Teams can be depicted in many organizations and is becoming increasingly used for effective and efficient productivity. Teams work as the collection of individuals that have different skills to complement each other rather than compete, their driving force is to achieve a common goal by inculcating strategical approaches of which they are held accountable. This, helps in maximizing general output, however the need of its incorporation in learning. This study presents an overview of Intelligent Tutoring System and its impact generally on learning. A review of previous works done on this area was also inculcated in this study highlighting their importance and relevance. Intelligent Tutoring System (ITS), been a machine intelligence learning paradigm. This research explores and unveils what an intelligent tutoring system is all about and its role in learning. The work also covers how intelligent tutoring system has enhanced learner’s skill and performance. In conclusion, the massive effects of intelligent tutoring system on the learning process are acknowledged.

COVID-19, the very recent pandemic that brought the global world to its knees has costed the lives of millions, the economy of many nations crippled, a lot of lives distorted due to this unforeseen attack on the health security of the whole world. Outbreaks such as the COVID-19 thrive with increasing mobility all around the world as this novel disease found its way into almost all the nations of the world in less than 6 months. This increases the likelihood for another outbreak of similar nature to occur in the future except certain long-term measures are put in place to strengthen and optimize the health care delivery system and health security. Centralized Electronic Health record system is a core system emanating across developed countries to help improve health system and better health delivery. Apparently, its introduction is somewhat in very few parts of the world, howbeit its full potential is yet to be maximized due to the reluctance of many nations to consider it. In addition, this article highlights the cardinal role of Centralized Health System in surmounting ineffective health care system, highlighting challenges faced by countries faced with the least Human Development Index and discusses why the employment of this system is significant towards achieving an optimized health care system that will be equipped enough to numb the spread of any possible outbreak even before it begins.

Diagnosing COVID-19 in a fast and efficient manner is an ongoing problem. Currently, the methods of detection involve physical tests. Physical tests have the disadvantage that they require either test kits or medical equipment. This paper outlines the design of a type-2 fuzzy logic system that can help provide a preliminary diagnosis by computing the possibility that a patient is suffering from COVID-19 based on their external symptoms. It uses input information that can be gleaned without need for medical procedures. Both statistical data and the knowledge base were garnered from publicly available databases and datasets. The fuzzy logic system implemented here is functional, but it is fairly inaccurate and illustrates that more information, both symptomatic and epidemiological is needed, to predict COVID-19 infections through an expert system.
