The Role of Brand Image, Price and Trust on Purchase Intention Herbal Medicine 品牌形象、价格、信任对中草药购买意愿的影响

Purpose – This study aims to examine the role of brand image, price and trust on purchase intention Herbal Medicine in Special Region of Yogyakarta. The respondents in this study were consumers at Special Region of Yogyakarta. Design/methodology/approach – This study uses a quantitative approach. The number of respondents in this study were 100 respondents. Sampling is done by purposive sampling technique. This study uses multiple linear regression with SPSS as analytical tool. Originality – This research will be able to complete the gap regarding the consumption of herbal supplements both during the pandemic Covid-19 after the post-Covid 19 recovery period. Findings and Discussion – Based on the results of data testing conducted, it shows that: (1) Brand image has a significant effect on purchase intention Herbal Medicine in Special Region of Yogyakarta. (2) Price has a significant effect on purchase intention Herbal Medicine in Special Region of Yogyakarta. (3) Trust has a significant effect on purchase intention Herbal Medicine in Special Region of Yogyakarta. (4) Brand image, price and trust simultaneously significant effect on purchase intention Herbal Medicine in Special Region of Yogyakarta.

The Concept Of People’s Economy Based On Pancasila As Legistimation Of Economic Ideology In Indonesia 印尼经济意识形态立法中基于潘卡西拉的人民经济观

The concept of populist economy based on Pancasila is a concept from the thinking in planning and implementing economic development at the national level. Where the frame of mind is based on the elaboration of the values contained in the Pancasila paradigm. The establishment of a Pancasila-based populist economy as the legitimacy of economic ideology in Indonesia is crucial by looking at the phenomenon of global capitalism in overcoming a decline in economic stability. The people's economy itself has deviated far from the existence of a liberalist economy and capitalism which will eventually have the impact of economic inequality for the community. The purpose of this study is to see the existence of the Pancasila-based populist economic concept, whether it is still feasible and whether it has been properly implemented as a legitimacy for economic ideology in Indonesia. The method of this study uses a systematic literature review method in which this method must be consistent with the latest suggestions where the management literature review must be strengthened. In carrying out the selection of literature reviews for data collection and analysis, there must be the latest conceptual development and mapping. This study found that Indonesia has not been able to perfectly apply the concept of populist economy based on Pancasila. Even though Indonesia supports the concept of a Pancasila-based populist economy, its implementation in the field has not been fully fulfilled. Where the nation's capital ownership or foreign investors still dominate the economic aspects in Indonesia.

Purpose – The Purpose of this study is to investigated the impact of work stress on work family conflict: a mediated model using job satisfaction in the hotel industryDesign/methodology/approach – The sampling technique used in this study is a non-probability sampling technique, which is known as purposive sampling. The amount of samples used in this study are 48 respondents who work as employees of Hotel Industry. The research method that used in this study are multiple linear regression analysis and sobel test.Findings – The results of this study indicate that work family conflict has a negative and significant effect to job satisfaction, work family conflict has no positive and significant effect on work stress, and work stress has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction, while work stress is able to mediate the effect of work family conflict on job satisfaction.

The research objective was to determine the effect of Occupational Health and Safety, Physical Work Environment, and Motivation on Worker Satisfaction. This type of research is quantitative research with descriptive analysis to assess a data characteristic. The population in this research object is 70 people, and the sample of all members of the population is 70 people. Saturated sample is a sampling technique in this study, because it uses all members of the existing population. The data collection method used a questionnaire and was analyzed using the method of multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 22. The results showed that Occupational Health and Safety had a positive and significant effect on Worker Satisfaction, the Physical Work Environment did not have a positive and significant effect on Worker Satisfaction, Motivation had an effect positive and significant to Employee Satisfaction. As well as Occupational Health and Safety, Physical Work Environment, and Motivation simultaneously affect Worker Satisfaction

