significant career development effect on turnover intention, job stress has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention.

The target of this research is as a tool to find out and analyze the impact of compensation, work environment, leadership on job satisfaction. This type of research is explanatory research and uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all 32 employees of the Tasik Putri Puyu Sub-District Office and using a census sampling of 31 people because the researchers were reduced. The method of analysis that will be applied in this research is to use multiple linear regression analysis. The research found that compensation, work environment, leadership and employee satisfaction at the Tasik Putri Puyu District Office were good. Compensation and leadership have a positive and significant impact on employee satisfaction. work environment has a positive but not significant impact on employee satisfaction.

STMIK STIKOM Indonesia sebagai salah satu institusi pendidikan perguruan tinggi yang berbasis teknologi informasi menyelenggarakan perkuliahan kewirausahaan bagi mahasiswanya untuk menginspirasi dan memotivasi berwirausaha. Mata kuliah ini wajib diikuti oleh mahasiswa yang sudah menginjak semester tujuh. Dari wawancara awal dengan beberapa mahasiswa yang telah mengikuti perkuliahan kewirausahaan tentang materi yang diberikan di kelas terungkap bahwa perlu kiranya diberikan tambahan waktu serta materi yang relevan untuk pelaksanaan konsep serta praktek wirausaha di kampus. Terkait hal itu maka peneliti mencoba menelaah lebih lanjut melalui penelitian ini untuk menggali lebih dalam tentang persepsi mahasiswa tentang materi perkuliahan kewirausahaan yang diberikan oleh dosen pengampu mata kuliah selama ini yang nantinya sebagai bahan evaluasi rencana pembelajaran semester selanjutya, Serta mencoba mengetahui sejauh mana efektifitas penyelenggaraan pendidikan kewirausahaan di kampus STMIK STIKOM Indonesia serta dampaknya terhadap minat mahasiswa untuk berwirausaha baik selama menjadi mahasiswa maupun setelah tamat nantinya.

Mata kuliah ini wajib diikuti oleh mahasiswa yang sudah menginjak semester tujuh. Dari wawancara awal dengan beberapa mahasiswa yang telah mengikuti perkuliahan kewirausahaan tentang materi yang diberikan di kelas terungkap bahwa perlu kiranya diberikan tambahan waktu serta materi yang relevan untuk pelaksanaan konsep serta praktek wirausaha di kampus. Terkait hal itu maka peneliti mencoba menelaah lebih lanjut melalui penelitian ini untuk menggali lebih dalam tentang persepsi mahasiswa tentang materi perkuliahan kewirausahaan yang diberikan oleh dosen pengampu mata kuliah selama ini yang nantinya sebagai bahan evaluasi rencana pembelajaran semester selanjutya, Serta mencoba mengetahui sejauh mana efektifitas penyelenggaraan pendidikan kewirausahaan di kampus STMIK STIKOM Indonesia serta dampaknya terhadap minat mahasiswa untuk berwirausaha baik selama menjadi mahasiswa maupun setelah tamat nantinya. This study uses a comparative method that is carried out on consumers who have shopped at the Estizy and Aladin Distro. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there are differences in the marketing strategy of the Estizy and Aladin Distro. Samples were taken as many as 100 people using a sampling technique, namely Proportioned Stratified random sampling. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires. The analysis technique used the Paraid Sample T Test. The results showed that the Estizy and Aladin distributions were -1,926 with profitability or sig. (2-tailed) 0.060. Thus the value of t count
