Controlling the reliability performance of a thermoelectric cooler under variable heat load 变热负荷下热电冷却器可靠性性能控制

The work is devoted to substantiation of possibility of reduction of failure rate of thermal mode support system when operating with variable load by control of reliability indicators of thermoelectric cooler. A mathematical model for evaluating the effect of variable thermal load on reliability indicators of a single-cascade thermoelectric cooler at a given temperature level of cooling, medium temperature, geometry of thermocouple branches for various current modes of operation is considered. The relationship between the cooler steady-state operation time and mass and heat capacity of the structure, relative operating current and temperature difference is presented. The results of thermal load relation with operating current, refrigerating factor, time to steady-state mode, energy input, heat dissipation capacity of the radiator, and relative failure rate are presented. Calculations have been made at a given cooling temperature level, medium temperature, temperature differential, and thermocouple branch geometry for various characteristic current operating modes. It is shown that with decreasing thermal load at a given design of thermoelectric cooler, the value of operating current decreases, thus increasing the probability of no-failure operation. The obtained relationship of thermal load with operating current and relative failure rate serves as primary information for design of thermoelectric system for providing thermal modes of thermally loaded elements with variable thermal load. Using the rate of change of temperature difference between the thermally loaded element and the cold electrode of the cooler as a control feature, it is possible to reduce the failure rate when the thermal load decreases, which contributes to increasing the average probability of no-failure operation

Gait recognition methods in the task of biometric human identification 步态识别方法在生物特征任务中的人体识别

This article focuses on defining the problem of solving the problem of human identification by means of gait recognition in biometric identification systems. In order to determine the prospects of using gait recognition methods for human identification, a generalized model of a biometric identification system was considered, the main modules of the system were identified and a brief description of each module was provided. Next, the basic requirements for human biometric features were identified, the main biometric features were considered, and the features of their use in biometric identification systems were determined. The issue of using gait as a biometric identifier was also considered. It has been determined that the use of human gait allows to get rid of two main obstacles in the construction of biometric identification systems: users are not required to provide personal biometric information in advance, and the system does not require specialized equipment. Also, the issue of multi-view gait recognition was considered. Multi-view gait recognition involves capturing gait data from different angles and using this data to improve recognition accuracy. This approach has shown great promise in challenging scenarios such as low lighting conditions. Next, we analyzed scientific works in the field of gait recognition. It was determined that gait recognition methods can be divided into template-based and non-template-based methods. Template-based methods are aimed at obtaining patterns of torso or leg movements, i.e. they usually focus on the dynamics of movement in space or on spatio-temporal methods. Non-template-based methods consider shape and its features as more relevant characteristics, i.e., human recognition are performed using measurements that reflect the shape of the person. Next, we consider the use of different datasets in the process of training and testing human gait recognition methods. The main datasets were identified and their characteristics and features were collected. We considered the presence of various characteristics in the datasets, as well as the means of representing information about human gait. The research has identified the main problems and challenges facing researchers in this area, as well as the main trends in the field of human gait recognition in biometric identification systems.

Multi-objective optimization of committee selection for hierarchical Byzantine fault tolerance-based consensus protocols 层次拜占庭容错共识协议中委员会选择的多目标优化

Decentralized platforms like blockchain have been attracting significant attention in recent years, especially in the context of financial and payment systems. They are designed to provide a transparent, secure, and reliable environment for digital transactions without the need for a central authority. The core of a decentralized platform like blockchain is a consensus layer that allows all participants (called Workers), who properly operate and follow all network protocols and have access to the same state of the distributed ledger, to coordinate their actions and arrive at the same decisions. However, some Workers may be temporarily offline at their own discretion, without any confirmation, or their work may be faulty due to technical circumstances, resulting in unpredictable behavior. The goal of this article is to present an approach for multi-objective optimizing of Byzantine fault tolerance (BFT)-based consensus protocols, to reduce the impact on the network of faulty participants. Two criteria were considered – minimization of the number of sent service messages, and maximization of the mathematical expectation of the number of produced blocks. The result is a method to determine the optimal committee size and distribution of Workers, depending on their total number in the network and the expected proportion of Byzantine faulty nodes. All protocol amendments presented in this work are tested with corresponding simulation models and have demonstrated notable enhancements in the performance of the system and decreased the load on network nodes. These improvements will be implemented to the consensus protocol Gozalandia on the Waterfall platform, enhancing its overall reliability, performance, and security. In addition, the presented optimizing algorithm can be applied to a wide range of consensus protocols in blockchains, where blocks must be signed by randomly selected committees to confirm their validity

