In a country’s economy, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) play an important role. In Indonesia, SMEs are the largest business group and are able to survive in conditions of economic crisis. Utilization of e-business applications by SMEs can be widely used, including to increase product sales, organizational collaboration, and support the organization's business processes. By using e-business applications, companies are able to benefit from several advantages, including positive results for organizational efficiency through promoting higher gross margins, profitability, financial management and operational excellence for employees. However, SMEs have a wide variety of characteristics. Several studies identify SMEs according to their scale. Other studies reveal that SMEs can be grouped based on the nature of the organization in using e-business applications. Thus, the proposed e-business application for SMEs is not a single-size solution, but rather needs to consider the profile of the organization. In this study, a method for recommending e¬business applications for SMEs was proposed based on the organizational profile. The proposed method uses Kano Classification to determine E-Business application preferences, as a basis for e-business application requirements. Meanwhile for training data and prediction, Random Forest Classification is used. Based on the Classification Report, the precision results was 0.87, the recall was 0.46, and the f-1 score was 0.55. In the case study carried out, the proposed method can produce appropriate e-business application recommendations based on the readiness profile of the organization.

Resource block management for network optimization is necessary in order to minimize interference, thus improving network performance. In a heterogeneous network where the femtocells are deployed inside a macrocell, the co-tier and cross-tier interference are still an issue in this research area. This interference can lead to degradation of the system performance. A proper resource block management is then required to reduce the interference. Several studies to reduce the interference have been conducted using various optimization methods, such as discrete bacterial foraging optimization (DBFO) and random scheme. However, interference reduction using a modified discrete mothflame optimization algorithm (DMFO) method has never been carried out before. Thus, a DMFO algorithm, which is one of nature-inspired algorithms, has been proposed to solve the resource block allocation problem. A heterogeneous system model combined with the DMFO algorithm has shown some significant acceleration. Compared to the DBFO and random scheme, DMFO was found to yield a better performance as proven by cumulative distribution function (CDF) of signal to interference noise ratio (SINR) graphic.

Long Range (LORA) is a device capable of communicating remotely with LPWAN topologies. LPWAN cannot do multi-hop so this research needed to be done. There are several multi-hop supporting algorithms such as Media Access Control (MAC) and routing table. This paper discusses a simple routing table algorithm and messages delivered with the requirement that the next node is bigger or smaller than what is sent. Node tables and proposed method in single multi-hop produced 99% PDR.

This paper presents a design and simulation of side rail strength and latch reliability Medical Beds (MBs) testing using fluidSIM 5.2. The test system is designed to fulfil testing requirements specified by IEC 60601-2-52 sub-clause 201.9.8.3.3.3, side rail strength and latch reliability. Side rail tests are performed by applying a force of 100 N in each direction of the side rails (lateral, longitudinal and vertical) 3000 times. Latch Reliability is done by giving the cycle treatment of the side rail hook mechanism from the position of the side rails above and locked, then the position of the side rails below and not locked 30,000 times. Deduced from simulation, design and construction for MBs testing system is composed of compressed air source of 7 bar, 40 mm cylinder diameter, and 300 mm stroke.

Robotics technology is one of the most important technologies in determining the progress of civilization in the world. Since the invention of mobile robot technology, the development of robotics has occurred in almost every sector of life, such as the military, manufacturing, industry, health, and others. On a mobile robot, there are two classifications of mechanisms used, namely the legged mechanism and the wheel mechanism. Of the two mechanisms, legged robots have advantages over wheel robots, because leg robots can pass through all the terrains to be traversed. In the legged robots, quadruped robots are easier to manufacture and control than a two-legged (biped) robot, and a six-legged robot (hexapod). Therefore, this study seeks to develop a Quadrupedal Robot inspired by the structure and movement of a cat. In this first phase of research, the robot was manufactured with a total weight of 1293 g and dimensions of 43 cm long, 20.5 cm wide, and 22 cm high. The equation of motion uses the geometry equation to model and determine the position of the end-effector (leg-tip) and perform a kinematic simulation with the toolbox in Matlab. The result of 2D forward kinematics is highly nonlinear that it is difficult to solve by analytical solutions. Symbolic toolbox and ‘solve’ command under Matlab software is utilized to obtain the joint angle inputs. The acquired angles are then used as input on the Simulink block to be embedded on the microcontroller, and the actuator on the robot, before the prototype is carried out in a straight walking test. From the results of walk test, the robot can successfully walk without falling. The robot can walk without orientation feedback control.

