The purpose of this study is to confirm and demonstrate that risk sharing policy is practical and viable alternative to the conventional system. This study is an archival research, including inspection of documents held in libraries and on-line. Within this framework, statistical data, audio and printed materials provide the source for analysis. This study found that in 1933-1935, Germany instrumentalized the principle of risk sharing to fund the Work-Creation Programs –a national agenda that successfully improved domestic labour market condition. Practical Implications from this study are twofolds: First, the finding abrogates the current misconception that Islamic finance is difficult, impractical, and not viable. Second, for policy makers, the study laid out another reason of why risk sharing principle should be adopted into economic policy. It is the first study that demonstrates, based on historical record, the Islamic financial principles of risk sharing was implemented into the macroeconomic policy of Germany 1933-1935. The aptness of risk sharing to the national economic policy in Germany 1933-1935, which has protected the country against depression and provided millions of jobs to its people, provides an academic support for the direction of current Islamic financial system towards risk sharing.

Inclusive education is one of the alternatives in education especially for children with special need at public education. The main reason in promoting inclusive education system in Indonesia is to increase the rights of education for all and improve the opportunities for special needs in having “normal” education which in line with USPN No. 20, 2013 chapter III verse 4. Guidance and counseling in the current formal education start to provide many benefits especially in personal development and student potential. In addition, this also provides a way out of many problems experienced by students that have not been sufficiently resolved even in a good learning process. This problem-solving process can be carried out properly and optimally if the counselor is able to realize his role well through the implementation of various types of services and support activities in various fields of guidance. These guidance and support are crucially needed by children with special needs who are studying in the formal education with normal students. Therefore, the role of the counselor in providing counseling services is essentially needed.

This study attempts to uncover carok, a tradition used as a solution to overcome problems related to the humiliation of a man's honor in the Madurese. This homogenous society believes that dying would be better than living enduring shame. It seems that carokbecomes a socio-cultural fate for the Madurese, which is a means to express their ethnological destiny. Despite several efforts to prevent carok, such tradition keeps existing. It means that the affirmative legal instruments fail to provide a solution. Therefore, reconstructing the legal culture of the Madurese based on Pancasila's values to overcome the problem is proposed to be an alternative. This research has three objectives that are to find out:(1) Why the Madurese choose carok as a final solution (2) What the effects of using carok are (3) How to reconstruct the Madurese legal culture based on Pancasila’s values to avoid carok. The study concludes that (1) Carok is chosen because it is a social norm gaining social supports; (2) The effects of using carok are that there are participants who (i) agree, (ii) disagree (iii) agree on carok in the case of humiliation of the wife’s honor only (iv) there is a hope to have powerful generations and there are increasing roles of the local elites (3) The construction of the Madurese legal culture can be achieved by (i) emphasizing the roles of parents and the local elites (ii) influencing people’s perspective that vigilante justice is harmful (iii) building legal awareness and operating a type of the informal justice systems (IJS) named Lembaga MusyawarahAdat (LMA) to overcome carok and other social problems.

Medical Writing Automation is needed for speeding up the process of new drug development and reducing the costs involved in creating and updating required documents. This paper presents a system that focuses on automating many critical Medical Writing Documents. Proposed System will not be a replacement of Medical Writers, but will help medical writers in speeding up the process of preparation and update of many critical clinical trial and scientific writing related documents with ease, faster and with requisite quality that comply with regulations. Proposed system will minimally involve domain expert for validation and update of output documents.

Over recent times, the evolution of digital technology has become a necessity to stay competitive in tourism and to attract the modern tourist. A new form of digital technology that is used in the public space is Virtual and Augmented Reality. This paper emphasizes on the analysis of scientific & technical aspects of developing mobile AR applications in smart tourism, which provides the necessary information about the destinations and their attractions. We address how the requirements of a user are essential to developing an AR application to attract tourists. We aim to present the technologies for tourism concerning AR and VR. This paper also acknowledges the technological limitations concerning end-user adaption.

Apart of some security limitations, improvement of wireless technologies with smart drives is making our life so easy. AC drive used widely in industrial applications as well as Nano/ Micro grid level applications. In corporation of smart access to this drive results in reliable and flexible environment to user. In view of this we done an experiment to control AC drive using remote controlled device through webserver and provides Simulation results using simatic S7 software, PLC to drive communication, and PLC to PLC Communication and remotely controlled drive by mobile application (s7app) and through cloud (web server) and respective logic executed.
