Abstract Mobility as a Service (MaaS) is a concept aiming for the provision of a diversity of transport services to travellers via one single user interface as one integrated service. The intention is to provide flexible mobility services to individuals and families to constitute an alternative to car ownership. This paper aims to provide an overview of the MaaS research area. A systematic mapping study of scientific literature on MaaS up till and including 2020 has been conducted. 193 articles are included in the study through searches in scientific databases and a structured selection and classification process. The findings are analysed and discussed. Eight main topics were identified in the MaaS literature: User aspects, Societal aspects, MaaS functionality, MaaS integration, MaaS implementation, Business aspects, Technology aspects, and Privacy and security aspects. The main results are: (i) Coding schemes defining the structure and scope of the MaaS research area with respect to the main topics and sub-topics, approaches used and contribution types; (ii) a classification of the selected literature on MaaS according to the coding schemes; (iii) analysis and discussions of the findings; and (iv) discussions of trends and gaps in the MaaS research. The study contributes to a broader and more detailed overview of the MaaS research area than previous work and can support the discovery of relevant literature, assist positioning of research within the research area, be used as a foundation for further literature studies, and guide the direction of future work on MaaS.

Abstract There is a plethora of research on organisational design elements of corporate venture capital (CVC) programs. However, the fragmented nature of this vein of corporate venturing research has led to an inconsistent picture regarding the organisational design of CVC programs. The goal of this study is to provide a holistic picture for both scholars and practitioners by integrating empirical research on the design of CVC programs. Therefore, the study employs a systematic literature review approach including a sample of 41 studies published from 1987 to 2023. For a systematic assessment of design elements of CVC programs, an inductive concept development approach is used to illustrate four main design dimensions–personnel, corporate relationship management, investment operating model and portfolio relationship management–which reflect 69 descriptive design elements. While previous studies have mainly looked at individual design dimensions of CVC programs from a strategic perspective, this paper presents comprehensive view on organisational structures of CVC programs by identifying building blocks of CVC design according to chosen objectives and available typologies. By specifying and allocating design dimensions to structural types and objectives of CVC programs, this study may also serve as a foundation for further research on the concepts which prevent high rates of early abandonment of CVCs.

Abstract With rapid technological progress, the adoption of digital technology in human resource management (HRM) has become a crucial step towards the vision of digital organizations. Over the last four decades, a substantial body of empirical research has been dedicated towards explaining the phenomenon of digital HRM. Moreover, research has applied a wide array of theories, constructs, and measures to explain the adoption of digital HRM in organizations. The results are fragmented theoretical foundations and inconsistent empirical evaluations. We provide a comprehensive overview of theories applied in digital HRM adoption research and propose an adjusted version of the unified theory of acceptance and use of technology as a consolidating theory to explain adoption across settings. We empirically validate this theory by combining evidence from 134 primary studies yielding 768 effect sizes via meta-analytic structural equation modelling. Moderator analyses assessing the influence of research setting and sample on effects show significant differences between private and public sector. Findings highlight research opportunities for future studies and implications for practitioners.
