The Efficient Approach in Peer-to-Peer Systems to Achieve High Efficiency 点对点系统中实现高效率的有效方法

Peer-to-peer systems nowadays are widely used because of the scalability and high reliability. File replication and consistency maintenance are widely used techniques to achieve high system performance. These techniques are connected to each other. The connection of these techniques is consistency maintenance is needed in file replication to keep the consistency between a file and the replicas. Traditional file replication and consistency maintenance methods need a high cost. The usage of IRM (Integrated file Replication and Consistency Maintenance inP2P systems) which will achieve high efficiency at a significantly lower cost can be used to solve this problem. IRM reduces redundant file replicas, consistency maintenance overhead, and unnecessary file updates.

A DIGITAL PRINTING APPLICATION AS AN EXPRESSION IDENTIFICATION SYSTEM 一种数字印刷作为表情识别系统的应用

Human Computer Interaction (HCI), a growing research field in science and engineering, aims to provide a natural way for humans to use computers as tools. Humans prefer to interact with each other mainly through speech, but also through facial expressions and gestures, for certain parts of the speech and displays of emotions. The identity, age, gender, and emotional state of a person can be obtained from his face. The impression we receive from the expression reflected on the face affects our interpretation of the spoken word and even our attitude towards the speaker himself. Although emotion recognition is an easy task for humans, it still proves to be a difficult task for computers to recognize user`s emotional state. Advances in this area promise to arm our technological environment by means for more effective interactions with humans, and hopefully the impact of facial expressions on cognition will increase rapidly in the future. Will do. In recent years, the adoption of digital has increased rapidly, and the quality has improved significantly. Digital printing has resulted in fast delivery and needs-based costs. This article describes a sophisticated combination classifier approach, an empirical study of ensembles, stacking, and voting. These three approaches were tested on Nave Bayes (NB), Kernel Naive Bayes (kNB), Neural Network (NN), Auto MultiLayer Perceptron (Auto MLP), and Decision Tree (DT), respectively. The main contribution of this paper is the improvement of the classification accuracy of facial expression recognition tasks. In both persondependent and nonpersondependent experiments we showed that using a combination of these classifier combinations gave significantly better results than using individual classifiers. It has been observed from experiments that the overall voting technique by voting achieves the best classification accuracy.

Maintaining Organizational Sustaincapability Towards Management Innovation Using Strategic Foresight 利用战略远见维持组织的可持续性以实现管理创新

This study aims to examine the role of Strategic foresight and its capability to support the development of management innovation processes within organizations. This study uses a narrative literature review approach involving potential interactions of three main topics, namely: strategic foresight, management innovation, and management cognition. The research findings explain that every individual has a character from birth to being able to see the future. Then the capability for foresight in this organization must be developed and continuously maintained by both stakeholders in the organization's management and employees. Before implementing a foiresight strategy, it is necessary to understand in depth managerial cognition as the basis for its application. Furthermore, the development of a well-managed strategic foresight will become a management innovation so that it can maintain the sustaincapability of the organization. This conceptual paper lays a foundation that can be used as further research in determining strategic foresight abilities in relation to managerial dynamic abilities. The results of this paper can be used by organizations with a long history of facing challenges in capturing the challenges of changing business environment in the future.

This research examines the potential for leadership development through the creation of comprehensive leadership channels within organizations. By highlighting training elements that focus on the skills required for success in a leadership role) and succession planning (i.e., the creation and implementation of long-term plans that address changes in top leadership roles) as two distinct organizational initiatives. The method in this research is to combine the concept of Real Option Reasoning (ROR) with a skill-based leadership model. An in-depth study of the implementation of Comprehensive Leadership Pipelines (CLP) as an alternative to developing a leadership model is also reviewed in this study. The conclusion of this study is that by adjusting succession planning policies to outreach organizations according to the ROR pillars, it is possible to create CLPs that simultaneously lower turnover, increase the likelihood that employees will be in the right place at the right time, and reduce the risks associated with large investments. on employees. Given the need for organizations and individuals to assist in the selection of employees for appropriate leadership skills-based training, companies can make better and less risky decisions when selecting organizational leaders.

This study examines the relationship between requirements and framework development in Customer Engagement (CE). In this paper it is developed based on engagement theory with the assumption that satisfying relationships will be able to create emotional relationships so that colleagues will be involved and bound to each other. Based on theoretical studies, this paper proposes a framework that examines the components that exist in CE, antecedents. involved and the consequences of CE. To complete the study, we also discuss how the type of industry, company characteristics - Business to Business vs Business to Consumer - and value and level of involvement affect the satisfaction relationship, both direct and indirect contributions from the point of view of emotional involvement in Customer Engagement. Next, examine the development of Customer Engagement and how to maximize company performance by making appropriate strategic changes. The findings of this paper are the relationship between emotions and the indirect contribution of customers’ needs to be improved to the company's service industry with the B2B concept for products/services with a high level of involvement; Furthermore, it is also necessary to improve services for products or services with a high level of brand value and companies that provide a higher level of satisfaction.

