persepsi adalah proses yang menyangkut masuknya pesan atau informasi dalam otak manusia secara terus menerus mengadakan hubungan dengan lingkungan melalui indranya. Salah satu alasan mengapa persepsi demikian penting dalam hal menafsirkan keadaan sekeliling kita adalah bahwa kita masing-masing mempersepsi tetapi mempersepsi secara berbeda. Untuk itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana persepsi masyarakat terhadap eksistensi bank syariah di Kelurahan Pacongang Kecamatan Paleteang Kabupaten Pinrang dan faktor yang mempengaruhi persepsi dalam menentukan pilihan terhadap bank syariah.Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan masyarakat mengenai bank syariah sebagian besar masyarakat hanya tahu tentang bank syariah tanpa memahaminya. Masih banyak masyarakat yang belum memahami konsep perbankan syariah. Sedangkan terdapat 2 faktor yaitu faktor internal dan eksternal mempengaruhi persepsi. Dimana faktor internal termasuk nilai yang ditawarkan bank syariah, sedangkan yang termasuk dalam faktor eksternal yaitu kurangnya informasi yang sampai pada masyarakat dan sulitnya ditemukan bank syariah.

Perkembangan zaman yang semakin maju diberbagai bidang tak luput dari perkembangan bank yang bukan hanya bank konvensional saja tetapi bermunculan bank syariah. Bank syariah hadir dalam memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat khususnya masyarakat muslim. Ada beberapa bahkan banyak masyarakat yang belum tahu tentang persepsi lembaga keuangan syariah. Dengan adanya penelitian ini diharap mampu menjawab masalah-masalah seperti rendahnya pengetahuan masyarakat terhadap lembaga keuangan syariah. Tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui persepsi masyarakat mengenai lembaga keuangan syariah terhadap minat menggunakan bank syariah. Adapun jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan mengambil 25 informan yang menjadi sampel. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara maupun dokumentasi. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah mayoritas masyarakat di Adiwerna sudah memahami tentang perbankan syariah namun sayangnya mereka belum memahami betul produk-produk penghimpun dana padahal mereka memiliki minat untuk menggunakan bank syariah.

Corporate Social Responsibility is a social and environmental responsibility that must be carried out by companies, one of these companies is Islamic banking. This study aims to test whether there is an average difference in the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility between before and during the Covid-19 pandemic at Bank Syariah Mandiri. This research is quantitative research using empirical studies. The data in this study uses secondary data obtained from the Annual Reports in 2019 and 2020. From this study, it was found that Bank Syariah Mandiri and Laznas-BSM collaborated in distributing Corporate Social Responsibility funds. The distribution is carried out with programs that are beneficial to the community such as the Mitra Umat, Educate Umat, and Simpati Umat. In addition to implementing the Corporate Social Responsibility program as set out, Bank Syariah Mandiri also contributed to dealing with the Covid-19 pandemic by distributing various kinds of assistance in the form of distribution of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), masks, and food packages. Based on the results of the average difference test that has been carried out using the Pairet t-test, so it is known that there is an average difference in the distribution of Corporate Social Responsibility funds at Bank Syariah Mandiri before and during the Covid-19 pandemic. For further research regarding the distribution of Corporate Social Responsibility funds, it is expected to examine between before and after the Covid-19 pandemic is over.

Produk pembiayaan produktif yang dikembangkan oleh BMT Nurul Iman Bungi satu satunya adalah pembiayaan pengadaan/ jual beli barang. Pembiayaan ini diperuntukkan bagi masyarakat atau nasabah guna meningkatkan kesejahteraan, dengan cara membantu menyediakan dana ataupun kekurangan dana nasabah. Pembiayaan Ba’i Bitsaman Ajil (BBA) bertransaksi pada penjualan barang dengan menyatakan harga perolehan dan keuntungan (margin) yang disepakati oleh penjual (BMT) dan pembeli (nasabah) yang pembayarannya dapat dilakukan sacara angsur ataupun jatuh tempo.Tujuan penelitian yaitu untuk mengetahui bagaiman implementasi dan mekanisme perhitungan angsurann pembiayaan Bai’ Bitsaman Ajil di BMT Nurul Iman Bungi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam skripsi ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif, data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari data primer dan sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu redukasi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: 1). Dalam implementasi pembiayaan Bai’ Bitsaman Ajil BMT bukan sebagai penjual murni yang menyediakan barang kebutuhan nasabah, sebelum melakukan akad Bai’ Bitsaman Ajil kepada nasabah posisi BMT disini adalah sebagai lembaga pembiayaan yang menyediakan dana. Pembiayaan Bai’ Bitsamanil Ajil (BBA) dalam prakteknya menambahkan akad wakalah/perwakilan didalamnya untuk memudahkan kedua belah pihak. 2). Mekanisme Perhitungan angsuran dalam pembiayaan Bai’ Bitsaman Ajil dilakukan dengan cara mencicil sesuai kesepakatan kedua belah pihak dengan jumlah angsuran yang disesuaikan dengan kemampuan calon nasabah dalam membayar angsuran. Adapun sistem margin keuntungan yang digunakan yaitu margin keuntungan flat untuk angsuran perbulan/mingguan dan margin keuntungan anuitas untuk angsuran musiman.

