The evaluation index system for car comprehensive performance was brought forward in this paper. With the character of fuzzy mathematics, to solve qualitative question with quantitative method, introduce the fuzzy synthetic evaluation into the system of car comprehensive performance evaluation. This method implements the car performance evaluation to be more scientific and quantitative and achieve the better effect.

Preschool multimedia interactive courseware (Mengelaskan Objek) PMICMO, is a multimedia application product which requires a detail and systematic planning to ensure high quality product development that is acceptable by targeted audience (preschoolers). Requirement analysis and multimedia interactive courseware testing involved teachers and preschoolers from National Child Development Research Centre (NCDRC), Sultan Idris Education University, Perak, Malaysia. This courseware development consists of many crucial decision-making stages such as analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation (ADDIE model).Within analyzing phase, the instructional problem is clarified, the goals and objectives are established, and the learning environment and learner characteristics are identified. Design phase is a phase where instructional strategies are designed and media choices are made. In the developmental phase, materials are produced according to decision making in design phase. The implementation phase included testing of prototypes (with targeted audience) and putting the product in full production. Formative evaluation is presented in each stage whilst summative evaluation covers criterion-related reference items test and providing opportunities for user’s feedback. Final study on PMICMO’s content understanding and usability towards 15 NCDRC, UPSI preschoolers (Malay)and 10 preschoolers (non-Malay) around Tanjong Malim district in Perak, Malaysia indicate that all 100% preschoolers simply understand the content being disseminated. All 100% NCDRC preschoolers understand the Malay language being used in PMICMO and about 70% non-Malay preschoolers can also understood it well. Every directive instruction on PMICMO was read to 30% non-Malay preschoolers before they start to use it. For usability, it showed that 100% NCDRC preschoolers succesfully used PMICMO without any difficulties and 70% of non-Malay preschoolers can operate PMICMO without any problems. The rest (30%) were aided by researcher during the early stage of using mouse. Findings from PMICMO testing indicated that 100% preschoolers are well-satisfied with this courseware and gain fast understanding on a given topic. The courseware activities also assist preschoolers to develop cognitive, psychomotor and problem solving skills.

Software size eatimation is the key of entire software program project, and the accurate estimation immediately affect the success of project. An improved function point analysis (FPA) method was proposed for analyzing the software size. The method combined the advantage of the fuzzy rules and back propagation (BP) network. Firstly, fuzzy inference system based on the complexity weight matrix of function component was estabilished. Then the adjusted complexity weight were used for modifying the software function point. The adjusted data as samples were tranfered to BP network. By the advantage of BP network function approaching, the relationship between software components and software size was establish. Finally, BP network was used for estimating software size. The experiment results show that the method could eliminate discontinuity among the different complexity grades, and could make the best of history data, which enhances the accuracy of function point estimation.

In order to design solid rocket grain configuration intuitively and accurately, this paper introduces a 3D feature design method based on the variational design technology which is popular in the field of Mechanical Product Computer Aided Design. First of all, with the help of geometry constraint solver, the fuzzy concept of grain configurations can be converted to a geometric constraint sketch. Then, through the definition of grain feature entities and design rules, as well as the identification algorithm of Color-Marked Burning Surface in the process of Boolean Operation, designers can implement the grain feature definition, detailed design, calculation of grain mass property and burn back simulation all in one sketch. Finally, a grain configuration design package is developed and a finocyl grain sample is presented to show the effectiveness of this grain design method.

Transformer is a very important part of electric system, so the exploration of its real-time monitoring and fault diagnosis from theoretical and practical aspects has vital significance. This paper presents a way of designing embedded wireless monitoring and fault diagnosis system for transformer. With the fine compatibility of embedded PC with general PC, we can transplant and draw lessons from abundant technologies of equipment monitoring and diagnosis, which has been very mature and is based on general PC. Through DSP used for signal processing and a compound database structure, our system is preferably rational. Thus, this paper provides a new idea for fault diagnosis.

This paper introduces a new Neural Network model which is suitable for oil production prediction with training parameter set. From the comparison between prediction of oil production and real production, the precision of prediction meets the requirements quite well. In addition, this new model offers better self-adaptive ability and can be used in multi-cycle and multi-descending production forecast. In general, BP Neural Network is an ideal mean for oil production prediction.

Agile requirement engineering aims at applying agile thoughts to traditional requirement engineering. It is the optimization and improvement of traditional requirement engineering, getting it fit to the continuous changes of requirements. This paper contrasts the agile requirement engineering and the traditional one, studies how agile requirement engineering practices could be applied to modest-sized information systems development, and finally takes “Wensum Online” as an example to analyze the practical application of it.
