This study analyzes the application of sharia marketing mix strategies on Donut Todays products and its impact on consumer buying interest. Using the Kotler framework, product aspects, prices, placement, promotion, people, processes, and physical evidence are integrated with the theory of buying interest to identify four types of interest: transactional, references, preferences, and exploratively. The view of Imam Al-Qurthubi and Ibn Al Manzhur is used to understand the principles and values of sharia. The research method is an analytical descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation regarding the marketing mix strategy of sharia to donut and consumer reviews. The results showed the success of Todays Donut in implementing sharia marketing mix, focusing on product quality and halalness, appropriate pricing, strategic store placement, and promotion through social media. Criticism does not stop buying interest, because product quality and responsiveness to feedback are key. In conclusion, Todays Donut succeeded in applying sharia marketing mix successfully, maintaining product quality, appropriate prices, and adaptive sales. Focus on quality, responsiveness to feedback, and consistency can increase consumer buying interest in Todays Donut.

A budget deficit is a condition where government expenditure exceeds its income. This can have an impact on various aspects of the economy, both positive and negative. This research aims to analyze the impact of the budget deficit on the economy in Indonesia using the literature study method. Collecting data and information utilizing various sources from reference books, similar previous research results, as well as various journals relating to the problem to be solved. The data analysis technique used is qualitative descriptive analysis. The research results show that a budget deficit can have both positive and negative impacts on the economy in Indonesia. The positive impacts of a budget deficit include: Increasing economic growth, increasing employment opportunities, improving community welfare. However, a budget deficit can also have a negative impact on the economy in Indonesia, including: Increasing inflation, increasing the government debt burden, decreasing the rupiah exchange rate. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the budget deficit has a complex impact on the economy in Indonesia. The government needs to manage the budget deficit carefully and responsibly in order to maximize the positive impact and minimize the negative impact.

The study aims to identify and analyze the impact of Conflict Management on the performance of Madrasah Aliyah State Teacher (MAN) in Labuhanbatu South district. The population in this study is a permanent teacher and a non-permanent teacher Madrasah Aliyah State District of Labuhanbatu South. which has a total of 94 people. The research methods used are validity and realism testing of research instruments, descriptive analysis methods, classical assumption tests, double linear regression analysis, t-tests, f tests and determination coefficients. (R2). The hypothesis test results with partial test (test t) show that the variables used are vertical conflict and horizontal conflict have a significant impact on the performance of Madrasah Aliyah State teacher in Labuhanbatu South district.

This study aims to examine Price, Product Quality, Satisfaction with Mcdonalds Gresik Customer Loyalty in the use of the Limited Time Offer application. The population in this study is all people who use or customers who use the Limited Time Offer application in Gresik using the nonprobability sampling method of 76 respondents as a sample. The source of data in this study is primary data, which is the result of distributing questionnaires to respondents. The type of data used is subjective data in the form of written responses as questionnaire responses. The analysis model used in this study is a multiple linear regression analysis model. To determine the significance of research variables partially on work productivity, t-test techniques are used. By using a level of 5% or 0.05. The results show that Price affects Loyalty but Product Quality and Satisfaction do not affect McDonalds Gresik Customer Loyalty.

The laundry industry has resulted in intense competition as demonstrated by Rina Laundry in Petukangan Utara Village, Pesanggrahan Sub-district. This study aims to determine the financial and non-financial feasibility of Rina Laundry. The use of qualitative-quantitative techniques is part of this study. Documentation, interviews, and observation were the methods used to obtain the data. The findings show that with the identification of some shortcomings, the non-financial part of Rina Laundry (market, technical, managerial, and human resources) remains viable. From the financial side, Rina Laundry's NPV is >0 and a positive value of Rp.73,234.11, PI value of 8.97%, and overall IRR of 13.28%

This research aims to explore patterns of human resource development at the Andalusia Mumtaza Islamic Boarding School, Huta Baru Village and its impact on student achievement. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive approach. The research results show that although there is a shortage of professional workers, the implementation of human resource development in Islamic boarding schools is still not organized effectively. The problem of functional relationships between functions in schools is also a challenge. Improving human resources starts from planning which includes needs, development goals and implementation methods. Recruitment and training programs, such as on-the-job training, ICT and Arabic language training, are an integral part of the implementation phase. An assessment is then carried out to monitor changes in students' attitudes and behavior. Supporting factors, such as workforce, facilities and infrastructure, play an important role, but limited funds/activities are an obstacle in managing the development of the Islamic boarding school's workforce

Business feasibility study analysis is a type of research that analyzes all activities of a business that will be run thoroughly to determine the feasibility of a business to be operated or developed in the future. Dina Cake is one of the UMKM engaged in the food industry. The purpose of this research is to clarify the feasibility of Dina Cake's business by analyzing the feasibility of the business in terms of three aspects, namely market and marketing aspects, management and human resources aspects, and legal aspects. Qualitative methods were used to analyze and assess the feasibility of Dina Cake's business development. Direct observation of the Dina Cake business owner and interviews were used to collect research data. The results of the data analysis show that the market and marketing, management and human resources, and legal aspects of Dina Cake's business have met the requirements and are feasible to develop.

Analyzing several journals was carried out to find out what influence work communication has on the performance of workers in the company. To find out and gain a clearer understanding of how factors might influence the effectiveness of communication in organizations or companies. The method used is data analysis by paying attention to things such as the influence of work motivation, work compliance, work communication and employee performance. Looking at the existing data, it can be concluded that work motivation and communication in a company can increase employee productivity. Good work communication can be useful for companies in helping develop good work communication strategies and effectiveness.

To find out and gain a clearer understanding of how factors might influence the effectiveness of communication in organizations or companies. The method used is data analysis by paying attention to things such as the influence of work motivation, work compliance, work communication and employee performance. Looking at the existing data, it can be concluded that work motivation and communication in a company can increase employee productivity. This study aims to find out and analyze the system of financial management and payment of claims at iBPJS iKetenagakerjaan iMedan iKota branch in accordance with the principles of Islamic financial management. This research uses idescriptive qualitative research methods, i.e. research that is verbally stated as an irresistible respondent. There are two sources of data from this research, i.e. primary data sources and secondary data sources. The results of this study indicate that regarding the management of iBPJS iKetenagakerjaan iMedan iKota branches, if viewed from the perspective of Islamic financial management, it is not yet in accordance with overall. In the view of Islamic financial management, this system of financial management must have three criteria, namely avoidance of igharar, immaysir and iriba. The principle of igharar idi iBPJS iKetenagakerjaan iMedan iKota ibranch does not exist because iBPJS is an iPublic iLaw Agency which is directly assigned by the state to provide isocial security protection iemployment to iIndonesian workers who have the principle of iplease help. The principle of immaysir if seen from the ownership of funds cannot be found because the contributions of the participants will become social funds which will be invested by the financial manager of the central office. If the participant stops being a participant, the contribution will not be forfeited and the claimant can claim it in accordance with the existing requirements. iRiba iPrinciples iBPJS iEmployment is still attached because participants' contributions are still being invested in non-sharia investment instruments. According to the Islamic review, the procedure for submitting claims can be accepted in Islam because the practices or actions that can bring benefits to many people are justified in Islam.
