RANCANGAN WEBSITE SISTEM E-GOVERNMENT PELAYANAN DAN PERMOHONAN SURAT ONLINE “SIPADU”

Public service is the fulfillment of the desires and needs of society by state administrators. Public service activities at RW 04 Kapuk Poglar West Jakarta include citizen data collection, monitoring, community services, and activity information. Until now, the process of public services implementation still uses records through books and paper, so that the information provided is not conveyed to all residents of RW 04. A website-based information system is required to meet these needs. The application of e-government plays a critical role in improving the quality of public services and can overcome existing problems. The purpose of this study was to design a website-based service information system and application letter "sipadu" at RW 04 Kapuk Poglar. The type of research used is qualitative research, while data collection is carried out by field studies using observational data collection techniques, interviews, and literature study. The result is a system that can simplify and speed up the process of making letters and processing community administrations.

Every company has goals, plans, and dreams about the future of the company. This vision and mission can be achieved if there is a measurement strategy as a measuring tool for achieving the company's vision and mission. Purchasing KPI is assessed from the results of the assignment performance given starting from the assignment of purchase requests, and purchase orders to warehouse receipts put together in one report. This assessment is required regularly, be it annually, every six months, or every three months every month. The goal of this research is to design purchasing performance appraisal applications as a basis for assessing and evaluating performance target achievements. The research method uses qualitative research by collecting data using observation techniques, interviews, and literature study. The results are in the form of a prototype of a performance appraisal application that makes it possible to monitor employee performance. The results of monitoring and assessment will be able to improve employee performance.

PT. Indonesia Marine Transportation is a company engaged in shipping services via sea. This company has several problems in human resource management, one of which is employee assessment. The employee appraisal process is still subjective and manual, so determining the best employee takes time. The formulation of the problem discussed is: how to design the best employee appraisal decision support system application using the 360 degrees feedback assessment method. This method is a multi-source assessment that involves appraisals from managers, subordinates, co-workers, oneself, and even customers. The purpose of this study is to design a decision support system application for evaluating the best employees by applying the 360-degree feedback assessment method.

One of the pieces of information needed by the company is inventory information. The warehouse department must record every time a transaction occurs, both incoming and outgoing goods and stock of goods. This requires accuracy from the warehouse department so that there are no errors in the stock request report which will be a problem for the company. PT. Sumber Niaga Pratama is a company engaged in trading office stationery. Currently often experience error information in its inventory system. These information errors resulted in delays in preparing stock reports, usage, and ordering of goods. The purpose of this research is to design a web-based inventory information system (ATK). The research method used is field research, with data collection techniques through observation and interviews. The results of the research are in the form of a prototype of a web-based inventory information system that can be applied at PT Sumber Niaga Pratama.

This study aims to create a computerized web-based barcode system so that the process of obtaining code information on barcodes becomes more effective and produces reports that are more practical and facilitate work processes at PT Yoji Technology Indonesia. The research method used is observation, interviews, and literature study. The results of this study indicate that the process of classifying a code on a barcode is still done manually, so it takes quite a long time and is inefficient. Therefore, by designing a web-based barcode system, it is hoped that it will make it easier to get information about a code on a barcode. Thus minimizing the errors that occur.

Elangsta Cafe is one of the businesses engaged in the culinary field, recording many sales transactions every day. The application system used is still limited to a menu ordering system and does not yet have a sales report recapitulation system. Kafe owners experience difficulties when recapitulating data because they have to enter proof of sales one by one in an Excel file every day. So that becomes the formulation of the problem in this research, how to design a point of sales application system that can control cafe operations. Aims this research is to develop a point-of-sales application using the Flutter Framework. The test results show better results, the application is made following what is designed and runs well.

PT Cahaya Cemerlang is engaged in the delivery of goods and documents to all corners of Indonesia. Increasing competition in the business world, makes companies think of an appropriate strategy, in order to win the competition. One of them is by creating a close relationship between companies and consumers by providing a fast and precise administrative service system. We need a system that can handle this problem by creating a website-based application using E-CRM (Electronic Customer Relationship Management). The formulation of the problem is how to design a system to improve its performance so that this expedition system can be superior. The purpose of this research is to design the delivery of goods so that it is more organized and can run well by using E-CRM (Electronic Customer Relationship Management). The result is an application that is made according to plan, which can be accessed by both the company and the customer.

Quality control (QC) is one of the most dynamic activities and one that is needed to provide good product quality. PT. You currently have a place or place to check product quality called Quality Control. Where for each food ingredient make product, the QC Admin takes a few samples to check the quality of the food. Then it is made into a report to the Auditor as a supervisory body and analysis the feasibility of food to consumed healthily. The process of making a report on the results of this test still uses records in the form of book documents and formats in the data collection process. So in the delivery process, it often experiences many delays not according to the report target. The purpose of this research is to design a web-based quality control test report information system to make it easier to make reports so that they are faster and more precise. This research conducted using qualitative methods by conducting field studies. The collection technique used was observation and interviews. Companies that master technology and information will be able to master and become leaders in their field of business. By utilizing information technology, companies can run business processes more quickly and can process data more accurately. Lovella Toys Toy Store is a company engaged in selling toys for hobbies. Recording of sales that still uses Manual Notes for proof of transactions every day, and then at the end of the sale will be input into a Microsoft Excel file. It can make the data inaccurate because can be an input error that causes the transaction not input correctly in the Sales Data Format. A web-based computerized system is needed so that every piece of information provides added value to the process of quality management, decision-making, and problem-solving along with a competitive advantage that is useful for sales activities. This study uses qualitative research methods using field research approaches and library research in its data collection methods. The results are in the form of a web-based monitoring data processing system prototype which is expected to minimize and even solve current problems.

The purpose of this research is to design a delivery information system for Denso Centra company. PT. Denso Centra is a company engaged in the sale of auto spare parts. In the delivery process to the customer's location, couriers often forget the customer's location and in reporting shipments there are often queues. Based on the analysis using the PIECES framework, it can be concluded that the main problem of PT. Denso Centa is the accuracy and efficiency of information that is less than the maximum on the running system so by making this web-based system it is hoped that it can produce better information. With the design of a website-based application program at PT. Denso Centra, is expected to help simplify the management of data on the delivery of goods and speed up the process of making reports to the leadership. The results of the modeling are in the form of use case diagrams, class diagrams, activity diagrams, and sequence diagrams. While the software used is the PHP and MySql Web programming languages and Micro Dreamweaver. The results of the research are in the form of a web-based delivery system which is expected to overcome the problems that exist in the delivery of goods at PT Denso Centra
