Implementasi pengenalan gestur tangan telah banyak digunakan pada interaksi manusia dan komputer dekade terakhir ini. Implementasi pengenalan gestur tangan dapat meliputi banyak bidang, mulai dari bidang hiburan hingga bidang kesehatan atau medis. Untuk menghasilkan pengenalan gestur tangan yang baik, tentunya dibutuhkan penggunaan fitur yang tepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis fitur dari citra statik gestur tangan agar dapat diimplemetasikan pada perangkat gawai tanpa menggunakan perangkat khusus. Pada penelitian sebelumnya fitur yang digunakan pada pengenalan gestur tangan berupa arah jari, panjang jari, posisi sendi, jarak ujung jari terhadap telapak tangan, sudut antar sendi-sendi jari berdekatan, serta sudut antara telapak tangan, pangkal jari, dan ujung jari. Berdasarkan penelitian terdahulu tersebut, diusulkan metode adalah dengan menggunakan fitur jarak, sudut, dan kuadran. Dataset yang digunakan berupa 528 data citra gestur tangan alfabet SIBI. Pengujian dilakukan dengan perangkat lunak WEKA menggunakan algoritme Naive Bayes, K-Nearest Neighbor(KNN), Neural Network, Support-Vector Machine (SVM), dan C4.5. Algoritme-algoritme tersebut dipilih karena dinilai memiliki karakteristik serta kebutuhan dataset yang berbeda sehingga pengujian fitur yang diusulkan dapat dilakukan secara menyeluruh. Metode K-fold cross validation digunakan pada pengujian untuk mengetahui akurasi terbaik. Hasil yang didapat adalah gabungan dari fitur jarak, sudut, dan kuadran dinilai palin baik diterapkan dengan akurasi tertinggi sebesar 60%.

Abstrak – Plagiarisme merupakan perilaku pencurian ide atau gagasan orang lain tanpa menyebutkan sumber aslinya. Kasus plagiarisme semakin lama semakin banyak nampaknya sudah membudaya dalam kehidupan masyarakat khususnya dibidang karya tulis ilmiah dalam dunia akademisi. Ketersediaan jurnal online yang memberikan kenyamanan kepada para pembacanya menjadi manfaat utamanya, akan tetapi potensi plagiarisme dan perilaku terkait plagiarisme adalah kelemahan utamanya. Metode Cosine Similarity merupakan salah satu metode yang dapat digunakan untuk mendeteksi plagiarisme pada teks. Metode ini didasarkan pada perhitungan sudut antara dua buah objek yang dinyatakan dalam dua buah vektor. Obyek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah abstrak jurnal online. Total sebanyak 100 data jurnal online yang digunakan untuk penelitian ini yang diperoleh dari situs-situs penerbit jurnal ilmiah. Tahapan yang dilakukan sebelum perhitungan Cosine Similarity adalah pre-processing dengan tujuan untuk menghilangkan inkonsistensi pada data. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa metode cosine similarity dapat mendeteksi plagiarisme pada dokumen jurnal dengan menghitung persentase kemiripan antara dokumen repositori dengan dokumen uji.

Globalization makes all developments so fast, one of the factors that makes developments develop rapidly is technology. Technology was created to facilitate the work of everyone who needs it, one of them in large and small businesses. In the case of Ono Celluler Stores where they carry out several business activities using manual methods, these activities include recording sales, stock management, and employee management. Some of the activities currently implemented by Ono Celluler make doing business too long and ineffective. Apart from several problems that occur, Ono Celluler has a weakness in the introduction of Ono Celluler itself. This will affect what Ono Celluler is. The purpose of this research is to make an application that is able to solve problems that occur in Ono Celluler, this application will have a searching algorithm to make it easier for application users to find what products are available on Ono Celluler and features to help users. The Ono Celluler application will also have an information system to manage and monitor the products available at the Ono Celluler Store, besides that there will be a send mail feature to send formal emails from Ono Celluler. Research conducted using the waterfall method concluded that Ono Cellular's business processes can be carried out efficiently, difficulties in finding products are resolved properly using the searching algorithm. And employees can carry out business processes that are more organized and more formal using SMTP.