Factors Influencing Purchase Intention Against Marketplace Users in Gen Z 影响Z世代市场用户购买意愿的因素

purpose- The weakness of the marketplace is that it cannot physically present products that can be touched by potential customers, for this reason information liaison is needed including influencers and product features to increase consumer purchase intentions. The marketplace itself has become a lifestyle, especially for the Z generation (Gen Z) in buying a product.Design/methodology/approach -This study used a quantitative method by distributing 100 questionnaires, especially to the current Z generation, which is estimated to be in the age range of 20 to 40 years, who have certainly purchased products through marketplaces that have been determined by the researcher. By using the SPSS 25 analysis tool and the purposive sampling method. The results and techniques will describe several factors such as influencers, product features and lifestyle in influencing purchase intention.Findings and Discussions -From the results of calculations using the analytical tools applied to this study, it proves that influencers have a significant influence on purchase intention because consumers not only need the benefits of product features, but those that are closest to their satisfaction and needs that are deemed appropriate to support their lifestyle. Therefore, how important it is for companies to select influencers who can influence consumer buying interest by looking at the elements of good interaction between prospective consumers and their educators. With the aim of increasing more buying interest. For marketplace providers and their users, including producers who work together, they must always provide feature products that are always innovating where feature products are required to approach consumer satisfaction and needs.Conclusion- Marketplace is one of the most popular services for generation z at this time. Not only providing services anytime and anywhere regarding information on a product being traded, but also providing some interesting promotions.However, the marketplace also has several drawbacks because the service is only listed on the internet screen so consumers cannot see or physically touch the product to be purchased. For this reason, influencers are needed as a liaison and to increase consumer confidence by educating how to use and practice these products. There is interaction between influencers and consumers so that it influences the lifestyle of marketplace users as well as wanting to be recognized as part of an idol in using the same product.

Impact of Ki Hajar Dewantara's Leadership and Emotional Intelligence on Turnover Intention: The Mediating Effect Of Distributive Justice 领导与情绪智力对离职倾向的影响:分配公平的中介作用

Purpose - The rise of employee turnover intention in the organization will affect organizational performance and hinder the implementation of work programs. This study aims to analyze and empirically test the effect of Ki Hajar Dewantara's leadership trilogy and emotional intelligence on turnover intention mediated by distributive justice. Design/methodology/approach – The samples used amounted to 60 respondents with sample selection techniques using saturated sample techniques (census). This research is a quantitative study that uses questionnaires as the main data collection tool with a Likert scale. Data analysis methods using descriptive and inferential analysis, the analytical tool used is variance-based Partial Least Square (PLS) SEM, with SmartPLS V.4.0 software. PLS testing consists of indicator testing, model fit, hypothesis testing and mediation analysis. Conclusion – The results of this study indicate that the high level of Ki Hajar Dewantara's leadership and emotional intelligence does not affect the high level of turnover intention; Ki Hajar Dewantara's leadership trilogy and emotional intelligence have a significant positive effect on distributive justice; and distributive justice has a significant negative effect on turnover intention

