Chronic heart failure is a progressive syndrome that can reduce a person's quality of life and affect the economy and health. Risk factors for chronic heart failure are hypertension, obesity, smoking, and diabetes. The biggest cause of death at the age of 60 years is non-communicable diseases such as coronary heart disease, heart failure, hypertension, and stroke. Knowledge about daily care and adherence to treatment plays an important role in reducing morbidity and mortality in heart failure sufferers. Register data in the heart polyclinic and ICCU (Intensive Cardiac Care Unit) room at Tabanan District Hospital during 2020-2021 showed an increase in the number of re-hospitalizations for heart failure sufferers and a decrease in routine visits by heart failure sufferers to the polyclinic during the pandemic. Data from short interviews with heart failure sufferers and accompanying families or patient caretakers revealed a lack of knowledge about heart failure care and the importance of routine control. Partners caring for heart patients at Tabanan Hospital have never received training regarding heart disease and preventing the progression of heart disease and have experienced Difficulty in keeping family business bookkeeping to support the family economy. The PKM method is through training on heart disease, conselling, training on periodic body weight (BB) measurements, distribution of automatic weight measuring tools, and video playback which begins with a pre-test and ends with a post-test to measure the success/output of PKM which is carried out at the same time as World Heart Failure Awareness Day or World Heart Failure Day is May 3, 2022.

The village of Penatih Dangin Puri is one of the villages in the East Denpasar district, City of Denpasar, Bali Province, Indonesia. The village of Penatih Dangin Puri has 13 subvillage who organize 13 integrated service centers, called Posyandu. Posyandu is a community-sourced health center that gives health services to toddlers, especially in monitoring the growth and development of a child, thus it can early detect the impairment in the growth and development of a child. Early detection is essential for a child’s well-being in planning an early intervention to reverse the impairment in growth and development into normal. One of the child’s growth impairments which becomes a national issue and a priority program in Indonesia is stunting, defined as the impairment of growth caused by chronic insufficiency of nutrients from the womb until the first period after the child was born. This chronic insufficiency of nutrients in stunting, especially during the first 1000 days of life, might cause the irreversible impairment in child development, which can be short-term, intermediate, and long-term impact. The quality of children as the future generation will affect the social and economic growth of a country. This community service (PkM) is a program to improve toddlers’ nutrients to prevent stunting which was integrated with Posyandu among 13 subvillages of Penatih Dangin Puri. The community partner contributes to the needed facilities and equipments, inviting the toddler’s mother, and community engagement during the outreach. This community outreach was held as health education about how to prevent stunting which can be applied in the family and followed continuously in daily life. The result of PkM showed increasing knowledge on preventing stunting through household food security. All the participants, who were the toodler’s mothers, were motivated to apply the “My Plate’ method in preparing the complementary food that is relevant to the child’s age. This community outreach will be held continuously in Posyandu by empowering community partners.

Lakes are a source of life for the community. As we all know, there are various important functions of lakes in human life, such as irrigating rice fields, fishing, agriculture, and also as a tourist attraction. Likewise, Lake Batur, located in Kintamani District, Bangli Regency, is the largest lake on the island of Bali. Currently, the development of the new lake area focuses on developing the tourism sector, even though on the other hand the lake still needs to be developed in the areas of religion, culture, and tradition, especially for the people who support Lake Batur (Wingkang Ranu). The results of observations made, one form of religious activity that needs to be improved is yoga training as a medium for character education and deepening Hindu religious teachings for school children. The locus for this service activity is SMKN 2 Kintamani which is located in Songan Village, Kintamani District, Bangli Regency. This activity was carried out for two days using the lecture, demonstration, discussion, training, and evaluation methods.

Occupational Health and Safety (K3) is currently the main focus for all companies, especially those operating in the construction sector. The construction services sector is a sector that has a high risk of work accidents because it comes into direct contact with dangerous equipment and terrain. So this writing was carried out to introduce the importance of K3 in work methods. Socialization was carried out by visiting the project from the company PT Tedja Jaya Kreasi then socializing K3 to field supervisors and explaining the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). From the socialization carried out on the implementation of K3 in the field, it is different in each project depending on the scale of the project, from interviews I conducted with field supervisors, the implementation of K3 has been implemented in all projects but inconsistently and there is a lack of socialization regarding work and work methods that prioritize safety at work.

When Covid-19 began to spread, which required all activities to be conducted indoors. With the development of technology, it can change the paradigm and mindset of society in seeking and processing information. Thus, this technology will have an impact on the education system. Technology can influence changes in the education system, where face-to-face learning has transformed into online learning. One educational institution that has followed the current development by implementing online learning is SMA Negeri 2 Sukawati. Despite having good information technology facilities, it is not accompanied by sufficient abilities and knowledge from teachers and students to use the Learning Management System (LMS). This becomes the background for the researchers to conduct training on the use of LMS at SMA Negeri 2 Sukawati. The training is expected to assist teachers in implementing the Moodle website at SMA Negeri 2 Sukawati.

As life expectancy increases, there is more elderly population and incontinence cases that require long-term catheter. Long-term use of catheters can cause morbidity for patients, because they have to come to the hospital every 2 weeks on weekdays to change the catheter, thus compromising their work or if they are elderly who need to be accompanied by their families, it can burden their families. Improper catheter care can also cause urinary tract infections (UTIs). Therefore, a solution is needed. Clean intermittent catheterization (CIC) or also called self-catheterization can be a solution for this problem. The use of CIC can make patients do not have to carry tubes and catheter bags everywhere. Patients also do not need to change the catheter every 2 weeks, therefore are more efficient in terms of cost and time. We gave CIC education to long-term catheter users at the Urology Polyclinic of Tabanan Hospital using a urinary tract mannequin. The outcome revealed that all patient's post-test scores increased compared to the pre-test. The patients can apply CIC independently so that they no longer change catheters at the hospital, and no urinary tract infections occur based on urinalysis.

The outcome revealed that all patient's post-test scores increased compared to the pre-test. The patients can apply CIC independently so that they no longer change catheters at the hospital, and no urinary tract infections occur based on urinalysis.","PeriodicalId":373615,"journal":{"name":"JURNAL SEWAKA BHAKTI","volume":"210 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-10-05","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139322768","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In 2021 there were 10 breast cases from the Baturiti sub-district which carried out examinations in the PA laboratory at Tabanan Hospital. 6 of them (60%) turned out to be cases of malignancy, and 4 of them (66.66%) stage III and IV which are the final stages of breast cancer. Perean Kangin Village which is one of the villages in the Baturiti sub-district with the most cases of breast tumors. The long-lasting pandemic has contributed to the decreased activity of cadres and increased delays in breast cancer screening. If the patient can be detected early and get treatment as soon as possible, it will give hope for recovery and a better life expectancy. One of the early detection of breast cancer is breast self-examination (BSE). It is hoped that re-activating midwives and village cadres will motivate the community to do BSE. The result of this PKM was an increase in the knowledge and attitude of cadres towards BSE. We also provide investment goods in the form of digital baby and adult weight measuring devices, stunting mats and height measuring devices for early detection of health problems.