ABSTRAKSistem Electronic Fuel Injection (EFI) adalah suatu sistem pembagian bahan bakar pada kendaraan khususnya roda empat atau mobil dengan menggunakan sistem elektronik sehingga konsumsi bahan bakar lebih optimal dan dapat mengefisienkan emisi gas buang. tujuan penelitian ini merancang sistem pakar diagnosa kerusakan Electronic Fuel Injection (EFI) jenis mobil Innova dengan metode Forward Chaining. Sistem pakar ini menggunakan metode Forward Chaining untuk pelacakan data dimana pada metode ini akan menampilkan terlebih dahulu fakta-fakta gejala yang kemungkinan dialami user kemudian dicocokan dengan kerusakan yang memiliki gejala-gejala sesuai yang dialami oleh user, algoritma pencarian data menggunakan Best First Search dan untuk mengukur tingkat kepastian hasil pencarian data menggunakan metode Certainty Factor (CF) dengan menerapkan rumus CFtunggal dan CFkombinasi untuk mendapatkan hasil yang sesuai harapan. Setelah melakukan pengujian aplikasi dapat befungsi sesuai harapan, aplikasi sudah dapat digunakan untuk mendiagnosa kerusakan mobil Innova khususnya pada EFI, tingkat kemungkinan kepastian terjadinya kerusakan pada sistem EFI mobil Innova dapat diprediksi dan rancangan sistem ini bagi orang awam sudah dapat digunakan untuk mendeteksi kerusakan pada sistem EFI mobil Innova.

Setiap tahun Universitas Bina Sarana Informatika Tegal secara bertahap menerima siswa-siswi SMK untuk PKL Permasalahan yang terjadi penilaian masih dipengaruhi subjektifitas serta belum proporsional dalam penilaian dan perangkingan siswa-siswi PKL. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah akan membangun sebuah sistem berupa sistem informasi penilaian PKL berbasis website menggunakan metode moora. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian terapan, yaitu jenis penelitian yang digunakan untuk mendapatkan solusi dari permsalahan yang terjadi khususnya penilaian PKL. Sistem informasi penilaian PKL berbasis website ini akan digunakan dosen pembimbing PKL untuk memberikan penilaian, dan mendapatkan hasilnya dengan cepat serta untuk mendukung pembuatan sertifikat/Surat Keterangan telah PKL secara cepat.

Abstract - Vocational High School or SMK is a secondary level of education taken after completing from junior high school/equivalent. SMK plays a significant part in the preparation of human resources. The final grades of the students are difficult for teachers to predict. This estimated final grade is necessary for the teacher to evaluate the quality of the instruction given. In order to ascertain the association between the variable daily average values and competency scores on the final grades in Computer and Basic Networks subjects, a data mining strategy was utilized in conjunction with the estimate method utilizing the multiple linear regression algorithm. The data used is value data for one semester with a total of 134. In order to increase the quality of learning in the event that the grade does not satisfy the completeness requirements, it is anticipated that the Multiple Linear Regression algorithm will be able to estimate the final grades that are likely to be achieved. To determine the scope of the fault discovered, the RMSE (Root Mean Squared Error) is utilized.Abstrak – Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan atau SMK merupakan tingkatan pendidikan menengah yang ditempuh setelah lulus dari SMP atau Sekolah Menengah Pertama/sederajat. SMK memiliki peranan penting untuk mempersiapkan Sumber Daya Manusia. Guru memiliki permasalahan dalam mengestimasi nilai akhir siswa. Estimasi nilai akhir ini diperlukan oleh guru dalam mengevaluasi terkait kualitas pembelajaran yang diberikan. Pada penelitian ini, digunakan pendekatan data mining dengan metode estimasi menggunakan algoritma Regresi Linear Berganda guna mengetahui hubungan antara variabel nilai rata-rata harian dan nilai kompetensi terhadap nilai akhir mata pelajaran Komputer dan Jaringan Dasar. Data yang digunakan adalah data nilai selama satu semester dengan jumlah sebanyak 134. Dengan menggunakan algoritma Regresi Linear Berganda diharapkan mampu memperkirakan hasil nilai akhir yang kemungkinan diperoleh sehingga dapat meningkatkan kualitas belajar jika nilai tidak memenuhi syarat ketuntasan. RMSE (Root Mean Squared Error) digunakan untuk melakukan pengecekan terhadap besarnya error yang didapat.

