Profitability Affection on Determinant Factor of Firm Value with Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) as Moderating 以企业社会责任(CSR)为调节因素的盈利能力对企业价值决定因素的影响

The research to analyze the effect of profitability on determination factor of firm value with CSR as moderating variable. The population is all Companies in the Food and Beverage Industry Sub-Sector that are Registered at the IDX for the 2014 - 2021, while the sample is determined by purposive sampling, obtained 35 company. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) is used to analyze the regression equation model between the data variable. The results of hypothesis testing indicate that firm value can be manifested through optimal management of profitability and Good Corporate Governance (GCG). Profitability can be applied through the size of the company. GCG had direct effect on firm value, while company size had direct affect to profitability. GCG had affect to profitability and a significant direct effect on firm value. CSR as a pure moderator of the effect of profitability on firm value.

Effect of Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction on Work Discipline in Employees of the Regional Revenue Agency (BAPENDA) Donggala Regency 组织承诺和工作满意度对东加拉地区税务局(BAPENDA)员工工作纪律的影响

The test results above show, where the constant value of 3.277 is a fixed number which means that there is an influence of organizational commitment and job satisfaction on the discipline of employees of the Regional Revenue Agency (BAPENDA) Donggala Regency. Furthermore, the regression coefficient of the organizational commitment factor (X1) of 0.385 means that if there is a change in X1 by one unit, there will also be a change in employee discipline of the Regional Revenue Agency (BAPENDA) of Donggala Regency by 0.385 and assuming organizational commitment increases by one unit and other variables remain, employee discipline increases by 0.385. The coefficient regression of job satisfaction factors means that there is an influence of 0.342 on the discipline of employees of the Regional Revenue Agency (BAPENDA) of Donggala Regency. Multiple or correlation coefficient (R) is the relationship between the two independent variables, namely organizational commitment and job satisfaction with employee discipline of 0.529, meaning that the relationship of the independent variable to the dependent variable is strong. R Square or coefficient of determination (R2) is to see the influence between the variables of organizational commitment and job satisfaction on employee discipline by 0.280 or 28%, meaning the influence of the independent variable (independent) on the dependent variable (dependent). While the remaining 72% is the influence of other variables that were not studied in this study.

THE INFLUENCE OF PRODUCT QUALITY, PRICE, AND STORE ATMOSPHERE ON CONSUMER PURCHASING DECISIONS 产品质量、价格和商店氛围对消费者购买决策的影响

Technological and industrial developments require every company to be able to compete. In improving the quality of a company, it is necessary to pay attention to product quality, price, and store atmosphere to attract consumers. This research aims to analyze the influence of product quality, price, and store atmosphere on consumer purchasing decisions at the Cik-Cik Style Store in Kartasura. This research uses quantitative research methods. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression using IBM SPSS Version 26 software. The research results showed that product quality had a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions. This is proven by the results of the probability significance value of the product quality variable of 0.000<0.05 with a coefficient of 0.628. Furthermore, price has a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions. This is proven by the results of the significance of the influence of price on consumer purchasing decisions of 0.000 < 0.05. Store atmosphere also has a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions. This is proven by the results of the significant influence of store atmosphere on consumer purchasing decisions of 0.000 < 0.05. Lastly, product quality, price, and store atmosphere simultaneously influence consumer purchasing decisions. This is proven by the results of the F test showing the calculated F value > F table of (93.155 > 2.66).

Firm Value Factors: The Effect of Earning Per Share, Capital Structure, and Dividend Policy on Creative Business Companies 公司价值因素:每股收益、资本结构和股利政策对创意商业公司的影响

Firm value is one of the measurements used to gain investor and creditor confidence. A high company value will make investors believe in investing their capital or investing in a company, because a high company value indicates good company performance and is a measure of the high level of shareholder prosperity indirectly. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence between earnings per share (EPS), capital structure, and dividend policy on firm value. The companies studied are creative business companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019 – 2022. This research is a quantitative study. The population in this study were consumer goods companies and the sample method used was purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R2), partial test (t test) and simultaneous test using SPSS version 26.00. The results of the study found that earnings per share has a significant effect on firm value, dividend policy has a significant effect on firm value, capital structure has no effect on firm value. The result of futher research found that earning per share, capital structure, and dividend policy simultaneously has a significant impact on firm value.

