Junction Temperature Measurement of IGBT in Accelerated Degradation Test 加速降解试验中IGBT结温的测量

Accelerated degradation test is one of the commonly used reliability test methods for power semiconductor devices. Its principle is to implement the working conditions of the devices that exceed normal strength based on scientific theoretical derivation and the device's thermoelectric model, thereby changing the aging environment of the devices during test to analyze the degradation of device's parameters. In accelerated degradation test, one of the commonly used methods is to change the working junction temperature of the device through the constant current test. IGBT as a high-power electronic device, its working condition is usually a large current or voltage, which will cause the device to have an high junction temperature, and this situation will lead to device damage. The research content of this paper is mainly aim at the IGBT device in the accelerated degradation test, and a more accurate junction temperature measurement method is proposed than traditional methods.

Design of College Canteen Ordering System Based on Cortex-A9 and Android 基于Cortex-A9和Android的高校食堂点餐系统设计

In this paper, given the problems of manual pricing errors, low ordering efficiency, and lack of data analysis capabilities in the traditional college canteen ordering method, a Cortex-A9 and Android-based college canteen ordering and pricing statistics system is designed. The system uses the Cortex-A9 microprocessor that builds the Android operating system as the host, the circuit board that builds the STM32 minimum system and the additional rocker button as the trigger, the ZigBee wireless network as the internal communication, the Android terminal as the client, and the cloud server as the data transmission and storage tool. The system realizes two ordering modes: local trigger ordering at the buttery hatch and mobile application ordering on the Internet, which can perform statistical analysis on the catering data.
本文针对传统的高校食堂点餐方式存在人工定价错误、点餐效率低、缺乏数据分析能力等问题,设计了基于Cortex-A9和android的高校食堂点餐价格统计系统。系统采用构建Android操作系统的Cortex-A9微处理器为主机,构建STM32最小系统的电路板及附加摇杆按钮作为触发器,ZigBee无线网络作为内部通信,Android终端作为客户端,云服务器作为数据传输和存储工具。该系统实现了两种点餐模式:门店本地触发点餐和互联网移动应用点餐,可以对餐饮数据进行统计分析。

A Discussion about the Attractive Factors of Consumers in the New Retailing Format - Taking Freshippo as an Example 论新零售业态下消费者的吸引力因素——以鲜品为例

New Retailing has been widely concerned for being as a new retailing model with an integration of logistics technology, online and offline retailing. This article aims to explore the consumer's experience behavior and preference towards the new retailing format, helping us to identify the attractive quality factors that influence the development of the new retail. Taking Freshippo as the research object, this study adopts qualitative research approach by deeply interviewing some high-involved consumers. Besides, this paper sums up the attractive factors of the new retailing format with an evaluation structure map and the analysis of it, which provides a reference for the development and optimization of the new retailing format.
新零售作为一种将物流技术与线上线下零售相结合的新型零售模式,受到了广泛关注。本文旨在探讨消费者对新零售业态的体验行为和偏好,帮助我们找出影响新零售发展的有吸引力的品质因素。本研究以freshppo为研究对象,采用质性研究方法,对部分高介入消费者进行深度访谈。并通过评价结构图对新零售业态的吸引因素进行归纳和分析,为新零售业态的发展和优化提供参考。

Research on Implementation of Data Acquisition Method for Information System Performance Analysis 信息系统性能分析中数据采集方法的实现研究

With the wide promotion and application of the construction and operation of the information system of state grid corporation, the automation and intelligence of information system is helpful to improve the management level, performance and security. However, accurate, reliable and real-time acquisition of basic data and information of the system is the foundation for the performance analysis and security. This paper studies the acquisition and collection methods of data and parameters required for the performance analysis of the power grid information system with Java probe tool of Java Agent and the Java Byte-code injection technology, in order to obtain the original performance data of the mobile terminal, browser terminal and server terminal and provide the basis for analyzing the performance analysis and security precaution of information system.

Face Recognition Speed Optimization Method for Embedded Environment 嵌入式环境下人脸识别速度优化方法

To solve the problem that it is difficult to combine performance and speed of face recognition in embedded environment, we design and implement a fast face recognition method based on deep learning. Firstly, face detection and quality selection are performed based on MTCNN algorithm to reduce the amount of feature extraction data needed for recognition. Secondly, the RKNN model is used to quantify the acceleration of feature extraction. Finally, fast face recognition is realized by feature matching. The experiment shows that the method is beneficial for face recognition processing on the RK3399Pro platform, and the average time is shortened by 80% compared with that before acceleration. In the case of ensuring the feature extraction accuracy and recognition accuracy, it basically meets the real-time requirements.

