Despite the advantages of fewer missing values by collecting fragment ion data on all analytes in the sample as well as the potential for deeper coverage, the adoption of data-independent acquisition (DIA) in proteomics core facility settings has been slow. The Association of Biomolecular Resource Facilities conducted a large interlaboratory study to evaluate DIA performance in proteomics laboratories with various instrumentation. Participants were supplied with generic methods and a uniform set of test samples. The resulting 49 DIA datasets act as benchmarks and have utility in education and tool development. The sample set consisted of a tryptic HeLa digest spiked with high or low levels of 4 exogenous proteins. Data are available in MassIVE MSV000086479. Additionally, we demonstrate how the data can be analyzed by focusing on 2 datasets using different library approaches and show the utility of select summary statistics. These data can be used by DIA newcomers, software developers, or DIA experts evaluating performance with different platforms, acquisition settings, and skill levels.

Multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) profiling is a strategy for the exploratory analysis of small molecules and lipids by direct sample injection, ie, without the use of chromatographic separation. It is based on instrument methods that comprise a list of ion transitions (MRMs), in which the precursor ion is the expected ionized m/z of the lipid at its species level, ie, the description of lipid class and number of carbon and double bonds in the fatty acid chain(s), and the product ion is a fragment expected for the lipid class or for the fatty acid neutral loss. The Lipid Maps database is expanding constantly, and therefore the MRM-profiling methods associated with this database need to be continuously updated. Here, we provide a comprehensive overview and the key references for the MRM-profiling methodology and workflow, followed by a step-by-step approach to build MRM-profiling instrument acquisition methods for class-based lipid exploratory analysis based on the Lipid Maps database. The detailed workflow includes (1) importing the list of lipids from the database; (2) for a given class, combining isomeric lipids described at full structural level into 1 entry to obtain the neutral mass at species level; (3) attributing the standard Lipid Maps abbreviated nomenclature for the lipid at its species level; (4) predicting the ionized precursor ions; and (5) adding the expected product ion. We also describe how to simulate the precursor ion for the suspect screening of modified lipids using lipid oxidation and their expected product ions as an example. After determining the MRMs, information about collision energy, dwell time, and other instrument parameters are added to finalize the acquisition method. As an example of final method output, we describe the format for Agilent MassHunter v.B.06 and provide the parameters in which optimization can be performed by lipid class using one or more lipid standards.

"Predicting the Movement of Stock Prices Using Technical Analysis Indicators": Applied Research in a Sample of the Shares of Iraqi Private Commercial Banks “利用技术分析指标预测股票价格变动”:以伊拉克私营商业银行股票为样本的应用研究

The research aims to identify technical analysis indicators (simple moving average، relative strength index، estimation index)، and their impact on predicting the movement of stock prices for Iraqi private commercial banks، by examining the methods used in technical analysis and its various models, in general, and its indicators in particular. And the methods of benefiting from them in making the rational investment decision aimed at achieving rewarding returns in the financial markets, and diagnosing the obstacles and difficulties that the participants face in predicting stock prices، and proposing solutions and recommendations to overcome and overcome them from a scientific and practical perspective.    As the research community consisted of Iraqi private commercial banks، which numbered (25) banks، while the research sample consisted of (7) banks with a rate of (28%) of the research community، the research used the analytical approach for the financial data in the period between (1/8 /2021-30/4/2022)، as the financial statements (closing prices) of the research sample banks were calculated by means of mathematical equations for technical indicators، and represented them in the form of graphs to clearly determine price trends and (buy and sell) signals.The research came out with a set of recommendations، the most important of which is the need for private Iraqi commercial banks to strengthen the position of technical analysis as a qualitative tool used to improve the investor's decision، and increase the ability to analyze and predict. Purpose، and urging academic authorities to shed more light on technical analysis by encouraging research and studies because of its great importance in the decision to invest in stocks in the future.

Employees are the leading resource of any company because they are the base of a strong and long-running organization. Their performance affects the overall evolution of the organization. Thus, modern companies have started spending an enormous amount on employee development. It is an essential process for employees and organizations. Companies have started using recent technology in employee development to make this process more productive. Artificial Intelligence is a branch of computer science. It is based on the concept of imitation the human intellectual functioning. This research studies the impact of artificial intelligence on employee development. A descriptive analytical methodology is used. Artificial Intelligence is considered an independent variable. However, the dependent variable was Employee development with three dimensions (Skills, engagement, and performance). Basrah University in Iraq was taken as a sample. Consequently, a questionnaire of 24 questions is built and distributed to Basrah University employees. The collected answers were examined using SPSS. The result shows a significant impact between Artificial Intelligence applications and employee development.

يهدف البحث الحالي الى تشخيص العلاقة والتأثير بين اليقظة الاستراتيجية والأداء التشغيلي. إذ طبّق البحث في مصنع الألبسة الرجالية الجاهزة في النجف الأشرف على عيّنة قوامها (73) فرداً، بالاعتماد على استمارة الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات. وتجسّدت مشكلة البحث بما يشهده الواقع من تغيّرات مستمرة ومتطوّرة على المستوى الداخلي والخارجي للمنظمة، قاد الى ضرورة توفر الاستجابة الفورية والحاسمة لها. وانطلاقاً من ذلك، تكمن أهمية البحث في تسليط الضوء على مردود تطبيق فلسفة اليقظة الاستراتيجية في المصانع العراقية وخاصة الحكومية منها. توصّل البحث الى استنتاجات عديدة ومنها: أنّ المصنع يفتقر الى وسائل تكنولوجية ذات حداثة تمكّنه من الترويج لمنتجاته بشكل أمثل بما يحقّق التميّز المطلوب بالمقارنة مع منتجات المنافسين. بالمقابل استطاع الباحث بلورة عدداً من التوصيات لتعزيز الأداء التشغيلي ومن أهمها، تبني المصنع لوسائل تكنولوجية وتقنيات تمتاز بالحداثة وسهولة الاستخدام بالشكل الذي يسهل للزبائن وبفئاتهم المختلفة من الوصول الى منتجاته المتنوعة.

