This study aimed to investigate the superimposition effects of extracorporeal shock wave therapy and proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation treatment on stroke patients’ spasticity reduction and improvement in upper limb function. In this study, 12 stroke patients who were under hospital treatment at a rehabilitation hospital were selected as subjects. Both the experimental and control groups underwent proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation treatment for 30 minutes, but the experimental group received extracorporeal shock wave therapy in the upper limb for about 10 minutes before proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation. In terms of the Fugl-Meyer assessment’s wrist score, each group exhibited a statistically significant difference before and after the experiment (P<0.05). In conclusion, in extracorporeal shock wave therapy and the therapeutic superimposition effect of proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation treatment may improve hand function in stroke patients.

This study aims to acknowledge the relationship between the sense of calling and pastoral stress, self-esteem and job satisfaction. For this, 583 assistant pastors were surveyed using random sampling, 487 final results were used for the final analysis for except the insincere ones. The results of the study are as follows. First, as a result of observing the kind of influence on an assistant pastor’s sense of calling, pastoral stress, self-esteem on job satisfaction, the explanatory power that explains an assistant pastor’s job satisfaction is high in the order of pastoral stress, self-esteem, and sense of calling. Secondly, after observing the results of the intermediary role between the assistant pastor’s sense of calling, pastoral stress, self-esteem and job satisfaction, the sense of calling gives a significant influence on job satisfaction by the medium of pastoral stress and self-esteem, and it shows the indirect mediated effect.

The purpose of this study is to identify differences in the satisfaction level of volunteer activities according to the general characteristics of volunteers. The study was conducted on 225 volunteers in OO-gu, Seoul. For the analysis method, frequency analysis, reliability analysis, and correlation analysis were performed using the SPSS program, and t-test and one-way ANOVA for differences between groups were performed. The study found that the average difference in the satisfaction with volunteer activities based on the gender of volunteers was not significant. Second, the average difference in the satisfaction with volunteer activities according to the age of volunteers was found to be significant among the sub-components, only the assigning role value factors. Third, the average difference in the satisfaction level of volunteer activities according to a volunteer’s academic background was found to be significant among the sub-components, including assigning role value factors, social recognition and health promotion factors. Fourth, the average difference in the satisfaction level of volunteer activity according to the monthly income level of volunteers was found to be insignificant. It is believed that this study will be the basis for improving conditions for improving the satisfaction of volunteers’ volunteer activities.

This study explored correlation of People of S city’s for chakra meditation experience motivation, and Anxiety to confirm mediation model and path of physical and emotional and social state perception. To this end, data was collected from 223 survey results conducted by 250. The survey consisted of, the Chakra Meditation Experience Motivation scale, the Mental Health (SCL90-R) Questionnaire for Anxiety and The Korean Health Status Measure. The results were analyzed by SPSS macro program. To verify average and standard deviation of variables and mediation model of how chakra meditation experience motivation to mental health through, health state Perception the author used bootstrapping methods. For the research result, this study presented descriptive statics for each variable of respondents’ and conducted correlation analysis among Chakra meditation experience motivation(selfexploration) to Anxiety through emotional health state perception (B=0.821, CI: [0.123~1.788]). However, the path model on the relationship among Chakra meditation experience motivation(self-exploration) and emotional health state perception and Anxiety was verified and suggested as well.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of depression in the relationship between interpersonal relationships and suicide ideation among male rehabilitation protection recipients with alcohol problems. The participants of this study were 184 male rehabilitation protection recipients with alcohol problems. The tools used were AUDIT-K, Interpersonal Needs Questionnaire-Revised, Scale for Suicide Ideation-Beck, and Beck Depression Inventory-K. The results were that depression played a partial mediator role in interpersonal relationships and suicidal ideation.

The purpose of this study is to understand the influence of mindfulness and positive psychological capital on psychological burnout of middle-aged women. The study was conducted on 125 middle-aged women who live in Busan Metropolitan City. Frequency analysis, reliability analysis, and correlation analysis were performed using the SPSS program, and regression analysis was performed to investigate causal relationship between the variables. The study found that first, the mindfulness factor recognized by middle-aged women has a significant influence on psychological burnout. Second, among the subfactors of positive psychological capital perceived by middle-aged women, only the hope factor has an influence on psychological burnout. On the other hand, other subfactors of positive psychological capital, self-efficacy, optimism and resilience, did not have significant effect on psychological burnout. This means that the more the middle-aged women recognize mindfulness, positive psychological capital, and hope factors, the lower their psychological burnout are. The results of this research are expected to become the basis for devising measures to improve the system for the reduction of psychological burnout among middle-aged women.

This study is a descriptive survey study to identify the behavior of the Korean college student's eating alone and to verify the relations among the frequency of eating alone, the subjective health status and the depression. The research subjects were 194 persons. For the analysis method, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe test, Pearson's correlation coefficient were used. In the results of study, While the frequency of eating alone showed the significant negative correlation with the subjective health status (r=-.299, p<.001) and the significant positive correlation with the depression (r=.661, p<.001), the subjective health status showed the significant negative correlation with the depression (r=-.154, p=.033). It was observed that the eating alone has correlation with the subjective health status and the depression. The results of this study suggested that the basic data for the development of efficient nursing intervention toward the dietary habit and attitude should be prepared to change the cognition on the eating alone, which may cause the long-term health problem and to maintain the physical and mental health of Korean college students.