This study examines the creation of Customer Value with the supporting variables Relationship Quality and Cost-to-Cost as variables that can affect value. Customer Value for the company in building relationships in the future. This research takes companies that supply fabric dyes to textile companies by conducting interviews via email and in-person interviews. The method used is to examine qualitatively and quantitatively. In qualitative research, it examines the costs incurred which have a correlation with customer service and the estimated actual costs for individual services. Furthermore, quantitative measurements are carried out to check the quality of RQ, profitability from past customers, Customer Lifttime Value (CLV) by presenting the proposed framework. In the final section, an evaluation of the effect of RQ on CLV is carried out which results in the conclusion that RQ has an effect on driving customer costs and profitability in the future.

This study is intended to assess the behavior of the variables of motivation, discipline, and leadership on the performance of ASN at the Wonogiri regional Secretariat through organizational culture or without organizational culture.From 140 ASN, be used 114 respondents as sample with Slovin formula were taken with a simple random sampling. The data was then analyzed using a path analysis system and equipped with statistical tests. Field findings show that: 1) Motivation has a significant influence on organizational culture in Wonogiri regional Secretariat; 2) Discipline has a significant influence on the culture of the organization in the Wonogiri regional Secretariat; 3) Leadership has an influence but not significant on the organizational culture in the Wonogiri regional Secretariat; 4) Motivation has a significant effect on the performance of ASN in the Wonogiri regional Secretariat; 5) Discipline has no significant effect on the performance of ASN in the Wonogiri regional Secretariat; 6) Leadership has an influence, although not insignificant, on the performance of ASN in the Wonogiri regional Secretariat; and 7) Organizational culture has a significant influence on the performance of ASN in the Wonogiri regional Secretariat

The Impact of Artificial Intelligence on Agricultural Labour in Europe 人工智能对欧洲农业劳动力的影响

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is set to redefine how farming occurs. Throughout history examples of technological advances have shown that less labour has been required on a farm while at the same time increasing the output of food production. However, an interesting observation is that as technology has improved the farming process and replaced workers, it has opened a new avenue known as diversification. This paper focuses specifically on the impact that AI will have on the future of farming in the European sector. The literature brings to light common trends that technological innovations have always decreased the number of workers required in the farming process while at the same time maximising efficiency. AI will also follow the same trend, however, instead of eliminating workers in the farming process soon, the present observations show that farmers will still require workers to work alongside AI. The reason for increased investments in AI is due to research data showing a decline in population growth in Europe and the struggling profitability of farmers. Thereby analysts believe that a labour shortage will occur, and industries will struggle to fill those skills requirements. A qualitative summary was done on artificial intelligence technologies’ development impact on the labour of the agricultural sector of Europe.

Calibration and Parameterization of APSIM-Wheat using Earth Observation Data for wheat Simulation in Kenya 基于肯尼亚小麦模拟地球观测数据的APSIM-Wheat定标与参数化

The ability to accurately translate the current condition of the crops into yield foresight expected at the end of the growing season helps the governments and other policymakers around the world to make informed decisions on matters relating to food security and economic planning. While the Agricultural Production Systems Simulator (APSIM-Wheat) is the widely used wheat-yield simulator in the world today, its major challenge is the lack of adequate data for calibration and parameterization of the model in many developing countries. This aspect inhibits the model's performance. This study utilized earth observation data derived from sentinel-2 to calibrate APSIM-wheat (version 7.5 R3008) to compensate for the data inadequacy and improve the model's performance in developing countries. The phenological statistics generated from sentinel-2 were integrated into the model as part of the input parameters. The phenological statistics were based on NDVI, MSI and NPCRI and were used with other crop management data collected at the field level. When the phenological statistics from sentinel-2 were used to calibrate APSIM-Wheat, the improved model outperformed the conventional APSIM-Wheat by 18.65% since the RRMSE improved from 25.99% to 7.34%; RMSE from 1784 Kgha-1 to 501 Kgha-1 and R2 from o.6 to 0.82 respectively.

International Coffee Trade: a literature review 国际咖啡贸易:文献综述

In terms of the volume of coffee is the second largest commodity traded in international trade and one of the most valuable globally traded agricultural commodities in human history. In addition, coffee is one of the most widely consumed beverages globally. In this way, it has a significant impact on millions of people worldwide, from farmers to consumers. The results show that the global coffee trade has grown steadily since 2000. In addition, the number of scientific publications in coffee is also growing exponentially. This article aims to collect and process the literature related to coffee. One of the essential scientific bibliographic databases, Scopus, was chosen and belonged to Elsevier. It contains more than 80 million records. This is one of the central archives in the literature that uses peer review to validate the research. A review of the literature revealed that there are few publications on the global coffee trade. Three historical stages of the coffee trade are identified and analyzed in the post-World War II period. The most important topics of these periods are dissected by the authors: fairtrade, coffee sustainability, coffee value chain, and various forms of regulation.
