Background: Hypertension is an increase in systolic blood pressure of more than 140 mmHg and diastolic blood pressure of more than 90 mmHg at two measurements with an interval of five minutes in a fairly healthy or calm condition. This study aims to determine the effect of health education on the level of knowledge in hypertensive patients.Methods: This study used the Literature method with journal search using Google Scholar to determine journals according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria and then reviewed. Based on a review of 5 journals found, the research method was obtained using pre-experimental research with a pretest-posttest one group design, the sampling technique with purposive sampling supported by 30-65 respondents, analyzed by the Wilcoxon test.Results: Based on the 5 journals that were conducted, the literature review concluded that there was an effect of health education on the level of knowledge in hypertensive patients.Conclusions and suggestions: Based on the results of the journal analysis obtained from the research that there is an effect of health education on the knowledge level of hypertensive patients. It is hoped that respondents who can apply the knowledge issued to reduce the suffering of hypertension.

Midwives have not implemented competency, courtesy services, communication to the satisfaction of Intranatal Care (INC) services. The purpose of this study is to identify the features of service factors (competence, courtesy, and communication) on the satisfaction of Intranatal Care (INC)The study used a descriptive research design, with a population of all women delivering INC in May - June 2018 at Polindes Dahlia, Sugiharjo Village, Tuban City. Samples were taken from all 25 pregnant women. Sample sampling technique is consecutive sampling and data collection using questionnaire, so that obtained data related to service and maternity satisfaction to service of INC.The result showed that from 25 respondents, it was found that almost all of them was competent in giving service that was 23 respondents (92%), most of them in the polite category which was 22 respondents (88%). Most of the communication is in the sufficient category of service, which is 14 respondents (56%). Almost all INC services in the good category are 18 respondents (72%).The conclusion of this study is that midwives have implemented government programs in the services of Intranatal Methods (INC), almost all midwives are competent in performing their services, most of the services are in the polite category of patients, most of their communications are in sufficient category to service, almost entirely in sufficient category in service delivery INC. Therefore, it is expected that healthcare workers improve the quality of service in serving patients

The coverage of pap smears in the area of the community health center was comprised of 10 villages in 2017, the number of women of reproductive age was 9150 people and the women who followed the pap smear were 50 people (0.5%) while from the data in the community health center merakurak should target set which follows the Pap Smear of 92 people (1%). Various factors that cause women of childbearing age do not do Pap Smear include knowledge, attitude, education, age, occupation and status marriage. This study aims to determine the description of supporting factors that influence the behavior in the Pap smear examination in women of childbearing age to prevent cervical cancer in the Merakurak community health center.This research is a descriptive research. The population is some women of childbearing age who follow Pap Smear at Merakurak Public Health Center in 2017. The sampling technique using purposive sampling with the number of samples of 25 women of childbearing age.How to collect data using questionnaires. The variables in this study are the influence of knowledge, attitude, education, age, occupation, marital status of women of childbearing age in early detection of cervical cancer with Pap Smear method.Result of research from 25 respondents, it is found that most of respondent 52% have knowledge of less, 72% have negative attitude and 56% woman of childbearing age who follow pap smear 20 years old and 35 years old. Half are educated moderate 44% and all respondents who follow the pap smear status get 100% married.The conclusion of this study that there are still many women of childbearing age who do not do Pap Smear. so that the role of midwives to increase knowledge and change the attitude of women of childbearing age such as giving counseling about the importance of Pap smear examination to prevent cervical cancer, so women of childbearing age want to do Pap Smear

Introduction: The Underwear Rule is a simple guide to help parents explain about sex education to children. The initial survey revealed that knowledge of The Underwear Rule among first grade students were still low. This research used one of methods of health promotion to increase knowledge of The Underwear Rule was snakes and ladders method. This method is fun and easy to play. The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of a snakes and ladders method towards knowledge of The Underwear Rule. Method: This research used pre-experimental design with pre and post test without control method. The samples were 51 respondents gathered by using simple random sampling technique. The independent variable was sex education with snakes and ladders method as intervention and the dependent variable was knowledge of The Underwear Rule was assessed by structured interview. Result and Analyzed: The research result revealed many of the respondents had fair knowledge in pre-test and almost all respondents had good knowledge in post-test, so H1 was accepted that mean there was effect of a snakes and ladders method towards knowledge of The Underwear Rule based on the analysis findings with the wilcoxon test in which ρ-value (0.000) ≤ α (0.05) was obtained. Discussion: The suggestion for school is expected to applied regularly sex education about The Underwear Rule with snakes and ladders method.

Today there are still many mothers who are not interested in joining Family Planning (KB). This lack of interest is due to many acceptors who are afraid of minor surgical wounds done during installation, incorrect information about implant contraceptives and lack of family support. In addition, there are other factors that cause low Mother's interest for KB Implant attitude and subjective norms. The purpose of this study is to know the description of factors that encourage interest for KB Implant With Reasoned Action Theory Approach In Non-Implant Family Planning Acceptor At Polindes Sumekar Kapu Village, Merakurak Sub-district, Tuban Regency".In this research use descriptive research design with approach of Purpose Sampling.Population that is 55 respondent KB Non Implant in August 2017. Samples are all acceptor of KB Non Implant in August which fulfill inclusive criteria in Polindes Sumekar as many as 45 respondents. The data were collected by giving questionnaires and then tabulated.Result of research from 45 respondents got all respondents have low interest (100%). Almost All KB Non Implant Acceptor has negative attitude as much as (93,3%). Almost all of the KB Non Implant Acceptors have sufficient subjective norms (77.8%). All KB Non Implant Acceptor has a negative attitude and low interest as much (100%). And all of the KB Non Implant Acceptors have sufficiently subjective and low interest (100%) norms.From the above description of the interests of mothers is very influential on the use of contraceptive devices implant. Therefore, the interests of mothers should be enhanced by communicative approach to EFA and increase the role of family, health cadres, and counseling about KB Implant.

