A Study on Women in Madame Bovary and A Life 《包法利夫人》和《一生》中的女性研究

Maupassant was the disciple of Flaubert, who was the friend of his uncle. Our subject is a study of heroins of two novels 'Madame Bovary' and 'A life'. Emma of 'Madame Bovary' had read the romantic novels in the abbey, and thought that herself had been the heroins. Emma's misery had begun from her marriage. She had felt ennui of marriage and fled into adultery. She had been transformed into mascular person. On the contrary, Jeanne was very passif and could decide nothing. She obeyed first to her father and then her husband. She lost the possession because of her son. Finally it was Rosalie her servant that decided her actions instead of her. She had a life very passif and sad in languor, despair and dream. Jeanne was the anti-heroin on the contrary of Emma and Gervaise. Her botanique image has shown the passivity and the immobility. She was transformed only on the actif subject in the nature. Maupassant is estimed as the writer who progressed the aesthetic theory of Flaubert. Why Jeanne was more passif and conservative than Emma? Flaubert has described the bourgeois and the desire not feminine but human. So I think that Flaubett is more modern and better than Maupassant in the literature.

A Study on the Effects of Unified Perspective of Technology Readiness Index and Adoption: A Case of Digital Pills 技术就绪指数与采用的统一视角影响研究——以数字药片为例

Korea's The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) authorized digital tablets, which are pharmaceuticals with a sensor that may notify doctors whether or not patients are taking their medication. The purpose of this study is to contribute to the proper usage of digital pills, by highlighting the main ethical and social challenges it raises and providing solutions. The purpose are as follows. (1) to prepare a good perception for users to accept the digital pills revolution that is changing our lives health-wise, (2) to develop, test, and validate TRI and TAM for the adoption of digital pills, (3) to strengthen the user's understanding of the digital pill's adoption and continue to use, this study's methodology is appropriate for gathering data and addressing the research questions via an online survey. The methodologies are conceptually and practically linked with previous research, with the goal of building on them while minimizing the limitations of previous work. The TRI and TAM formulated from the literature review were empirically validated from data acquired in an online survey conducted on Amazon Mechanical Turk. ln total 319, samples were gathered and 310 valid responses were analyzed after eliminating 9 invalid responses. This study used the structural equation modeling technique, which allows for simultaneous analysis. SmartPLS 3.0 and TBM SPSS version 23.0 were used for the analysis. Moreover, this study investigates TRI and TAM, however, the primary purpose is to examine the relationship between antecedents' (TRI) technological readiness index and Adoption Intention. The results of the analyses show that optimism, innovativeness, discomfo1t, and Insecurity have positive impacts on perceived ease of use. The majority of the given hypotheses are supported by a satisfactory overall model fit index. The empirical findings of this study add to our understanding and explanation of the critical mechanism underlying digital pill users' adoption intention decision-making process.

The Effect of SNS Characteristic Factors on Purchase Intention: Focusing on Chinese Beauty Industry Consumers SNS特征因素对购买意愿的影响——以中国美容行业消费者为例

With the development of the Internet and smart terminal technology, SNS has gradually developed into the most important channel for consumers to obtain information. Users are more willing to search and share infmmation on SNS. Consumers make use of the infmmation on SNS before purchasing, and then share their own purchasing experience on SNS after purchase, and reputation from consumers themselves will effectively complement the information already available on SNS. In situations where consumers do not have sufficient information and attributes over a product, brand trust as a signal to infer the product can largely influence Consumer purchase intention. The characteristics of SNS are the underlying factors that influence brand trust and Consumer purchase intention. This thesis examines the impact of SNS features on Chinese consumers' purchase intentions, by reviewing and analyzing interactivity, access convenience and recency. The study was empirically analyzed through SPSS 23.0 and Smart PLS 3.0 (Structural Equation Package) to test the hypotheses. The findings of this thesis are as follows: Firstly, the interactivity of SNS positively influences brand trust. Secondly, the access convenience of SNS positively influences brand trust. Third, the recency of SNS has a positive impact on brand trust. Fourth, brand trust positively influences Consumer purchase intention.