Hybrid contract that is collecting two or more contracts in one financing. Murabaha financing product is an example of a financing product that is often compiled with a wakalah contract that aims to make customers free to choose the items needed because the bank is unable to provide all the items customers need. This study discusses the implementation of hybrid contracts in murabaha financing wakalah with a focus of research to determine the provisions of hybrid contracts in murabaha financing wakalah and implementation of the provisions of hybrid contracts murabaha bil wakalah BNI Syariah KC Makassar.This study uses a qualitative method. Primary data in this study were obtained through direct observation and interviews. Whereas secondary data was obtained from literature such as browsers, Makassar Syariah KC Makassar Microfinance financing manuals and examples of murabahah contracts when the BNI Syariah KC Makassar was held.The results of this study indicate that there are terms and conditions for murabaha financing wakalah contained in 22 articles which emphasize starting from financing provisions to settling disputes in murabaha financing wakalah. The implementation of murabaha bil wakalah at BNI Syariah KC Makassar is also not fully in accordance with the provisions of Fatwa DSN-MUI No. 04 of 2000 concerning murabaha because the bank did not explain the purchase price of the murabahah object to the customer so that it violated the provisions of Fatwa DSN-MUI No. 04 of 2000 6 about murabaha.

The fatwa of the DSN-MUI is the answer issued by the National Sharia Council-Indonesian Ulama Council (DSN-MUI) as an explanation of the sharia law for people who ask questions about problems in the field of Islamic economics. The goal is that sharia principles in the fatwa be implemented in contracts for Islamic Financial Institutions (LKS). However, public statements often arise that giving gifts to Islamic banks and conventional banks is the same as the scheme and method of giving. This study aims to see how the mechanism and suitability of DSN-MUI fatwa No: 86 / DSN-MUI / XII / 2012 concerning Prizes in Fundraising (Study at Bank Muamalat KCP Parepare). The results of the research can be stated that at Muamalat bank, KCP Parepare has two savings programs with prizes, the first is prizes with prizes, customers deposit funds in the amount set by the bank for a predetermined period of time, second savings plan with prizes, customers deposit money at the beginning of the amount of money that has been determined by saving each month in the amount determined by the bank, the greater the amount of money saved the greater the number of prizes received. In the DSN-MUI fatwa related to the awarding of prizes there are 3 provisions related to this, namely the first provision related to prizes, the two provisions relating to the determination of receipt of implemented prizes according to fatwa, third not the provisions concerning prizes in deposits of Third Party Funds (DPK) all points in this fatwa implemented specifically on the third point that reads should not be the norm (habit, 'urf), that the' urf or custom prohibited by DSN-MUI in the fatwa prize aims to avoid changing intentions from the customer, intention to save become the desire to get something without effort.

The goal is that sharia principles in the fatwa be implemented in contracts for Islamic Financial Institutions (LKS). However, public statements often arise that giving gifts to Islamic banks and conventional banks is the same as the scheme and method of giving. This study aims to see how the mechanism and suitability of DSN-MUI fatwa No: 86 / DSN-MUI / XII / 2012 concerning Prizes in Fundraising (Study at Bank Muamalat KCP Parepare). The results of the research can be stated that at Muamalat bank, KCP Parepare has two savings programs with prizes, the first is prizes with prizes, customers deposit funds in the amount set by the bank for a predetermined period of time, second savings plan with prizes, customers deposit money at the beginning of the amount of money that has been determined by saving each month in the amount determined by the bank, the greater the amount of money saved the greater the number of prizes received. This study aims to find out if the factors that consisting of factors promotion, factors influential damage value services and factors of the decision to use the customers gold pawn in a bank syariah mandiri as well as to know whether the most commonly the influential between promotion , services and factors factors value assessment of the decision to use the customers gold pawn in a bank syariah mandiri kcp polewali .The research is quantitative research with the methods descriptive .As for the data collection was done through the distribution of the questionnaire The methodology that was used to test hypotheses is by using the practical , reliability test , normality test , of multiple regression analysis , t test , test f , the coefficient of determination ( adjusted r square ) , and correlations double .Based on the research done it can be seen that the regression equation is linear research and the worship of idols in this is y: 3,138 + 0,141x1 + 0,270x2 + 0,407x3, The results of the testing simultaneously ( f ) variable x consisting of the x1 ) ( promotion , the service ( ) x2 , and the damage the x3 ( ) led to a positive and significant of the decision of customers to use the gold pawn of significantly by 0,000; 0,05 & it .Then , the results of the test on this fact ( ) suggests that the variable t ( service x2 ) value assessment and the x3 ( ) most dominant influence simultaneously with the resolution of customers to use the gold pawn , it is spotted with significant value and 0,000 0,006; 0,05 & it .

Financing is one of the bank's main tasks, namely the provision of funds provision facilities to meet the needs of the parties which constitute a unit deficit. Employee response is used in this case to find out how much employees respond well or are interested in financing Islamic banks. This research is descriptive qualitative using a phenomenology approach. Therefore, the authors chose to use qualitative research methods to determine how to search, collect, manage, analyze data from research results and draw conclusions.The results of the study show that: 1) The financing system on Islamic bank products uses four different patterns or systems, namely: profit sharing system, buying and selling system, rental system, loan system. 2) Facilities provided by Islamic banks in the form of providing funds to meet the needs of parties with a profit sharing system. 3) Respondents' responses indicate that most respondents gave positive responses. This condition gives the impression that the employee's response to Islamic banking is perceived positively by respondents. Of the various types of products in Islamic banks, only the savings that are most sought after by sharia bank customers and their reasons for choosing these products because of sharia-compliant, lawful and safe Islamic bank products.
