Subject. Organizational and economic relations developing during the functioning of the housing market and mortgage lending. Topic. Interregional analysis of the state and dynamics of mortgage lending. Purpose. The purpose of the work is to develop directions for increasing the efficiency of mortgage lending as the most important tool for the development of the housing market. Methodology. The study was carried out using abstract-logical, comparative, economic and statistical approaches, a graphical technique for visualizing statistical and calculated data. Results. To analyze the state of mortgage lending at the regional level, the volume of issued mortgage loans in a territorial context was considered, the structure and dynamics of issued mortgage loans for individuals was studied, the debt on mortgage loans was revealed, the dynamics of the weighted average interest rate in each federal district was analyzed. The analytical review carried out in the study made it possible to draw conclusions about the state of development of mortgage lending in the regions, as well as to offer recommendations for its improvement. Application area. The results of the study, the main provisions, conclusions, recommendations are focused on widespread use by business entities in the process of assessing and analyzing their mortgage lending. Conclusions. The significance of this study is due to the need to identify the degree of development of mortgage lending, which is especially important at the regional level. The purchase of own housing, which will be available not only for certain categories of citizens, but also for the majority of the population of the Russian Federation, is ensured through the development of the mortgage lending market. This form of lending contributes to the satisfaction of not only the interests of the bank and citizens, but also allows to ensure financial flows to the development of the real sector of the economy. Subject. Problems of civil law regulation of bankruptcy of a legal entity in the conditions of market management in the Russian Federation. Topic. Civil law regulation of bankruptcy (insolvency of a legal entity: a modern research context. Goals. Identification of the state of research on the problem of legal regulation of the bankruptcy procedure of a legal entity in modern Russian civil law science. Methodology. The research uses general scientific methods of information analysis and synthesis, as well as the civil law method. Results. The main thematic areas of civil law research on the problem of legal regulation of bankruptcy of legal entities are identified and the results of comparative studies in the context of the regulation of their insolvency are evaluated. Scope of application. Scope of civil law regulation of bankruptcy (insolvency) of legal entities. Conclusions. The analysis of the degree of development of the problem of insolvency (bankruptcy) of legal entities in civil law science has shown the lack of systematic research. It can be stated that the contribution of civil law to the solution of the current problems of insolvency (bankruptcy) of legal entities in the last few years is scanty. Subject. Analysis of the implemented measures aimed at the socio-economic and infrastructural development of the Novovoronezh City District. Topic. Research achievement of target values of strategic indicators of development of the city district of Novovoronezh in the framework of the implementation of the strategy of socio-economic development 2035. Purpose. Assessment of the achievement of the target values of the strategy 2035 indicators by the end of 2020 and the impact on them of internal and external conditions that determined the results of the deviation of the planned values. Methodology. Methods of logical and comparative analysis of the target values of indicators by year and statistical analysis of the achievement of the planned values of indicators. Results. The assessment of the activities carried out within the framework of the implementation of the strategy of socio-economic development by the end of 2020 allowed us to identify indicators whose planned values have not been achieved. It was revealed that 77 % of the indicators were achieved in full or exceed the planned level. The failure to achieve the target values of 12 indicators out of 52 is primarily due to the special management regime of the past year, caused by the consequences of the pandemic and the restrictions imposed in 2020 due to COVID-19. Application area. Scope of application. Planning and regulation of the activities of municipalities. Conclusions. The implementation of the socio-economic development strategy provided for several scenarios, depending on the current market conditions. The results of the implementation of measures under the strategy 2035 of the Novovoronezh City District can be considered successful and do not require adjustments at the current stage in further implementation.