A Study on the Understanding of Smart Watch on Intention of Continuous Use in Health Care 智能手表对医疗保健持续使用意愿的理解研究

The healthcare industry is changing dramatically due to the need for real-time monitoring. With point-of-care, diagnostics and long-term health conditions, most smartwatch manufacturers are shifting markedly with a focus on healthcare applications. The purpose of this study is to analyze whether there is a mediating effect between the understanding of the smartwatch system and the continuous intention to use the system. For this study, the degree of understanding of the smart watch system was classified into safety, convenience, and technology readiness. Smart watch trust was selected as an individual dependent variable. For this study, 250 samples were collected through an online survey, and 220 of the respondents gave valid responses. For statistical analysis, structural equation modeling technique was used. The study results are summarized as follows. First, safety, convenience, and technical readiness have a positive effect on motivation to use. Second, trust in smartwatches has a positive effect on motivation to use them. Third, the motive for use has a positive effect on the intention of continuous use. Through this empirical study, it became the basis for continuous use of smartwatch applications by users. It will serve as an opportunity to provide smartwatch manufacturers with a mechanism for the user's decision-making process.

A Study on the Difference Analysis by Role Stress and Organizational Immersion to Caregivers 照顾者角色压力与组织沉浸感的差异分析研究

There is caregivers worker who plays an important role in helping the elderly who are unable to carry out their daily lives alone to improve their old health and stabilize their lives, such as supporting physical or household activities. The purpose of this study is to derive a plan to improve organizational immersion by lowering the role stress of caregivers and to be used as basic data for establishing management policies of elderly care facilities. A difference analysis was conducted between groups to find out the differences between the role stress and organizational immersion of caregivers according to the general characteristics of caregivers (gender, age, academic background, working period, and facility type). The statistical processing of the sample was analyzed using SPSS 23.0. The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, in the analysis of gender differences, there were differences in role conflict, role ambiguity, role overload, and organizational immersion. Second, in the analysis of age differences, there were differences in role conflict, role ambiguity, and role overload. Third, in the analysis of differences in academic background, there were differences in role conflict, role ambiguity, and role overload. Fourth, there are no variables that show statistically significant differences in the analysis of differences in working periods. Fifth, in the analysis of differences in facility types, there were differences in role conflict and role overload.

Analysis of Stock Return Spillover Effect across China and Related Countries under One Belt One Road Initiative “一带一路”背景下中国及相关国家股票收益溢出效应分析

The purpose of this study is to analyze the spillover effect of stock returns between China and 10 countries along the One Belt One Road. To this end, the spillover index suggested by Diebold & Yilmaz (2012) was used. Summarizing the results of the empirical analysis, first, 60% of the variance in forecasting errors in stock returns in China was explained by self-impact. Among the countries along the line, the share explained by the budget error variance of stock returns in Russia, Singapore, and Indonesia was found to be 3.6%, 8.6%, and 5.5%, respectively. Second, the total spillover index was 57.7, which means that 57.7% of the prediction error variance of stock returns in one country can be explained by the impact of stock returns in other countries. Third, according to the results of the total spillover effect time variability analysis using rolling sample analysis, the total spillover index and the Chinese SSEC index had a weak positive (+) relationship before the One Belt One Road implementation (2013). After implementation, it was found to have an average negative (-) relationship. This shows that inter-regional connections or ripple effects have been strengthened since the implementation of the One Belt One Road and the synchrony between the Chinese market and other markets is deepening.

Digital innovation continues to spread in the 4th industrial revolution. Information technology capabilities are also in the process of rapid change along with digital technology. Information technology capabilities are in the 4th industrial revolution and changes in digital technology, and they are related to each other, so the importance should be grasped together. A study was conducted on information technology ability and life satisfaction among the elderly and adolescents. Tn the paradigm shift changing to the 4th industrial revolution, a model was derived in which the perceived value of information technology capability can be connected with life satisfaction. The perceived value of information technology competency affects usage attitudes and life satisfaction. In many recent studies, perceived value enriches life satisfaction. In the verified study, the value perception of the marginalized plays an important role in life satisfaction. Life satisfaction is an important variable that satisfies people's needs, and because the speed of change in information technology capabilities is fast, the marginalized class is highly likely to be eliminated. For life satisfaction, it is necessary to improve information technology skills and play a role in perceived value. The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship betweεn the perceived value of information technology skills and the effect on usage attitudes and life satisfaction. SPSS 23.0 was used for basic statistical analysis, and Smart PLS 3.0 was used for hypothesis testing. Factors that determine the pereived value of infonnation technology competency arε divided into functional value, experiential value, and social value. A summary of thε study follows. First, thε percεived valuε (functional value, experiential value, social value) and usage attitude of information technology capability had a significant effect. Second, usage attitude and life satisfaction had a significant effect.

