In this paper, signal detection theory (SDT) is proposed in order to quantitatively analyze the perceived risk of Chinese female college students’ fashion online shopping, Firstly, it defines the concept of female college students’ perceived risk, analyzes the main types and manifestations of online shopping perceived risk. Based on the literature review, combination with the risks of female college students’ online shopping, a questionnaire was developed. 20 female college students from Lingnan Normal University were randomly selected as test subjects. SDT is used to evaluate the sensitivity and reaction tendency. The sensitivity value and reaction tendency value of the risk response were obtained. The results of the study show that the sensitivity value is [-4.65, 0.93], which is generally low and the difference was small, but the maximum reaction tendency value is 12.2650, and the minimum is 0.7191. The values of this indicator vary widely, and this is basically inconsistent with the actual situation, indicating that the SDT proposed in this study can be used to evaluate the perceived risk of female college students’ fashion online shopping scientifically and accurately.

Large-sized hospitals have been consistently working on social philanthropy activities, there has been, however, no critical research on performance of the hospitals affected by the activities. This paper, accordingly, is aiming to identify the effect of social philanthropy on management performance in financial performance and non-financial performance, then to suggest strategic implications to the practical hospital business environment. By analyzing social philanthropy activity types and its importance for each type, this paper is expected to suggest optimized social philanthropy plan for large hospitals. Moreover, we additionally expect to confirm the moderating effect of degree of social philanthropy activities, to see how different the performance is on the dependence of the degree of social philanthropy activities. Especially, it is highly needed to measure financial performance indicators and non-financial management performance indicators and to clearly identify the performance of social philanthropy activities of companies, which will be differentiated against the current studies on management performance of companies. Therefore, this study will examine and categorize the types of social philanthropy activities then analyze the performance of it by dividing into two parts of financial performance and non-financial performance, to present a keystone of strategic plan in the practical hospital business environment.