Problems human resources should get attention was matter of performance. Performance is work performance to reach organizational goals. One factor that can influences the performance was job satisfaction that was perception workers to rewards received .The purpose of this research to know relations performance to the job satisfaction on employees in Nahdlatul Ulama Institute of health science Tuban. The research design used analytic correlation with cross sectional time approach. The population in the study were 29 employees according to the inclusion criteria, the sample was taken using simple random sampling amounted to 27 respondents. The independent variable is job satisfaction, while the dependent variable is performance. Data collection using questionnaires. Data analysis using spearman rank test with value α = 0,05.The almost entirely of employees have good performance and the most of the employees who have satisfied job satisfaction. Employees who have good performance there are many in satisfied job satisfaction. Spearman rank test results got job satisfaction variable (p0,05) have relation to performance, with strong correlation (r=0,674) and direction of positive correlation which means more satisfied job satisfaction employee hence, its performance increases.Concluded that job satisfaction can affect employee performance. So the evaluation of work needs to be improved with several ways to improve performance by providing fair job opportunities, assessing the recruitment process appropriately, adjusting compensation and providing training and development.

Phenomena that happen from 200 million kindergarten kids in a development country has failed reaching the potential optimal development because of poverty problem, malnutrition or an unsuitable environtment, until it demaged the cognitif development, motoric, emotion, and kids social. The purpose of this research is to know the picture of kids development with the stimulation of playing building blocks.The type of research is Deskristif with time Cross Sectional approach. The sample taking tehnique is using Total Sampling by 38 peoples. The data collection is using an observation sheet. The result of the research is it can be concluded the kids development with the behaviour aspect, partially good is 30 peoples (78,9%), social emotion and indepedently is 27 peoples (71,0%), language is 32 peoples (84,2%), motoric physique is 29 peoples (76,3%), art is 24 peoples (63,1%) and partially big cognitif aspect is 20 peoples (52,6%).It can be concludedthat there are a enough and good kids development, it’s recommended to the parents to know their kids development and the teacher to increase an educatif game.

Introduction:Patient hipertension in the UPT Elderly Social Services of Pasuruan in Babat Lamongan is caused due to aging and stress which can increase sympathetic nervous system activity causing an increase in blood pressure. Benson relaxation can be used as an effort to cure hypertension because it contains self tranquilizers that can stabilize blood presure. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of benson relaxation technique on the decrease blood pressure in elderly hypertension in the UPT Elderly Social Services of Pasuruan in Babat Lamongan. Methode: This study uses the Pre Experiment design One Group Pre Post Test Designs conducted on 23 respondents. The sampling technique using systematic random sampling. The instruments used are Standart Operational Procedure and observation blood presure. Result: The research results showed that there was a effect of benson relaxation technique on the decrease blood pressure in elderly hypertension in the UPT Elderly Social Services of Pasuruan in Babat Lamongan. This is evidenced by the Wilcoxon test values obtainedρ = 0,002 (α ≤ 0,05). Solution: From the results of this study concluded benson relaxation can be used as an alternative to decrease blood pressure in elderly. Beside that the elderly must manage their diet.

Benson relaxation can be used as an effort to cure hypertension because it contains self tranquilizers that can stabilize blood presure. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of benson relaxation technique on the decrease blood pressure in elderly hypertension in the UPT Elderly Social Services of Pasuruan in Babat Lamongan. Methode: This study uses the Pre Experiment design One Group Pre Post Test Designs conducted on 23 respondents. The sampling technique using systematic random sampling. The instruments used are Standart Operational Procedure and observation blood presure. Result: The research results showed that there was a effect of benson relaxation technique on the decrease blood pressure in elderly hypertension in the UPT Elderly Social Services of Pasuruan in Babat Lamongan. This is evidenced by the Wilcoxon test values obtainedρ = 0,002 (α ≤ 0,05). Solution: From the results of this study concluded benson relaxation can be used as an alternative to decrease blood pressure in elderly. Every minute of one baby indonesia died because they did not to obtain breast milk (BM) in the first hour of birth, problems in the provision of breastfeeding can because production breastfeeding not out.One way to overcome the incomplete milk production is by doing a massage of oxytocin through the back. This message can relax the mother’s so that stimulate oxcytocin reflex and milk production also smoothly. The purpose of this research to know the influence of massage oxytocin through the back to production breastfeeding on the post partum. This research using design Quasy experimental that involves 30 respondents taken with systematic random sampling. Respondents divided into 2 groups, namely the control group were 15 respondents and group experimental were 15 respondents.Data collection use observation checklist.Data analyzed using chi-square test with a significant degree α ≤ 0.05. The results of statistical tests chi square obtained p value = 0,028 (α< 0,05)thus H1 accepted that mean there are influence massage oxytocin through the back to production breastfeeding on the post partum. The research at the clinic Permata BundaSubdistrict Babat that is the massage oxytocin through the back to production breastfeeding. Because massage oxytocin through the back can stimulate reflexes oxytocin hormone. Expected for health workers can provide health education about massage oxytocin through the back to the community so later expected all the community be able to apply massage oxytocin through the back to overcome it swift sailboat production breastfeeding.