With the development of the fourth industrial revolution, people's material enjoyment has been continuously improved. The fruits of the industrial revolution have been enjoyed in the Internet of Things, big data, artificial intelligence and other fields, and results have been created. The hotel industry involves a wide range of services, including all sectors and industries in society. Only by continuously improving the level of the hotel's information system can competitiveness be enhanced. For this reason, the purpose of this research is to explore the relationship between the hotel information system and corporate performance, so as to promote the long-term development of the hotel. This paper makes an empirical analysis of the characteristics of the hotel information system on user satisfaction. Quoting and analyzing previous research results, selecting the impact of the hotel information system's security, convenience, usefulness, and agility on corporate performance to do research and conduct a survey of hotel practitioners in China through the use of Smart PLS 2.0 Use structural equations to analyze the collected data. The research results are as follows: First, security had a positive effect on user satisfaction. Second, convenience had a positive effect on user satisfaction. Third, usefulness had a positive effect on user satisfaction. Fourth, agility had a positive effect on user satisfaction. Fifth, user satisfaction had a positive effect on corporate performance.

The social responsibility of a company is to make a social contribution through its management activities by socially responsible companies. Businesses should strategically build a practical link between business and society through social contribution. This is another way in which companies contribute to society. If companies have a vision of contributing to society, business activities themselves should be able to create value in society. Efforts to strengthen social contribution activities by enhancing value are critical. Because corporate social responsibility is a channel for realizing corporate values and visions. Thus, corporate social responsibility and social contribution activities are strategically linked together. The purpose of this study is to analyse the relationship between the social environment and the social responsibility of an enterprise in its corporate value. This study established a research model through a prior study and the results of the study were derived through empirical analysis. The main results of this study are as follows: First, it has been shown that corporate social responsibility has a significant impact on the social environment (economy, politics, society and finance). Second, the social environment in the economic, political and financial aspects had a significant impact on entrepreneurship, but the social environment in the social aspect did not have a significant impact on entrepreneurship. This has been empirically demonstrated by this paper that corporate social responsibility is not an investment in the vague value of the social environment on the society. Thus, an entity can enhance its value in an economy, politics and finance of social environment by routinely performing its social responsibilities on the basis of profits generated by its management activities.

Effect of Online Learning Characteristics on Self-determination Needs, Self-efficacy and Academic Achievement 网络学习特征对自主需要、自我效能感和学业成就的影响

Online education has good reason to study its value in that it can standardize learning content and teaching methods and secure objectivity, away from various controls and restrictions such as space and time. The purpose of this study is to present conditions for online education to become a learner-centered teaching plan that can increase problem-solving-oriented learning outcomes suitable for the era of the 4th industrial revolution. This study attempted to investigate the relationship between the characteristics of online learning, self-determination needs and academic achievement based on previous studies. The questionnaire was distributed to 117 Korean university students with online learning experiences living in Seoul, Busan, and Gyeonggi-do, and the questionnaire was composed of a 5-point scale. To verify the hypothesis, regression analysis was performed using SPSS 23.0. The results of the study are summarized as follows. First, the characteristics of online learning have a positive effect on academic motivation and achievement. Second, the characteristics of online learning have a positive effect on satisfying self-determination needs. Third, satisfying self-determination needs has a positive effect on academic motivation and achievement. Fourth, the degree of satisfaction of self-determination needs was found to play a mediating role in the relationship between the characteristics of online learning and academic satisfaction. Therefore, in designing an online learning program, it suggests that it is necessary to design it to satisfy the self-determination needs.