This study aims to analyze and empirically test the effect of Ki Hajar Dewantara's leadership trilogy and emotional intelligence on turnover intention mediated by distributive justice. Design/methodology/approach – The samples used amounted to 60 respondents with sample selection techniques using saturated sample techniques (census). This research is a quantitative study that uses questionnaires as the main data collection tool with a Likert scale. Data analysis methods using descriptive and inferential analysis, the analytical tool used is variance-based Partial Least Square (PLS) SEM, with SmartPLS V.4.0 software. PLS testing consists of indicator testing, model fit, hypothesis testing and mediation analysis. Abstract Purpose - Organizations have an important role in human life. Some of the important roles include being a place for activities, work, increasing knowledge and abilities, and achieving the targets and/or goals of the organization itself. Further research is to review how important organizational sustainability is and to find out how far an organization is able to survive in the midst of global competition. Design/methodology/approach - This study uses the Scopus metric as an Evaluation Technique where for research on Sustainability from 2020 and 2022 the highest in this research is sustainability. The relational bibliometric network visualization technique draws a global representation of the concepts and their relationships,Bibliometric Density visualization relational techniques show little research. and Relational Bilbliometric Techniques Visualization Ovelay Visualization shows new and old research, Findings and Discussion –The results of mapping using the Scopus metric are from 2020 and 2022 where the highest in this research is sustainability. Bibliometric analysis using VOSviewer with the type of analysis "co-occurrence" with the unit of analysis "author keywords" and the choice of visualization display results "density visualization", shows that sustainability has a greater link strength value. In the "overlay visualization" display, the results show that if the color is brighter or more yellow, then the keyword is the latest or most recent research. Purpose - This study aims to determine the changes that are taking place and to analyze Organization Change publication trends regarding the number of articles, the number of citations to a journal, the relevance of affiliation, the most authors, publishers and network clusters.This research is the first step to look at existing research and find research themes related to organizational change Design/methodology/approach - This research uses the Bibliometric analysis method. The data was obtained through searching the Google Scholar (GS) database with the word Organization Change in the category Article title, Abstract, Keywords. Approximately 153 articles were obtained in the initial results with 569 citations (56.9 citations/year) Findings and Discussion – The search results obtained 129 articles, the citation data also changed, with 367 citations and 52.43 citations/year, during the 2016-2022 period. From the results, 129 articles were refined and the citation data also changed to 367 citations and 52.43 citations each year. The results of the study show that the most cited authors are a. J Suwaryo HKK, and its most relevant affiliate is the University of Indonesia. b. Aslami and Rahman are the most authors, ejournal.unsrat.ac.id is the largest publisher c. words that often appear are organization change, change, organization, organizational change, and study. Conclusion - Bibliometric mapping supports the scientific explanation between probability theory and evidence. Innovation and Collaboration in Organizations: A Bibliometric Research 组织创新与合作:文献计量学研究

Purpose - This article is a bibliometric study of innovation research and internal collaboration in organizations at three levels (i.e., individual, work team, and organization). Design/methodology/approach - This research was conducted using Publish or Perish software and VOS Viewer to analyze 6,356 academic articles from 2000 to 2022 in four aspects: temporal distribution of published papers, the scientific community (country/region/authors cited), intellectual structure (journals) cited/references cited), and research centers. Findings and Discussion – The results show that the number and growth rate of publications at the organizational level is much higher than the other two levels (individual and teamwork). This is based on innovation which is often related to collaboration within the organization. The publications with top three countries for the most publications are the United States, China, and the United Kingdom. The top five most cited authors were identified and listed from the individual, work team, and organizational levels Originality - The author combines innovation and collaboration as an interesting subject because not many have made a review of this material. These findings provide a snapshot and comparison of innovation research in management at three levels namely, individual, work team, and organizational levels, which are useful for researchers and students to understand and explore innovative behavior in organizations from a multilevel perspective.

Purpose - ArticleThis paper presents and discusses the impact of an innovation implemented by leadership on the sustainability of an organization which is taken from mapping through biblometric analysis. In order to compete with other organizations, organizations must have innovation and be innovative in looking for new ideas or breakthroughs. In fact, there have been many studies related to management innovation. But here we are interested in examining how much researchers who conduct innovation management research directly related to leadership use bibliometric analysis through VOSViewer. Design/methodology/approach - We use a bibliometric method and review related to Innovation and Leadership management. We obtained the data source for the bibliometrics through the Scopus database. Findings and Discussion – The results of research with mapping using the keyword "Management Innovation" show two clusters. In the first cluster there are 2 interrelated elements, namely study and innovation which are closely related to the innovation itself. In the second cluster there is only Development related to innovation. Innovation Connectivity between clusters can be seen through the nodes. The bigger the node, the higher the frequency of occurrence. Conclusion - The study can be concluded that Innovation Management and Leadership are very closely related. It has been proven that in the last 2 years there have also been many studies highlighting management innovation but most of them have researched management innovation in the education sector. In addition, Innovation Management also ranks first on the vosviuwers search page. The citations used for research also reach thousands in the article. Articles on innovation management also reach hundreds of articles published annually by various studies.