The Air-Ground Integrated MIMO Cooperative Relay Beamforming Wireless Ad-Hoc Network Technology Research That Based on Maximum Ratio Combining 基于最大比组合的地空集成MIMO协同中继波束形成无线自组网技术研究

Research on multi-antenna system gain cooperative communication and multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) systems in modern wireless communication networks, the noise introduced by each of the multiple wireless ad-hoc network relay nodes and the signal from the interference source received by the relay node and the sink node affect the signal to noise ratio of the system, an integrated relay-and-forward amplifying base station platform for air-ground integration and a more realistic method for solving air-ground relay beamforming vectors based on the convexity optimization method are proposed, and the sink node uses maximum ratio combining (MRC) diversity for signal reception. The simulation results show that the wireless ad-hoc network relay node under the air-ground combination is in the relay cooperative forwarding and amplifying beamforming vector design. When the correlated interference noise is introduced, the final sink node receives the corresponding covariance matrix. The optimal beamforming signal in the network transmission bit error rate (BER) decreases significantly as the signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) increases; The experiment results showed that very intuitive and significant to extend the communication distance of wireless ad-hoc network nodes.

A Dynamic Spectrum Access Method Based on Q-Learning 基于q -学习的动态频谱访问方法

Dynamic spectrum access is an important step in the spectrum resource sharing process. However, in the case of unknown spectrum access environment and dynamic model, it is difficult to achieve global optimal resource allocation. Considering the signal-to-noise ratio (SINR) limits of the primary network (PN) and the secondary network (SN), this paper presents a dynamic spectrum access method based on the relationship between the transmission rate of a secondary user (SU) and the relative SINR, which enables the SU to obtain and update the environment information through the Q-function, adopt an optimal strategy to maximize the network performance and utilize user collaborative learning mechanism to overcome local optimum problems. The simulation results show that the number of iterations required for the proposed algorithm to achieve convergence is reduced by up to 65%, the average performance index of the system is improved by up to 35% and the proposed algorithm can also ensure the fairness among SUs compared with traditional access method.

The Impact of Tik Tok Video Marketing on Tourist Destination Image Cognition and Tourism Intention 抖音视频营销对旅游地形象认知和旅游意向的影响

As new mobile social platform, Tik Tok APP has changed the way potential tourists get information. From the perspective of tourists' perception, the study empirically studies the impact of Tik Tok on tourists' destination image perception and tourism intention. The results show that Tik Tok affects tourists' perception of destination image and tourism intention, among which interactive marketing plays a more significant role in the impact of short video marketing on image perception; as far as the impact of tourism intention is concerned, the effect of urban architecture and delicacy is more significant. On this basis, the paper puts forward some directional suggestions for tourism destination marketing through Tik Tok.

The results show that Tik Tok affects tourists' perception of destination image and tourism intention, among which interactive marketing plays a more significant role in the impact of short video marketing on image perception; as far as the impact of tourism intention is concerned, the effect of urban architecture and delicacy is more significant. Review of the Application of Deep Learning in Image Memorability Prediction 深度学习在图像记忆预测中的应用综述

With the rapid development of artificial intelligence and image processing technology, image memorability prediction has been studied more and more widely. Image memorability is applied to many fields such as education, advertising and medicine, which has important research value. Through an inductive analysis of related research, the concept of image memorability is introduced and the factors affecting image memorability are summarized. According to the different structures, the image memorability prediction methods are divided into 5 categories, and the performance of each method is introduced and compared. Finally, the method of increasing image memorability is briefly introduced, and the future research trend of image memorability is prospected.
随着人工智能和图像处理技术的飞速发展,图像记忆预测得到了越来越广泛的研究。图像记忆应用于教育、广告、医学等诸多领域,具有重要的研究价值。通过对相关研究的归纳分析,介绍了图像可记忆性的概念,总结了影响图像可记忆性的因素。根据结构的不同,将图像记忆预测方法分为5类,并对每种方法的性能进行了介绍和比较。最后简要介绍了提高图像可记忆性的方法,并对图像可记忆性的未来研究趋势进行了展望。

Text Classification Based on GNN 基于GNN的文本分类

The phenomenon that AI researchers tend to transform some certain data into the form of graphs is prevailing. Usually, these graph-like data will be inputted into some certain artificial neutral networks which are dramatically disparate with the conventional CNN. The purpose of the algorithm employed the GNN is to extract much more detailed features that can be stored easily in the graph. However, these detailed features are much more difficult to extract in the raw data accumulated in the database, which requires the experiment to transfer the common database into the whole graph ahead of schedule. The dataset used in this paper, Cora, is commonly used in some papers whose targets aimed at semantic segmentation, while disparate with this paper as well. The result of this experiment has achieved to nearly 100% accuracy accompanied with those preprocessed data. Furthermore, this paper also attaches much focus on the effects of preprocessing operation which can be reflected on the differences of accuracy. Only by preprocessing operation can this paper achieve better results accompanied with higher accuracy when compared with other experiments.
