One of the factors influencing the level of drug usage is the level of knowledge. Knowledge is an essential aspect in shaping concrete actions. In society, various issues related to drug usage often arise due to a lack of understanding and incorrect behaviours regarding drug usage. Educating the public about the selection and rational use of drugs is compulsary cause of that. This activity was carried out on May 7, 2023, at Jondul Housing, Padang City. The education method employed was a lecture delivered to 35 participating mothers. This method has proven effective for all segments of society, regardless of their educational background. The general public showed high enthusiasm in participating and actively engaged in interactions, asking questions, and discussing with the speaker. The conclusion drawn from this activity is that education and outreach enhanced the public knowledge about the rational use of drugs.

Narcotics and alcohol abuse is a health problem and a new thing of concern and is contained in the SDGs, namely ensuring a healthy life and promoting prosperity for all people of all ages. In 2021, around 269 million people worldwide abused drugs, while in Indonesia; there were 1,307 people (833 cases). Factors causing drug use are individual, environmental, and family, ranging from trial and error to curiosity, dependence, and distribution. The negative impact on society is medical, social, legal, economic, and security. The engagement community activity aimed to increase public knowledge of drug use history and provide health education. It was provided with two meetings and demonstrations of various drugs. Efforts given to patients who use drugs were counselling therapy and supportive psychotherapy. This activity was carried out on January 25-26, 2023, with 20 participants. The evaluation results showed increased adolescent knowledge about the dangers of drugs, family roles, and parenting styles based on the pretest and posttest. Suggestions for the health centre are to monitor the results of this education.

MSMEs are one aspect that significantly contributes to the Indonesian economy; most MSMEs have minimum capacity knowledge of the importance of preparing financial reports according to accounting standards. Even though this understanding is essential to review business development and financial transparency, most MSMEs do not maximise their usefulness. In order to provide knowledge to MSMEs about recording financial reports, community service was carried out through mentoring and training to one of the MSMEs in Solok City, namely the Uberrr MSME. The method used was Adaptive Collaboration Management (ACM) by conducting training led by an expert in accounting and finance in preparing financial reports by financial accounting standards for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises criteria, namely SAK EMKM. It increased the capacity of Uberrr's MSMEs in making simple bookkeeping and compliance with financial records. Further, it can increase MSME business owners' understanding of the importance of recording financial reports by accounting standards. This community service was a form of collaborative training between the government of Solok City and the Universitas Andalas Matching Fund Team.

Adolescence, as individuals in the age group 10-19 years, is marked by physical, emotional, cognitive, and behavioural changes. Behaviours characteristic of adolescence, such as alcoholism, use of narcotics, smoking, and high-risk sexual behaviour, are associated with risk to sexual and reproductive health. Unwanted pregnancies and sexually transmitted diseases can lead to serious common reproductive health concerns for adolescents. Lack of information is a significant factor behind poor adolescent knowledge, attitudes, and risk behaviours. This activity aims to discover adolescents' knowledge of Monopoly game-based learning on reproductive health. Activity in 42 adolescents undergoing health education monopoly game-based learning on reproductive health in July 2022 at Panti Asuhan Putri Muhammadiyah Tanjung Purwokerto. The questionnaire consisted of characteristic data filled by adolescent students such as age, body mass index, early age of menarche, cycle menstruation, and knowledge of adolescents about sexual and reproductive health before intervention measured. The pre-test results found that 42.86% of knowledge on reproductive health was poor. Innovative health education can be used to improve the sexual health education of adolescents. The Penta-helix collaboration on disaster preparedness requires a comprehensive and collaborative role between various fields in society as an initiative from the National Agency for Disaster Countermeasure by strengthening the role of academics, government, the private sector, organizations and the community itself. This activity aims to evaluate the disaster preparedness necessity of the community after the 7.3 magnitude earthquake through a focus group discussion of the disaster preparedness penta-helix collaboration team in a district of West Sumatra. This activity was carried out on May 24. This activity invited disaster nursing experts from the Polytechnic University of Hong Kong. The activity was carried out with focus group discussions inviting various essential community disaster preparedness stakeholders, namely the Faculty of Nursing Universitas Andalas, BNPB, BASARNAS, Ministry of Health, Indonesia Red Cross (PMI), and community leaders. On this occasion, thematic results were obtained from focus group discussions on the importance of community empowerment, strengthening family values and vulnerable groups’ advocacy. Through evaluating disaster preparedness planning, it is crucial to know the need to be met after the community responds to an actual disaster event. The collaborative role of disaster penta-helix stakeholders can provide recommendations for strengthening disaster preparedness planning.