In this paper artificial dielectric material is used to make microstrip antennas with a resonance frequency of 2.4 GHz. Artificial dielectric materials are produced by the modification of natural dielectrics present in conventional antennas. Modifications were made in 3 ways and antenna parameter changes were observed. The first modification is to vary the thickness of the substrate from 1.6 mm to 11.2 mm. At a thickness of 6.4 m, the results are obtained quite well so that it can be used as a reference for further simulation. The second modification is by inserting a cylindrical conductor on the substrate, with a variation of the cylinder conductor being inserted from 4 to 12. The results obtained are 4 conductors that produce the best parameters of the antenna, including resonant frequency, amplification, VSWR, radiation pattern and S11. The last modification is to vary the diameter of the inserted conductor from 1 mm to 1.5 mm. As with previous simulations, any change in the conductor diameter is observed for the parameters of the antenna. Results from the 1.2 mm diameter conductor are 2.4 GHz resonance frequency, 7.67 dB gain, -46.13 dB S11, 1.03 VSWR and 125 MHz bandwidth. The results of this study show that all material changes made affect all parameters of the antenna, such as decreasing frequency, larger or smaller bandwidth, changes in the direction of the pattern of radiation, VSWR values, and also S11.

Internet access in Indonesia brings both negative and positive impact. The data shows that there is a significant raise the number of children who access porn image. The researcher tried to implement the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) algorithm and Long-Short Term Memory (LSTM) algorithm using learning transfer to predict the caption of a pornographic image. The input space given is a pornographic image that would be extracted using the bottleneck layer of CNN encoder. The weight values in the extraction were obtained from the pre-trained model using Inception V3. Image captioning was processed using one hot encoding technique and produced one hot vector. The results of feature extraction by bottleneck layer and one hot vector are used as training datasets by the LSTM network. The accuracy of the model was calculated using BLEU, METEOR and CIDEr matrices with a score range of 0 to 100. The results of BLEU-1 to BLEU-4 shows the score of 55.84; 24.01; 10.57; 4.59 respectively, METEOR at 12.75 and CIDEr at 43.84.

This paper attempts to design the model of Improved Internet Reverse Charging (IRC) which is seldom discussed in some literature. This model is intended to work in multilink wireless internet in multi service Quality of Service (QoS) network that works in some traffics. IRC basically is focused on 3G and 4G turnover while doing the hosting. The models designed are formed in finding the optimal solution of pricing the internet. The mathematical formulation was modelled as Mixed Integer Nonlinear Programming problem (MINLP). IRC based modeling in the consumption of end-to- end delay Quality of Service (QoS) attributes was discussed to obtain the optimal solution. Optimal pricing scheme applied to local data server, using digilib traffic data. Improved IRC models were solved using LINGO 13.0. Basically, the internet network is not in the form of a single link only, but there is also a multilink, it is necessary to develop multilink internet network to match the reality. The results show, by setting up basic price to be varied ISP (Internet Service Provider) has choice to have competition in market and quality premium to be fixed or varied, then ISP choices to customer to select class/service and promote certain service, respectively.

This model is intended to work in multilink wireless internet in multi service Quality of Service (QoS) network that works in some traffics. IRC basically is focused on 3G and 4G turnover while doing the hosting. The models designed are formed in finding the optimal solution of pricing the internet. The mathematical formulation was modelled as Mixed Integer Nonlinear Programming problem (MINLP). IRC based modeling in the consumption of end-to- end delay Quality of Service (QoS) attributes was discussed to obtain the optimal solution. Optimal pricing scheme applied to local data server, using digilib traffic data. Improved IRC models were solved using LINGO 13.0. Basically, the internet network is not in the form of a single link only, but there is also a multilink, it is necessary to develop multilink internet network to match the reality. The results show, by setting up basic price to be varied ISP (Internet Service Provider) has choice to have competition in market and quality premium to be fixed or varied, then ISP choices to customer to select class/service and promote certain service, respectively.","PeriodicalId":367363,"journal":{"name":"2019 International Seminar on Research of Information Technology and Intelligent Systems (ISRITI)","volume":"240 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133721792","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