Requirements for the development of smart contracts and an overview of smart contract vulnerabilities at the Solidity code level on the Ethereum platform 智能合约开发的需求以及以太坊平台上Solidity代码级别的智能合约漏洞概述

The article is devoted to the consideration of automated decentralized programs on the blockchain, which are a modern tool for processing transactions without the help of a trusted third party. The purpose of the study is to generalize and systematize information on the requirements for smart contracts, as well as review the vulnerabilities of smart contracts at the Solidity code level. The blockchain architecture was studied and the advantages of smart contracts compared to conventional contracts were determined, namely: risk reduction, reduction of administration and maintenance costs, and improvement of business process efficiency. A thorough analysis of current literature has been carried out and the current problems faced by users and developers of smart contracts have been identified. It is noted that the process of developing smart contracts is not sufficiently standardized and it is advisable to create a system of recommended requirements for smart contracts used in various subject areas. The requirements for smart contracts have been collected and analyzed for areas related to healthcare, education, business, project management, data analysis, software development, trading, logistics, and jurisprudence. It is determined that the mandatory requirements for all these subject areas are security, process transparency, determination of conditions and criteria for success, and automation of work. The rest of the requirements are analyzed and the concepts of the measure of coincidence and uniqueness of requirements for a particular subject area based on the corresponding functions are introduced. The coincidence and uniqueness measures were calculated for the considered subject areas. The proposed measures will allow in the future to obtain a quantitative assessment of templates for gathering requirements for programs, taking into account the used subject area. The article reviews and systematizes the types of vulnerabilities of smart contracts at the level of Solidity code on the Ethereum platform. The best practices to avoid such vulnerabilities and possible examples of their exploitation by attackers are identified. It has been shown that increasing the reliability of smart contracts will help increase trust in the blockchain among users.

A thorough analysis of current literature has been carried out and the current problems faced by users and developers of smart contracts have been identified. It is noted that the process of developing smart contracts is not sufficiently standardized and it is advisable to create a system of recommended requirements for smart contracts used in various subject areas. The requirements for smart contracts have been collected and analyzed for areas related to healthcare, education, business, project management, data analysis, software development, trading, logistics, and jurisprudence. It is determined that the mandatory requirements for all these subject areas are security, process transparency, determination of conditions and criteria for success, and automation of work. The rest of the requirements are analyzed and the concepts of the measure of coincidence and uniqueness of requirements for a particular subject area based on the corresponding functions are introduced. The coincidence and uniqueness measures were calculated for the considered subject areas. The proposed measures will allow in the future to obtain a quantitative assessment of templates for gathering requirements for programs, taking into account the used subject area. The article reviews and systematizes the types of vulnerabilities of smart contracts at the level of Solidity code on the Ethereum platform. The best practices to avoid such vulnerabilities and possible examples of their exploitation by attackers are identified. The mass transition to remote work, which triggered the quarantine and then military actions on the territory of Ukraine, led to new challenges to increase the level of information protection. In addition, permanent information and cyber-attacks create a persistent danger to physical and information systems. This, in turn, requires a clear understanding of the level of information security of various organizations, especially for critical infrastructure. An important component of the organization's information security is the information security culture of all participants in internal information processes. Such kind of influence is usually called the Human Factor.The paper`s aimreveals withtwo goals.The firstgoalis the information processes functional modeling of the information security culture level assessment automation as a part of the overall organization`s security system.The second part consists inthe information security system of project (ISSoP) maturity model developmentto provide the vital level of trust to organization within project activities.The functional model of system development presents a number of separate processes: the formation of questionnaires, data collection, and assessmentof information security culture at the personal, department and organizational levels. Texture segmentation method for computer-assisted dermatologic diagnostic system 计算机辅助皮肤诊断系统的纹理分割方法