تزايدت اهمية المحافظة على البصمات الصوتية فضلاً عن التحقق من عائديتها خاصة وأن الاعتماد عليها في مدة كورونا جعل الكثير من المستخدمين يعتمدونها في أعمالهم في توجيه الاوامر الإدارية نتيجة لذلك جاء هذا البحث في محاولة لتوظيف خوارزميات عدة لشبكات عصبونية للتحقق من البصمات الصوتية لـــ(50 – 100) شخص ولكل شخص تم اخذ (10 – 20) عينة اظهرت النتائج تأثر التحويل المويجي بكل من (عدد الاشخاص، عدد البصمات الصوتية، الضوضاء ) وقد تم اخذها من احد اشهر برامج التواصل الاجتماعي وهو برنامج (whatsApp)، وقد اظهرت النتائج تأثر التصميم لكل من نوع الضوضاء ونوع المرشح المعتمد لتقليل تأثير الضوضاء وقد بلغ اعلى تصنيف (99,2%) وهو يعود الى الشبكة العصبونية التلافيقية CNN (Band pass filter) في حين بلغ اسوء تصنيف 95.5% وهو يعود الى حالة شبكة التلافيقية CNN (AWGN) كما أظهرت النتائج قدرة بعض المرشحات على زيادة دقة التصنيف العائدة الى الشبكة العصبونية التلافيقية وتقليل أثر الضوضاء.

The research aims to examine the level of familiarity and understanding of PPBS program budget and performance by financial managers, accountants and bankers working in public sector institutions, and measure the contribution of the accounting system followed by public sector institutions to successfully adopt PPBS, while highlighting the benefits that can be obtained during the adoption of PPBS in improving government performance In addition to presenting a proposed model for balancing programs and performance in Iraq, and exploring the technical challenges that can be faced when implementing the program and performance balancing system in public sector institutions. The second section of the research was designed to measure the attitude of the selected sample towards four axes, which are the degree of familiarity with the program budget and performance, the degree of contribution of the accounting system to the adoption of PPBS, the advantages of implementation or the application of PPBS, and the obstacles faced by financial managers, accountants and bankers to adopt PPBS. في ظل التطور التكنلوجيا الحاصل في العالم في الكثير من المجالات وخاصة في مجال تشخيص الامراض، اذ تعاني عملية التشخيص لبعض الامراض لحدوث حالات الخطأ في التشخيص لتشابه الاعراض وتشابه التحاليل المرضية او من ثم عدم قدرة المعالج على تقديم وصف دقيق للمرض الذي يعانية المريض حيث تم استخدام تقنية التسلسل الهرمي التحليلي AHP(Analytical Hierarchy Process)، إذ تعّد واحدة من أهم الطرق  التي يمكن اعتمادها لتصنيف الامراض  واتخاذ القرارات الطبية، إذ استخدمت بيانات حقيقية  اخذت لـ 1000 مريض من مستشفى الكاظمية التعليمي لسبعة امراض وهي (فقر الدم، وارتفاع نسبة الدهون، واظطرابات نسبة الدهون، والفشل الكلوي، والتهاب الكبد، واضطرابات الكبد، واليرقان)، إذ اظهرت ان البيانات متسقة، ومن ثم تم تطبيق تقنية انجاز الطلب عن طريق التشابهة مع الحل المثاليTOPSIS (Technique For order Preference by Similarity To identical soluation)، وتم الحصول على سبع اولويات بحسب الاهمية النسبية للامراض بالنسبة للاطباء وبعد ترتيبها تنازليا، كانت اعلى اهمية  هي لمرض الفشل الكلوي، واقل قيمة  لمرض اليرقان، وبحسب النتائج التي تم الحصول عليها تبين ان طريقة AHP، وtopsis، لها القدرة على تمييز الامراض.

The Effectiveness of the Green Design and Manufacturing Decision in Achieving the Outstanding Performance of the Industrial Companies: An Analytical Study in Al-Zawraa General Company 绿色设计与制造决策对工业企业实现卓越绩效的有效性:以Al-Zawraa总公司为例的分析研究

The objective of this research is to analyze the impact of product design decisions and green manufacturing on Al-Zawraa General Company's competitive advantage in Iraq. Data was collected through a questionnaire that measured key variables، such as product design، green manufacturing، and outstanding performance. Each major variable was further evaluated through three sub-dimensions. Out of the 75 employees invited to participate، 60 staff responded to the questionnaire. Quantitative and qualitative methods، such as arithmetic means، standard deviations، and confirmatory factor analysis، were employed to examine the effect of the key variables in implementing the green manufacturing system in the company.  The study's findings suggest that the company's management should reconsider its approach to green technology by implementing modern automation methods that utilize environmentally friendly energy sources. This change would not only help to reduce industrial pollution rates and benefit the environment but also enhance the company's appeal to consumers and ensure its longevity and competitiveness in the local and global industrial markets. Furthermore، the study revealed a strong correlation between the key variables and the successful adoption of the green manufacturing system.
