The document indexing process aims to store documents in a manner that facilitates the process of retrieving specific documents efficiently in terms of accuracy and time complexity. Many information retrieval systems encounter security issues and execution time to retrieve relevant documents. In addition, these systems lead to ample storage. Therefore, it requires combining confidentiality with the indexed document, and a separate process is performed to encrypt the documents. Hence, a new indexing structure named tree browser (TB) was proposed in this paper to be applied to index files of the large document set in an encrypted manner. This method represents the keywords in a variable-length binary format before being stored in the index. This binary format provides additional encryption to the information stored and reduces the index size. The proposed method (TB) is applied to the WebKB dataset. This dataset is related to web page documents (semi-structured documents). The experimental results demonstrated that the storage size is reduced by using TB-tree to 48.5 MB, while the traditional index is 307 MB.

Positive-output super-lift Luo converters (POSLCs) with low switching losses are the subject of this paper's analysis, design, and regulation. Due to their ability to boost voltage at higher levels, converter switching devices are rarely put under extreme voltage conditions. The input voltage to an active switching device is typically lower than the output voltage. This means that low-quality components are used to build the converter. The proposed conversion can be a good choice in PV micro converter applications requiring high voltage gain. The continuous conduction mode of the converter and its underlying operating principle and steady-state analysis are described. The converter's basic principle is demonstrated by constructing a working hardware prototype, which is tested in the lab. The outcomes demonstrate the benefits of employing an Arduino for voltage control. It has also been found that the converter achieves maximum efficiency of 95.3% at full load. The results were confirmed using MATLAB / Simulink in POSLC design with MPPT which is in agreement with the experimental results.

Due to the lack of electric power generation in Iraq and as a step forward to adopting a sustainable campus of the Electrical Engineering Technical College (EETC), Middle Technical University, in Baghdad, Iraq, and the critical demand for energy in our institutions, particularly educational institutions, this pilot study was proposed. The study aims to analyze the adoption of PV solar systems on the campus in the presence and absence of grid power and how that affects our design discussion in the matter of Net Present Cost (NPC), Cost of Energy (COE), Operation Cost, initial cost, power production, fuel consumption, and the annual net consumed energy from the grid. Forty-five different scenarios were analyzed for all possible cases. The existence of backup generators on the campus was also taken into consideration; G1-350kVA and G2-500kVA. The study has two stages. In the first stage, they used a walkthrough energy audit in the (EETC) to estimate the load profile of the campus, while in the second stage, they used HOMER Pro to analyze this data. The results show that adding an on-grid PV system to the campus grid can reduce the COE by 58%, and it is the best scenario when the grid is present, with an NPC, operation cost ($/yr), and initial capital ($) equal to $77,680, $1,460, and $59,018 respectively. When the grid was absent, the winning scenario was using a PV solar system with a 100-kWh lithium battery storage and a converter. Despite that scenario being the best solution, the produced energy cost is 372% higher than the grid energy cost (0.1 $/kWh) in Iraq, with an NPC, operation cost ($/yr.), and initial capital ($) equal to $337,291, $7,855, and 236878 respectively. Finally, both winning scenarios have no generator, and this will have a high impact on the campus environment.

Thermal solar collector considers one of the main devices employed to transform solar energy into thermal energy and can be classified into three main types named Evacuated tube collector (ETC), flat plate collector (FPC), and compound parabolic collector (CPC) collector. In this study, where it was taken to evacuated tube solar collectors three different geometries of the inner pipe diameter were proposed and combined with type of phase change materials (PCM) to evaluate their performance using PCM. And mass flow rate 0.5 Lmin, A validated computational fluid dynamic (CFD) model was used in this examination. The data indicates that the highest outlet water temperature was observed at 45 ºC from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm for case-1 with a smooth pipe, whereas for case-2 with two lobes and case-3 with four lobes, the maximum temperatures were 41 ºC and 40 ºC. respectively, The results showed that case-1 with Paraffin wax has the best efficiency among the proposed cases. Where it was recorded maximum outlet water temperature was about 45 ºC.