SMK plays a significant part in the preparation of human resources. The final grades of the students are difficult for teachers to predict. This estimated final grade is necessary for the teacher to evaluate the quality of the instruction given. In order to ascertain the association between the variable daily average values and competency scores on the final grades in Computer and Basic Networks subjects, a data mining strategy was utilized in conjunction with the estimate method utilizing the multiple linear regression algorithm. The data used is value data for one semester with a total of 134. In order to increase the quality of learning in the event that the grade does not satisfy the completeness requirements, it is anticipated that the Multiple Linear Regression algorithm will be able to estimate the final grades that are likely to be achieved. To determine the scope of the fault discovered, the RMSE (Root Mean Squared Error) is utilized.Abstrak – Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan atau SMK merupakan tingkatan pendidikan menengah yang ditempuh setelah lulus dari SMP atau Sekolah Menengah Pertama/sederajat. SMK memiliki peranan penting untuk mempersiapkan Sumber Daya Manusia. Guru memiliki permasalahan dalam mengestimasi nilai akhir siswa. Estimasi nilai akhir ini diperlukan oleh guru dalam mengevaluasi terkait kualitas pembelajaran yang diberikan. Pada penelitian ini, digunakan pendekatan data mining dengan metode estimasi menggunakan algoritma Regresi Linear Berganda guna mengetahui hubungan antara variabel nilai rata-rata harian dan nilai kompetensi terhadap nilai akhir mata pelajaran Komputer dan Jaringan Dasar. Data yang digunakan adalah data nilai selama satu semester dengan jumlah sebanyak 134. Dengan menggunakan algoritma Regresi Linear Berganda diharapkan mampu memperkirakan hasil nilai akhir yang kemungkinan diperoleh sehingga dapat meningkatkan kualitas belajar jika nilai tidak memenuhi syarat ketuntasan. The use of technology and reliance on the internet has altered students' learning practices, especially how they approach mathematics. As a result, a novel method of teaching mathematics is required, particularly for geometric concepts that are challenging for children to grasp. For students to better comprehend geometric forms and volume formulas, this study intends to develop spatial learning applications incorporating augmented reality (AR). The method employed in this study is called the Multimedia Development Live Cycle (MDLC), and it includes the steps of ideation, design, material collecting, assembly, testing, and distribution. The results showed that this application succeeded in increasing students' understanding in the form of geometric shapes through the use of spatial learning applications with augmented reality. This was effective in increasing students' understanding of using 3D objects and interactions through applications made students more interested and motivated to learn mathematics.

Since 2019 Indonesia has had rapid development, especially in the digital industry, recorded at the 2020 World Economic Forum. Indonesia has 2,193 startup companies engaged in the digital field. It can also affect the ability of these companies to address existing or future digital problems. As is known, down or system failure in a server can cause losses in the company's economy. For a company the size of Facebook alone, it could suffer a loss of 99.75 million US Dollars. One of the causes of server failure is Overload Traffic and Request Cloud Environment caused by the large number of requests submitted to the server. Requests submitted to the server are recorded into 2 data, namely, CCU (Count Current User) and Traffic. In this study, the author uses the CDN and Private zone methods on Alibaba Cloud to share the server load so that there is no downtime or server failure caused by Overload Traffic and Request Cloud. It is hoped that this research can be helpful to networking engineers in overcoming Traffic Overload and Request Cloud, especially on Alibaba Cloud.

Pernyataan dari sekolah yang menunjukkan bahwa seorang siswa telah berhasil menyelesaikan program pendidikan dikenal sebagai kelulusan. Menggunakan algoritma pohon keputusan C4.5, sebuah model dikembangkan untuk penelitian ini untuk memprediksi status kelulusan siswa Kecamatan Juai. Rata-rata digunakan untuk membangun model prediksi dengan menggunakan nilai dari semester 7 sampai semester 12, atau nilai kelas 4 sampai kelas 6. Atribut yang digunakan untuk memprediksi kelulusan adalah nilai rata-rata Pendidikan Agama, Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan, Matematika, IPA, dan IPS, Seni Budaya dan Keterampilan serta Bahasa dan Sastra Banjar. Model prediksi yang diperoleh berupa pohon keputusan dengan tiga daun keputusan. Model prediksi ini memiliki akurasi yang sangat baik sebesar 96,67%.

Emotional Text Detection is a technique in natural language processing that aims to identify the emotions contained in conversations or text messages. The LSTM (Long Short-Term Memory) method is one of the techniques used in natural language processing to model and predict sequential data. In this study, we propose the use of the LSTM method for emotion detection in conversation. The dataset used is a conversational dataset that contains positive, negative, and neutral emotions. We process datasets using data pre-processing techniques such as tokenization, data cleansing and one-hot encoding. Then, we train the LSTM model on the processed dataset and obtain evaluation results using accuracy metrics. The experimental results show that the LSTM model can be used to detect emotions in conversation with a good degree of accuracy. In addition, we also conducted an analysis on the prediction results of the model and showed that the LSTM model can correctly identify emotions. In conclusion, the LSTM method can be used to detect emotions in conversation with a good degree of accuracy. This method can be used to improve user experience in chat applications and increase the effectiveness of human and machine interactions.
