Karangpranti Village is a village located in Pajarakan District, Probolinggo Regency. The local advantage of the Karangpranti village is that there are several superior MSMEs that seek to empower the surrounding residents to build and help improve the economy of the surrounding residents. One of the MSMEs that is quite helpful in providing employment in the Karangpranti village is Abon Hj. Sun. However, the development of MSME Abon Hj. Sun is constrained by the lack of capital and public knowledge about the empowerment of its citizens. So that solutions can be done to overcome existing obstacles, for example, Students hold a Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) Socialization, Expanding production land, Assistance for capital submission. The method used is the preparation stage includes a survey or observation, evaluation of problems and preparation, then the implementation phase which includes approaches to the community and MSME socialization, then the evaluation stage is carried out to see the success rate of activities starting from the beginning, the process, to the achievement of the results of activities . If the productivity of MSME Abon Hj. Sun is increasingly being developed so that efforts to empower residents around Karangpranti village will be increasingly realized, so that the welfare of the people can be increasingly created. This training program is shown to provide new knowledge and information in the mustard farmers sector. The agricultural sector business that was included was owned by the GAPOKTAN groups in Pajarakan Kulon Village. Partners who have problems with the mustard planting system and the fulfillment of nutrition from vegetables to the community. The problems that exist in partners are still not getting the right solution so that in this case solutions can be given in the introduction of new planting models in the mustard growers sector through training in planting mustard greens using a simple Wick Hydroponics System, in order to produce superior types of mustard greens that canard must provide nutritional fulfillment with good and optimal. Ecohydrology is an approach to integrated water resources management that offers a sustainable development approach in understanding the environment and water resources systems. In this case the conditions where clean water and food can be created to reduce the number of stunting in an area. The concept of ecohydrology can also prevent the spread of disease through water. The introduction of this concept is intended to reduce stunting and overcome the lack of clean water in the future. In this case the concept of Ecohydrology is offered with the existing water purification plan to produce clean water that is ready to use and utilizes materials that are easily available and have low prices. Communities in Kademangan Village precisely in RW 04 RT 02, are still among those who are less concerned about healthy eating patterns. They still ignore the importance of the intake of nutrients needed by the body. Poor nutrition can lead to various health problems, one of which is stunting Stunting is a condition of growth failure in children (body and brain growth) due to malnutrition for a long time. Thus, children are shorter than normal children their age and have a delay in thinking. Malnutrition in a long time that occurs from the fetus in the womb until the beginning of the child's life (First 1000 Days of Birth). For this reason, community service activities by Panca Marga University Probolinggo 2019 KKN students are realized by realizing the "Mangan Linjo" program, which is an abbreviation of the Ijo Kademangan Lingkungan. The "Mangan Linjo" program aims to help the community in Kademangan Village to build a green environment containing 180 organic polybags. The method used is to directly involve the local community during the activity, so that in addition to getting an appeal, this program physically facilitates the community to get organic vegetables easily and cheaply.