COMPARATIVE STUDY OF CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AND SERVICE QUALITY AT SHOPEE AND TOKOPEDIA shopee 和 tokopedia 的顾客满意度和服务质量比较研究

The existence of the digital marketing trend has attracted the public's attention, because of the many advantages of buying and selling online in terms of time, effectiveness, cost, and ease of controlling marketing. Furthermore, the societal phenomenon, namely the rise of online buying and selling transactions that are currently developing, has led to differences in consumer satisfaction and service quality in e-commerce used, especially at Shopee and Tokopedia. The purpose of this study was to determine the differences in customer satisfaction and service quality at Shopee and Tokopedia. This research is a quantitative study with a comparative study design and uses non-probability sampling in sampling and utilizes the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) version 26.00 to test the validity of the research. The results of this study prove that there is a difference between consumer satisfaction at Shopee and Tokopedia with an average value obtained by Shopee as much as 21.82 and an average value obtained by Tokopedia as much as 18.84. Then there is a difference in the quality of service received by Shopee and Tokopedia users with an average value obtained by Shopee as much as 17.89 and an average value obtained by Tokopedia as much as 16.12.

Performance of Business: A Review of The Literature 企业绩效:文献综述

Business performance, in general, consists of two components: financial performance and non-financial performance, and it is critical to control and combine the two types of performance for start-up development. Financial performance refers to firm performance that can be measured in terms of money value and financial operations, whereas non-financial performance refers to firm performance that cannot be measured in terms of money value, such as brand reputation, customer satisfaction, organizational performance, and innovation activities. The purpose of this study was to determine the variables related to business performance. This research is a literature study, which uses 20 articles as study material. The results of this study indicate the variables related to business performance. This study did not find business performance used as a moderating variable, which can be used as research material in the future.

Determinants of Property and Real Estate Firm Value in Indonesia 印度尼西亚物业和房地产公司价值的决定因素

The firm value is the perception of investors associated with stock prices. Shareholders have an interest in enhancing the company's value to maximize their wealth. This research aims to investigate the influence of dividend policy, profitability, intellectual capital disclosure, free cash flow, and tax avoidance on firm value in property and real estate firms. The population in this study consists of property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2015 to 2021. This study employs a purposive sampling technique, resulting in 49 samples. The research method utilizes panel data regression analysis using EViews 12 software as the analytical tool. The findings of this research indicate that profitability, intellectual capital disclosure, and free cash flow have a positive influence on firm value, while dividend policy and tax avoidance do not affect firm value.

This study aims to find out about the existence of e-commerce for digital natives, the relationship between shopping motives and consumptive behavior, this research uses a qualitative approach with an intrinsic case study type, this research refers to informants, namely students of economics education class of 2019, Malang State University. This study used a purposive sample and a snowball sample. The analytical method used in this study is the data analysis method with the Miles and Huberman model and the data analysis method with the Spradley model. The results of this study indicate that the relationship between shopping motives and consumptive behavior is related, this is in accordance with the answers of the informants who explained that online shopping helps in everyday life but if done with high intensity it can make a person enter into consumptive behavior which has an impact bad for that person because buying goods is no longer a need but a mere wish. Interview data shows that most informants choose completeness of products in online shopping while the purchasing criteria that are carried out prefer goods that are suitable and suitable, this is categorized as consumptive behavior, if it is carried out continuously without more mature consideration and enters into addictive consumptive behavior.

The company's financial performance is a picture of the economic results that can be achieved by the company at a certain time through the company's activities. This study aims to determine the effect of Capital Structure using the Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR) calculation, and Firm Size using the Ln Total Assets calculation on the company's Financial Performance as measured by Return on Assets (ROA). The population in this study were LQ45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for 2018-2021 which were selected using the purposive sampling method and 21 LQ45 companies were obtained in 4 years so that 84 samples were observed. The data analysis method used in this study is the panel data regression model. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, that capital structure and Firm Size have a negative effect on financial performance

The welfare of cooperative members is reflected in the remaining results of operations  which continue to increase. This study aims to determine the effect of own capital and loan capital on the remaining results of operations at the Padang City savings and loan cooperative for the 2019-2021 period. The population in this study is the Padang City Savings and Loans Cooperative for the period 2019-2021. The sample of savings and loan cooperatives in the study totaled 15 savings and loan cooperatives in the city of Padang with an observation period of 3 years, namely 2019-2021. The sampling method used purposive sampling technique. The analytical method uses regression model panel data. The results showed that, own capital has a negative and significant effect on the remaining results of operations and loan capital has a positive and significant effect on the remaining results of operations. Keywords: Loan Capital, Own Capital, Earnings Of Business Returns.
