Research on Quality Evaluation Methods of Watermarked Printing Image Based on Image Dissimilarity 基于图像不相似性的水印印刷图像质量评价方法研究

The watermarked printing image is a kind of multi-source heterogeneous image, which could be divided into the watermarking embedded process, the printing stage and the authentication phase. Image quality evaluation plays various roles in different image coding stages. In three stages, its functions are in turn providing direct modify data to optimize watermarking algorithms, evaluating robustness of the attacked watermark, and judging the veracity of product packaging, respectively, The idea of image dissimilarity expounds the presentation form, the characteristic direction and the generated reasons of differences before and after images distortion. It aims at using one-dimensional, two-dimensional or multi-dimensional spatial feature to express mathematically the macroscopic or microscopic transformation of the attacked image, At present, the classification method is uncommon that image quality evaluation is divided into image dissimilarity and image similarity. The image quality evaluation methods based on image similarity is numerous, while a few methods based on image dissimilarity are only presented from the two metrics of pixels gray value and singular values. But the latter could just makes up for its some shortages. Then according to the ideal of image similarity, it is feasible to in-depth research and establish the unified quality evaluation standard of watermarked printing image base image dissimilarity.

A Fast Parameters Selection Method of Support Vector Machine Based on Coarse Grid Search and Pattern Search 基于粗网格搜索和模式搜索的支持向量机快速参数选择方法

Parameters selection of support vector machine (SVM) is a key problem in the application of SVM, which has influence on generalization performance of SVM. The commonly used method, grid search (GS), is time-consuming especially for very large dataset. By using coarse grid search and pattern search (PS) to select kernel parameters and penalty factor, a fast method of parameters selection of SVM based on hybrid optimization strategy is proposed in this paper. The proposed method adequately combines the advantages of GS and PS. The experiment results demonstrate that this proposed method can not only improve accuracy and generalization performance of SVM, but also save much more time.

Emergency resources scheduling model & algorithm 应急资源调度模型与算法

A reasonable allocation of emergency resources can decrease the effect area of the disaster, help victims in time, and reduce the disaster loss. It plays an important role in the whole process. In view of the urgency of transportation, this paper regards transport vehicles, goods and demand points as a network. Based on time windows, it presents a scheduling model for emergency resources with the shortest transportation distance as its goal and the vehicle load, the biggest trip mileage, the latest arrival time etc. as constraint conditions. The feasible solution can be found through ant colony algorithm, and the global search ability can be improved by using genetic algorithm. At last an example solved by ant colony algorithm and genetic algorithm is given to show the validity.

Research on Active Suspension Control Strategy Based on the Model with Parameters of Hydraulic System 基于液压系统参数模型的主动悬架控制策略研究

The disadvantage that ordinary active suspension model is in low accuracy and practicability which is caused by the neglect of actuator motion is brought forth through analyzing the assemble of active suspension. The model including hydraulic system parameters is obtained through building the active suspension hydraulic system model. The weighting coefficient matrix of car body acceleration, suspension deflection, and tyre displacement is determined through analyzing the principle of LQG control and the active suspension LQG control strategy is brought out. The conclusion that active suspension promote more control stability and riding comfort than passive suspension and PID control is made by simulation and comparing with passive suspension and active suspension PID control. The force output amplitude performance of the LQG control is better than the PID control which can be get from the force signals.

Hand Gesture Recognition Based on Fingertip Detection 基于指尖检测的手势识别

To improve the hand gesture recognition accuracy based on Hu moment features, a new recognition algorithm was developed based on the fingertip structure detection. Firstly, the geometric features, the areas of skin region and the image, were designed to segment the skin region from the background in space of hue, saturation and value of brightness. Secondly, the cam point inspections were carried out and the fingertip was detected after the contour approximation. After that, the 7-dimensional feature vector was built. Finally, the distance marching criterion was utilized to recognize the hand gesture. Compared with the Hu moment feature recognition, the developed recognition algorithm improved the recognition accuracy by 2.7%.

The quality of the creation of Operational Plan Ontology Class Hierarchies directly affects the quality and efficiency of the entire ontology creation. Starting from analyzing the logical basis of Class Hierarchies creation, this paper puts forward the rules and requirements of Class Hierarchies creation. In addition, it demonstrates concrete procedures of Class Hierarchies creation. Combining with the application example and analysis of the surface warship operational plan, it is proved that the proposed method has a guiding significance and reference value for the effective creation of Operational Plan Ontology Class Hierarchies.

Binocular Vision Based Drivable Region Fast Detection for Indoor Mobile Robot 基于双目视觉的室内移动机器人可驾驶区域快速检测

A fast method based on binocular vision is proposed for mobile robot to detect drivable regions. First, the image is segmented into regions by searching contours. Second, part obstacle regions are determined by the vanishing line. Then, according to the different distribution of feature points extracted from the regions under the vanishing line, we use two different method to classify regions: various constraints-based region classification is used to classify regions including many feature points and homography-substraction-based region classification is used to classify regions including rare feature points. Finally, combining the two classification methods, we get the result of drivable region detection. The results of indoor and outdoor experiments show that the method can detect drivable regions quickly and robustly.

Due to the downward economy, many companies are losing their existing customers and it is a big challenge to obtain new customers. All the companies continue to pursue every available opportunity to enhance their competitiveness. Consequently, targeted marketing has become part of their management practice. Targeted marketing is not only an efficient way to maintain good relationship with existing customers, but also a very important method to find potential customers. It can identify the common attributes of companies' most profitable customers using the current customer relationship management (CRM) data. Potential customers can be identified using these common attributes. In this paper, data mining techniques are applied to improve the targeted marketing process.

It can identify the common attributes of companies' most profitable customers using the current customer relationship management (CRM) data. Potential customers can be identified using these common attributes. Using Bayesian Networks with Human Personality and Situation Information to Detect Emotion States from EEG 基于人的个性和情境信息的贝叶斯网络检测脑电图的情绪状态

Emotional interaction is an important aspect of the interaction between humans and robots. Further, emotion affects a variety of cognitive processes and thus might leads to accidents. Finding ways to recognize emotion of humans has received a great deal of research attention. In this paper, the recognition model of multi-emotion states from electroencephalogram (EEG) is proposed based on Bayesian Networks with human personality and situation information as causes. Several kinds of emotion states were elicited with videos and EEG signals from fourteen channels were acquired. Experimental results from six subjects suggest that the proposed model have good performance, indicating the feasibility of using EEG to detect multi-emotion states.
