Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Total Asset Dan Hasil Investasi Terhadap Laba Perusahaan Asuransi Jiwa Syariah Di Indonesia Periode 2015-2020.Penelitian ini terdiri dari variabelTotal Asset Dan Hasil Investasi sebagai variabel bebas dan Laba Perusahaan sebagai variabel terikat.Data yang dianalisis adalah laporan keuangan tahunan perusahaan selama periode 2015 hingga 2020. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwaTotal Aset(X1) menunjukkan pada koefisien alpha 5% (t-stat = 2,737>1,667) dan prob. 0,008< 0,05. Maka hipotesis di terima yaitu Total ASet berpengaruhsignifikanterhadapLaba Bersih Pada PT. Sharia Education Insurance is a type of insurance that provides protection against the needs of children's education costs. This study aims to determine the effect of the level of customer understanding on the purchase of Islamic education insurance products. This study uses primary data generated from respondents' questionnaire data. The population in this study are customers who use Islamic education insurance products, the sample is taken using the sample probability technique with a total of 95 respondents obtained using the slovin formula. The data analysis used in this research is the data instrument test, classical assumption test, simple linear regression analysis, and t test. The results of this study indicate that the variable of customer understanding (independent variable) with the results of tcount 6.134 > ttable 0.202, and a significance value of 0.003 <0.005. So it can be concluded that the customer understanding variable (independent variable) has a positive and significant effect on the purchase of Islamic education insurance products (the dependent variable) with an influence level of 28.8% which is included in the moderate relationship level, this is caused by the existence of factors that affect customers. The current economic condition continues to develop, the existence of this leasing company is engaged in financing to help provide capital goods to business owners by way of leasing. There are two financing techniques offered to leasing companies, namely financial leasing and operative leasing. In the form of sharia, this leasing transaction is called ijarah. The principle used by ijarah transactions is based on a contract or agreement. The method used in this research is a literature study by collecting several sources of data related to the topic. The purpose of this study is to review the comparison between the two concept. There are differences in the practice of leasing and ijarah and all provisions on leasing that are prohibited by the syariah concept will be described in this study. This study focuses on the analysis of public awareness of the city of Binjai about the importance of insurance at PT. Prudential Syariah Binjai. The purpose of this research is to provide awareness to the people of Binjai City about the importance of sharia insurance, because the products obtained by PT. Prudential Syariah Binjai is very useful for the people of Binjai City. In this research, using qualitative research methods and data collection techniques through interviews and literature review. Therefore, the results of the research show that people in Binjai City have realized how important Islamic insurance is for them, because they feel the benefits of insurance itself. . Insurance is a product of goods or services that are visible and there is no clarity on the goods, therefore many people do not trust insurance for various reasons. Some of the most common reasons found related to insurance are procedures that are considered difficult to process claims, and premium rates that are too high. Sales of insurance products is one of the product sales whose development is largely determined by the company's efforts in marketing its products to the public. PT. Prudential Syariah Binjai conducts personal selling with the aim of explaining the products offered. Personal Selling is one of the promotional mix which is an oral presentation by the company to one or several prospective buyers with the aim that the goods or services offered can be sold. The data analysis method used is descriptive method with qualitative data that has been obtained through direct data from the company. The results showed that the personal selling activities carried out by PT. Let's invest in SME organizations in Medan, North Sumatra, and save stock for investment interest. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of the "Yuk Saving Stock" program on SME investment interest in Medan, North Sumatra. In this study, the survey method was chosen as a research method. by gathering both primary and secondary information. Purposive sampling was used to choose the study site, and the t-test with simple linear regression was used to assess the results. The results show that the size of the independent variable fraction (x) explaining the Y variable may be determined using the correlation coefficient and determination coefficient. The strong and unidirectional relationship between savings shares and investment interests in Medan City UKM is indicated by the correlation value of 0.827. The percentage of shares that may explain the variable investment interest has a coefficient of determination of variation of 0.827, or 82.7 percent; the remaining 13.7 percent is explained by other variables not examined in this study. This study aims to determine the role of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in improving the welfare of the community from the perspective of Islamic economics. The background is that many people in Nanggerang Village whose economy is still in a lower middle class condition are in difficulty in meeting family welfare. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative. The selection of informants was carried out using the Purpose Sampling technique. The types of data are primary data and secondary data collected through observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The validity of the data was tested through the source triangulation technique. Then the data analysis techniques used in this study are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and data verification (drawing conclusions). The results showed that the Cipuy Chips UMKM in Nanggerang Village had a role in improving the welfare of the community from a sharia economic perspective measured by the benefit index using the maslahah dharuriyah approach which contained five aspects, namely, maintaining religion, soul, mind, lineage and property, so from these five aspects concluded that the highest benefit of the Cipuy Chips UMKM in Nanggerang Village is religious maslahah with an average value of 4.9, and the lowest maslahah value is common sense with an average value of 1.7. From the descriptive qualitative analysis, it can be concluded that the perception between the employees and the surrounding community has differences regarding the benefit of the Cipuy Chips UMKM in Nanggerang Village which is influenced by age, gender, and education factors. Profit sharing is profit sharing system in wich the owner of the capital coorporate with the owner of the capital to carry out business activities.if the business activity generates a profit, it is shared by both and when it experiences a loss it is borne together as well. Sharia banking introduced a system to the public with the term Revenue Sharing, which is a profit sharing system that is calculated from the total fund management revenue without deducting the cost of managing funds. The concept of profit sharing aims as follows: (a). The owner of the funds will invest their funds through an Islamic financial institution that acts as the manager. (b). The sharia financial manager or institution will manage the funds in a pool of funds system and will then invest the funds into a viable and profitable project or business that meets the aspects of sharia. (c). Both parties sign a contract wich contains the scope of the cooperation, nominal, ratio and time period for the agreement. In this study, qualitative methods are used. The results of this research are use the result of this research are coorperation in profit sharing in banking product, especialy in mudharbah deposit product. The challenges of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises are increasingly diverse in this digitalization era, classic and basic problems cannot be solved such as Lack of Experience, Access to Consumers and Capital. Basically, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises are the nation's economic shield in the midst of a crisis and are able to absorb almost all of the workforce. However, through digitization and the use of the 'book stall' application, it is hoped that it can describe problems for business actors such as recording for business actors who are less experienced and can access the market so that they can cover up these classic problems.