The wide spread of dermatological diseases is an important medical and social problem. Doctors note the constant growth of psoriasis among people of all ages. The psoriasis disease symptoms are similar to the symptoms of such diseases as eczema, atopic dermatitis and medicinal disease. Therefore, there is a high probability of an error in the disease diagnosis, which prevents the full treatment and prevention of the disease. Dermatological diagnostic systems are decision-making support systems for dermatologists when establishing a diagnosis and assessing the severity of the disease course. The development of new image processing methods for dermatological diagnostic systems is an important task, which allow to increase the accuracy of the diagnostic decision. In this work, the segmentation method of psoriasis images for systems of medical dermatological diagnostics based on a vector-difference approach to improve the quality of segmentation was developed. The vector-difference approach allows to calculate a certain texture feature of the image as a vector transformation of various texture features by linear algebra methods. Psoriasis disease images can be described by texture (spectral, statistical, spectral-statistical) and color, so it is proposed to take into account textural and color characteristics of images for image segmentation. The color models that are most often used in segmentation methods of psoriasis disease images were analyzed. Based on the analysis, the Hue-Saturation-Intensity color model was chosen.It is proposed to use spectral, statistical and spectral-statistical texture models and color characteristics of image pixels to represent psoriasis disease images. The developed segmentation method includes the following stages: image pre-processing; identification; vector-difference transformation; threshold processing. At the pre-processing stage, homomorphic filtering was applied to psoriasis disease images. The result of the identification stage is a set of features calculated by the textural and color characteristics for image objects. The vector-difference transformation converts the texture image into intensity. Threshold processing is performed with a global threshold. Experimental research of the proposed segmentation method of psoriasis disease images was performed. As a result of the experimental research, it was found that the probability of correct identification of psoriasis disease area on average is 0.97, the probability of a false alarm is about 0.05.

Control of a thermoelectric cooling unit complex mixed electrical connection in an uneven temperature field 不均匀温度场下热电冷却机组复杂混合电连接的控制

A possibility of optimal thermal management of a number of temperature-dependent and heat-laden elements of radio electronicequipment with different power dissipation in an uneven temperature field using a set of thermoelectric cooling devices with mixed electrical connection and fixed geometry of thermocouple branches has been considered.Ratios for determining the relative operating current corresponding to the minimum supply voltage at a given thermal load for different temperature gradients and thermocouple branch geometries are derived. The possibility of selecting a supply voltage for a group of thermoelectric coolers with parallel electric connection using both analytical and graphical methods of solving a system of algebraic equations of first and second orders is shown. The basic parameters, reliability indices and dynamic characteristics of a thermoelectric cooler complex with mixed electrical connection when a group of thermoelectric coolers with series electrical connection operates at maximum cooling capacity and supply voltage variation of a group of coolers with parallel electrical connection are evaluated. Analysis of the research results showed the possibility of selecting the optimum supply voltage for a group of thermoelectric coolers with parallel electric connection in the interrelation of energy, mass-dimensional and dynamic characteristics, taking into account the reliability indicators of the complex as a whole. It is shown that by reducing the supply voltage of a group of thermoelectric coolers with parallelelectric connection included in the complex, the energy, mass-size and dynamic characteristics are improved, and the reliability of the complex with mixed electric connection in an uneven temperature field is increased.

The paper examines the problem of decision-making by a team of volunteers in transport logistics tasks under conditions of dynamic changes in the external environment. Transport logistics is a system of organizing cargo delivery to the place of need along a certain route. The task of transport logistics, during dynamic changes in the external environment, is a task of multi-criteria selection due to consideration of various criteria. Solving the problems of transport logistics requires the construction of aconceptual model of decision-making support, regarding the choice of the best route, taking into account all the factors that influence decision-making, and the choice of the decision-making method. The multi-criteria decision-making methodswhich are used in the transport sector are analyzed. A conceptual model of decision-making support for choosing the optimal route in the transport logistics problem is proposed. Verification of the proposed model was carried out, for which the task of choosing the bestroute of cargo transportation in the transport logistics problem was set and solved. When finding a solution, the multi-criteria decision-making methods were used: Analytic Hierarchy Process method, Multiplicative Analytic Hierarchy Process method, SimpleMulti-Attribute Rating Technique method, improved Simple Multi-Attribute Rating Technique method. The criteria used to evaluate alternative routes for cargo transportation were identified based on volunteer surveys. In order to evaluate the alternatives according to the established criteria, volunteer experts were involved, since during dynamic changes in the conditions of cargo transportation, the involvement of professional experts is a difficult task. To establish the reliability of the evaluations of alternatives according to the criteria obtained from volunteer experts, the Kendall and Spearman correlation coefficients were calculated. Analytic Hierarchy Process method, Multiplicative Analytic Hierarchy Process method, and the improved Simple Multi-Attribute Rating Technique method are found to provide the most reliable results, but the Analytic Hierarchy Process method and Multiplicative Analytic Hierarchy Process methods are more time-consuming during data inputthan the improved Smart method

