Flexible Symbiotic Biomedical Electronics for Disease Treatment 用于疾病治疗的柔性共生生物医学电子学

Symbiotic wearable and implantable bioelectronics have revolutionized the way of human-machine interaction, science they can provide natural and seamless interactions with organism and render timely disease treatment. Here, we propose a novel symbiotic non-pharmacological therapy system through low-invasive physical electrical stimulation methods, including a wearable hair regeneration device and an implantable weight loss device. These symbiotic devices can be activated by biological motion to generate electrical signals and feed back to treat diseases in vivo. Challenges in practical biomedical applications and specific solutions in clinical disease therapy are also presented to meet the needs of comfortable and non-sense wear.

Investigations of HMM-Based Speech Recognition Technology 基于hmm的语音识别技术研究

We are in an era of informatization and big data. In this context, speech data are increasing and becoming more and more frequently used. When we choose and use a lot of speech information on the Internet, speech recognition technology shows its great importance. In this paper, by studying speech signal preprocessing, HMM model, MFCC feature parameter extraction and other technologies, a speech recognition algorithm based on HMM is derived to achieve a more accurate result of speech words and phrases.

Research and Exploration of Virtual Simulation Laboratory in Private Colleges and Universities 私立高校虚拟仿真实验室的研究与探索

The problem as to how to build a virtual simulation experiment center and experiment teaching system in a private university with limited funds, which is suitable for this new virtual simulation experiment teaching mode, needs a clear construction concept and development orientation. The construction and development of virtual simulation experiment center should be based on the guiding ideology of "reasonable planning, resource sharing, emphasis and scientific development" and the purpose of comprehensively improving students' innovative practice ability. In the process of construction, we should constantly develop and perfect the existing experimental teaching system, strengthen the position and role of virtual simulation experimental teaching, and establish a new system of virtual reality complementary and diversified practical teaching to adapt to the development of educational information.

Analysis and Research on Behavior-Based Price Discrimination on E-Commerce Platform under Big Data 大数据下电子商务平台基于行为的价格歧视分析与研究

Personalization has become an important feature of many web services in recent years. However, there is mounting evidence that e-commerce sites are using personalization algorithms to implement price discrimination based on consumers' behavior. This paper first gives a brief introduction of behavior-based price discrimination (BBPD), and summaries relevant research of how to examine BBPD on different platform. Then we provide a use case study to further explain the existence of BBPD on e-commerce platform. At the end of this paper, further research directions are provided for the study of personalized pricing for future works.

Named Entity Recognition in Judicial Field Based on BERT-BiLSTM-CRF Model 基于BERT-BiLSTM-CRF模型的司法领域命名实体识别

The recognition of named entity in judicial documents is the key to realize automatic trial, and how to effectively distinguish the entities from text is the focus of this paper. However, in special fields, such as the judicial field, many experiments show that the artificial features selection based on domain knowledge have a great influence on the results of the neural network models. Therefore, how to obtain a better named entity recognition performance in judicial field without relying on artificial features is a problem to be solved. In this paper, we propose a neural network model based on BERT-BiLSTM-CRF. Firstly, we use the BERT pre-trained language model to generate the word vectors according to the context of the words, enhance the semantic representation of words, then the word vector sequence is input into BiLSTM-CRF for training. Experiments show that our method is effective, at the same time, it solves the problem that the traditional word vector representation maps the word into a single vector and cannot characterize the ambiguity of words.

A Lightweight Real-Time Semantic Segmentation Network for Equipment Images in Space Capsule 一种面向太空舱设备图像的轻量级实时语义分割网络

The combination of semantic segmentation technology and augmented reality technology can provide auxiliary information when astronauts train in augmented reality mode, which will greatly improve the training efficiency and reduce mishandling for astronauts. However, the equipment in space capsule have the characteristics of irregular shape, similar texture and small target while the mixed reality application requires high real-time performance, the above factors bring challenges to the context consistency, accuracy and real-time of semantic segmentation. In response to the challenges, referring to [3], one of the best lightweight real-time segmentation networks, a new network is specially designed for our application. Experimental results show that the designed network can obtain competitive segmentation results on target dataset and better real-time performance than classic networks such as [3]. Overall, the designed network meets the requirement.

Face Detection Method Based on Improved Convolutional Neural Network 基于改进卷积神经网络的人脸检测方法

Nowadays, the number of Internet image data is increasing rapidly, so it is urgent to understand image information by corresponding intelligent system. The purpose of face detection is to determine the location and size of the face in an image, which is one of the main research directions in the field of computer vision. Under certain constraints, face detection technology has achieved very high performance, but under the unconstrained conditions, many existing algorithms just change the network model structure, but can't meet the actual needs. In view of the above problems, this paper proposes a face detection method region based on multi-resolution full convolution neural network and convolution neural network. In this method, from the multi-scale point of view, a multi-resolution sliding window is used to generate a multi-level resolution human face heat map. According to the local hottest region on the heat map, the face candidate region is obtained. Finally, the face candidate region is sent to CNN classification network for classification, and the face position is obtained. The experimental results show that, the method proposed in this paper improves the detection rate of human face effectively and has better practicability.

Design and Manufacture of Indoor Intelligent Fire Fighting Robot 室内智能消防机器人的设计与制造

To meet the needs of fire prevention and rescue for families with high floors and no one at the time, a family fire fighting robot with STM32F103ZET6 as the core was designed. The robot carried out fire fighting operations. Robots are very powerful. The one-to-many communication mode is adopted to carry out real-time monitoring of each easy fire point. Data transmission is carried out through the industry-level NRF24L01 module. Remote control is carried out with the camera and the WIFI module connected to the Internet. The experimental results show that the control of the robot through the WIFI wireless module is stable, achieving the expected effect of extinguishing agent injection, reducing the workload of firefighters to a certain extent, effectively reducing household fire risk and reducing social losses.

Pot tending machine (PTM) constitutes an essential asset for electrolytic aluminum industry. This paper proposes an improved genetic algorithm for PTM scheduling problem, the problem of scheduling a fixed number of PTMs to do some types of tasks for each electrolytic cell. There are several constraints, and several task types in the scheduling problem, for example, PTM must keep a safety distance between each other in order to prevent dangerous collisions and one electrolytic cell may have several types of task to be done with the help of PTM. Firstly, this work put forward a novel chromosome structure called "2+1" and a method called within-class to deal with the problem using genetic algorithm adaptively. In addition, the paper use between-class method and mutation of the job number to improve diversity of solutions for genetic group. To enhance efficiency of genetic algorithm and keep cooperation with adjacent PTMs, this paper also raises a heuristic initial condition. Experimentation shows the proposed algorithm has a satisfying performance for PTM scheduling.

Archives management is an important part of the administrative institutions. Under the new situation, archives management departments at all levels must make full use of various high-quality resources and advanced science and technology, so as to improve the overall quality and service of archives management in China. The article mainly analyzes the current status under the background of big data, and analyzes the innovative path of model with the relevant principles, hoping to help archives management in public institutions.