Appropriate design of Multi-Port Converter (MPC) topology helps to overcome the difficulties of combining numerous renewable energy sources (RES). In this article, a comprehensive analysis of these MPCs in terms of their topologies, operating principles, various dependability, and overall efficacy is offered. There are two main types of MPCs which are non-isolated and isolated MPCs being coupled in parallel and series configurations to function as multi-input converters. These MPCs can flow the load power in one or both directions for the RES or BESS (battery energy storage system) applications. The non-isolated MPCs are most used in the latest years but they have some limitations such as small voltage gain, and failure in isolation. The isolated MPC is more effective than the non-isolated ones in terms of isolation between the input power stage and output but has some drawbacks such as the high cost, and large size of the high-frequency transformer (HFT). In this review paper, a high-efficiency voltage-regulator/battery energy storage system (VR-BESS) was presented as a multi-port DC-DC converter for the standalone PV (photovoltaic) array. This converter has fewer switches, is cheaper, and is more dependable than its counterparts.

In this research, the epoxy resin was reinforced by (16 layers) of E-glass fiber woven mat (0^°/90^°) with 50% weight fraction and total thickness (3mm). Using 16 layers was due to the absence of any previous study that used this number of layers at this thickness. It is considered a modern study of this style because of the rapid development in modern engineering industries that required lightweight composite materials with high strength and small thickness, which are used in the aerospace industry aviation and other precision engineering industries. The composite material was cut into angles (0^°,5^°,15^°,30^°,45^°) by using CNC water jet culling machine. The tensile test was used to determine the strength of a material ratio to the fiber's direction and by using Vickers hardness to determine the hardness of composite and pure epoxy. The result of pure epoxy (matrix) has the lowest value in tensile strength (σ_UTS), Yong's modulus (E), 0.2% proof yield stress (σ_(0.2%)), modulus of toughness and toughness when compared with a composite material with adding 16 layers of "E-glass fibers". The direction of the fibers with (5^°) of composite has the highest strength, Young's modulus, and 0.2% proof yield stress when compared with (0^°,15^°,30^°,45^°) and pure epoxy. The improvement strength (10.8, 11.8, 9.8, 8.5, 8.3 times) at (0^°,5^°,15^°,30^°,45^°) respectively when compared with pure epoxy. The hardness of composite material improved (220%) relative to pure epoxy. The results show that the best improvement of composite material with fiber's angle (5^°) has the highest results compared with pure epoxy.

The purpose of this work is to analyze and studded, a grid-connected with a double-stage converter DC/DC, a three-phase five-level inverter system, battery energy system (BESS) with dynamic and static loud. A DC/DC modified boost converter is used to get to most power out of the photovoltaic array along with increasing output voltage. The duty cycle is changed in an incremental conductance maximum power point tracking (MPPT) technique to reach the maximum power point (MMP). Finally, the simulation results demonstrated the effectiveness of the proposed modified MPPT strategy for tracking the maximum power under shading conditions with an accuracy of up to 98.5%. The suggested AC controller results also show robust performance for synchronizing with the utility grid with a minimum THD of up to 2.4%.

With the advancement of low-cost digital cameras and their widespread, especially in smartphones, these cameras are not designed for photogrammetry applications. The main aim of this study is to model and estimate the interior orientation parameters (IOPs) for images captured by volunteer-run cameras using artificial intelligence. These cameras were unavailable to perform traditional calibration processes or use images from unknown sources for image measuring. Estimating IOPs using random values within the range determined by testing the selected sample's consistency. Optimization was performed by Utilizing the Simulated Annealing algorithm based on stereo calibration to obtain the best possible values of these parameters that produce the minimum RMS-reprojection error attained. By The variance between the parameters from the pre-calibration process and estimated by an artificial intelligence system, The coefficient of determination in the IOPs (focal length R2 = 0.717 to 0.812, principal point (X, Y) R2 = (0.674 to 0.869, 0.504 to 0.613), Both radial and tangential coefficients, R2 was close to zero). Therefore, the estimations of radial distortions k1, k2, and tangential distortions p1 and p2 are invalid. A reasonably strong relationship between principal distance and principal point with low lens distortion parameters due to the significant relative differences between the distortion parameters, sufficient strength of the relationship between calculating parameters, and estimating according to accuracy tolerance in photogrammetry applications.
