Higher education in Vietnam is in a period of autonomy, self-responsibility in all aspects, and human resource management (HRM) to increase commitment to employees' organizations in the context of educational innovation. This has been receiving the attention of the whole community. The results showed that HRM (including attracting, training and developing, maintaining humSan resources) and educational innovation (including decentralization, socialization of education, integration) have a positive influence on both organizational satisfaction and organizational commitment. Satisfaction also has a positive influence on employees' organizational commitment. This result sets the stage for proposing some governance implications to the leadership of Saigon International University (SIU), Vietnam.

The development of analytical methods is in need for the estimation of Trametinib in pure and different pharmaceutical formulations. A simple, sensitive, rapid, accurate, precise and economic chromatographic method was developed and validated for Trametinib in pure and pharmaceutical formulations. The proposed method was validated according to the International Conference on Harmonization (ICH) guidelines. This separation is performed on Symmetry ODS (C18) RP Column, 250 mm x 4.6 mm, 5µm Column and mobile phase consists of ACN : Methanol: 0.1% OPA in the ratio of 60:30:10v/v/v at flow rate of 1.0ml/min. The wave length (λmax) used for the estimation of Trametinib is 267 nm by chromatographic method. The linearity of the calibration curve was validated by the high values of the correlation coefficient of regression. The percentage of Trametinib recovered was found to be within the limits i.e. 98-102% for Trametinib. LOD and LOQ values for Trametinib were found to be 0.08µg/ml and 0.24µg/ml respectively. The developed methods are simple and suitable for the determination of Trametinib in pure and pharmaceutical preparations.

Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) is a DSM-5 Cluster B mental health condition. One of the lesser understood mental health conditions, BPD is marked by a multi-symptom profile such as high levels of emotional dysregulation, distorted self-image, volatile and unstable relationships, emotional instability, and higher levels of suicidality. Symptoms are often intense and enduring, causing significant chaos and stress in an individual’s life as well as those closest to them. Because there is a significant overlap of symptomology and diagnosis with other psychiatric disorders, BPD was at one time a contested diagnosis, thus research and treatment options remained limited. Currently, BPD is one of the more widely researched conditions, which has informed evidenced-based treatment, however, individuals carrying the diagnosis report difficulty accessing treatment and difficulty feeling understood by mental healthcare providers. The development of BPD remains unclear, although consistent with other mental health conditions there is a genetic constituent, and with BPD in particular a history of trauma. This research manual will explore current evidence-based practices and assessment methods to inform best practices when working with BPD.

The study elucidated how sodium silicate coating halts the deterioration of the mortar samples significantly with the addition of ground granulated blast furnace slag (GGBS) into the binder mass (B), the coated samples exhibited a substantial increment in freeze and thaw resistance compared to non-coated samples. The study included implementing freeze and thaw cycles on mortar samples with 4 different GGBS/B ratios: 0%, 30%, 50%, and 70%. The multiple coatings of sodium silicate were also tested against freeze and thaw cycles (3 and 6 coatings). The cumulative scaling was measured for all mortar samples at 7,14,21,28, and 35 freeze-thaw cycles. The freeze-thaw resistance tests indicated that the mortars with the addition of sodium silicate coating were the most resistant to deterioration, moreover, the higher the GGBS/B ratio in the samples the more resilience it shows to the freezing-thawing cycles.

Background: Pain is the major devastating health problems. Barringtonia racemosa Roxb. (Lecythidaceae) is the one which is frequently used to treat pain by traditional healers in Ethiopian folk medicine. However, the plant has not been scientifically evaluated for its traditionally claimed use. The present study aimed at the investigation of analgesic activities of ethanol root extract of Barringtonia racemosa Roxb in Albino rats (Wistar) model. Methods: Successive maceration was used as a method of extraction using solvents ethanol. After extraction of the roots, the crude extract was evaluated for its analgesic activities using tail flick and hot plate method. The extract was evaluated at 100, 200 and 400 mg/kg doses. The positive control groups were treated with Aspirin 20 mg/ kg i.p, distilled water (10 mL/kg) treated rat were assigned as negative controls. Results: Barringtonia racemosa Roxb root extract at all test doses showed statistically significant antinociceptive activity in both model in a dose dependent manner (p < 0.01 and p < 0.001). The greater analgesic activity was observed by the maximum dose of the extract (400 mg/kg) in both tail flick and hot plate method method. Conclusion: In general, the data obtained from the present study elucidated that the extract possessed a significant analgesic activities and recommended for further studies.

The Study shed the light on the effects of employing varied curing agents (No.1-No.6): bleeding water, and sprinkling water, aqueous basic silica compound, modified acrylic resin, emulsion of solid wax and nonionic surfactant, and water-based paraffin wax, on the properties of high-performance concrete (HPC) in comparison with the cured specimens according to the standard curing at 20 ± 3°C (JIS A 0203:2019). The specimens cured in accordance with standard curing exhibit a better compressive strength, and higher freeze-thaw resistance compared to most non-standard-cured samples. However, the special curing agents demonstrated higher resistance to moisture penetration as well as chloride ions infiltration.