Application of fuzzy evolutionary methods for the development of dual-education projects 模糊进化方法在双教项目开发中的应用

The article aims to present a method of specialties cases management based on models of system evolution within the frame-work of a pilot projectin institutions of professional pre-higher and higher education of Ukraine for the training of specialists in the dual form of education. The obtained data allowed determining that the methodology of project management can be successfully implemented in Ukrainian dual education. However, the Ukrainian system of dual education still lacks many elements, and some of them cannot be reproduced in the national environment, because the student himself can choose a form of education. The article pre-sents a simulation of the dual education system evolution in a specific specialty in the form of a multicriterial optimization problem. Well-known McKinsey model is adapted to determine the variant of the strategy for managing the dual education system. With the help ofsuch model, the specialties of the educational institution were ranked as candidates for investment according to the criterion of future profit. The trajectory of the specialty evolution has been developed by means of the method for assessing of qualitative factors, such as the attractiveness of the labor market and the competitive status of the educational institution. The inclusion of the specialty evolution trajectory in the integral criteria of the McKinsey model, made it possible to not onlyestablisha competitive sta-tus for the current period, but also extrapolate it without significant changes to the entire strategic period to predict the competitive status of a particular specialty. It is proposed to apply a decision support system based on the useof an apparatus of fuzzy sets and fuzzy logic to formalize decision-making in an intelligent system. The using of the fuzzy logic apparatus made it possible to adjust and clarify the strategic positions of each business unit of the dual education project portfolio. Thus, a significant practical effect was obtained, since the using of this fuzzy system allows to quickly assessingthe forecast positions of dual education projects, to evaluate the future competitive status of the educational product and the management strategy of this project
本文旨在提出一种基于系统演变模型的专业案例管理方法,该方法是在乌克兰专业预科和高等教育试点项目机构的框架内进行的,用于培训双重形式的教育专家。所获得的数据可以确定项目管理方法可以在乌克兰双重教育中成功实施。然而,乌克兰的二元教育体系仍然缺少很多元素,其中一些元素无法在国家环境中复制,因为学生自己可以选择一种教育形式。本文以多准则优化问题的形式,模拟了某一特定专业双元制教育体系的演变过程。采用著名的麦肯锡模型,确定双元制教育管理策略的变体。在该模型的帮助下,根据未来利润的标准,将教育机构的专业列为投资候选者。通过对定性因素的评估,如劳动力市场的吸引力和教育机构的竞争地位,来发展专业演变的轨迹。将专业发展轨迹纳入麦肯锡模型的整体标准,不仅可以建立当前时期的竞争状态,还可以在整个战略时期不发生重大变化的情况下进行外推,以预测特定专业的竞争状态。提出了一种基于模糊集和模糊逻辑的决策支持系统来形式化智能系统中的决策。模糊逻辑装置的使用使双元教育项目组合中各业务单元的战略定位得以调整和明确。应用该模糊系统可以快速评估双元教育项目的预测位置,评估教育产品未来的竞争地位和项目的管理策略,取得了显著的实际效果

Well-known McKinsey model is adapted to determine the variant of the strategy for managing the dual education system. With the help ofsuch model, the specialties of the educational institution were ranked as candidates for investment according to the criterion of future profit. The trajectory of the specialty evolution has been developed by means of the method for assessing of qualitative factors, such as the attractiveness of the labor market and the competitive status of the educational institution.
