Fractional Composition of Protein in Blood Plasma of Carp (Cyprinus carpio) under the Aliphatic Amines 鲤血浆中脂肪胺下蛋白质的分级组成

The effect of different concentrations of methylamine and propylamine in water on content and fractional composition of plasma proteins of the two-year-old carp (Cyprinus carpio L.) was studied. The total protein content in the blood plasma carp increased under methylamine concentration 0.009 mg/dm3, whereas its concentration 0.005 and 0.007 mg/dm3 and all considered concentration of propylamine (0.04, 0.06 and 0.08 mg/dm3) did not affect total protein content. The main portion of proteins in the carp's blood plasma was formed by proteins of the molecular weight 52-54, 68-72 and 90 kDa, whereas content of proteins of the molecular weight 35, 80, 100, 150-170, 340 and 900 kDa was notably lower. After 72 h of exposition under different methylamine concentration, content of proteins of the molecular weight 25, 90 and 100 kDa increased, at the same time content of proteins of the molecular weight 35-52, 150-170 and 180-190 kDa decreased, and content of other proteins did not change. Changes of the proteins' fractional composition under the propylamine impact depended on its concentration and consisted in elevated content of proteins of the molecular weight 90 and 100 kDa, lower content of the fractions 150-170 and 180-190 kDa, and constant content of other fractions.

Continuity and Discreteness of the Communities of Hydrobionts in the Lotic-Lentic Ecosystem of the Danube River Delta: Phytoplankton 多瑙河三角洲生态系统中水生生物群落的连续性和离散性:浮游植物

The paper deals with the patterns of continuity and discreteness of the main abiotic parameters and phytoplankton in the transboundary lotic-lentic aquatic ecosystem, including the branches of the Danube River, the Danube - Sasyk canal, and the Sasyk Reservoir, in autumn and winter periods. Water temperature, dissolved oxygen content, and pH are characterized by spatial continuum, whereas water salinity - by discreteness (fresh water is registered in the branches and canal and brackish water - in the reservoir). Local discreteness conditioned by the difference in the structure of dominant complexes (polydominant complexes - in river branches and oligodominant complexes - in the canal and reservoir) is registered with a spatial continuum of phytoplankton, which manifests itself in a predominance of plankton forms of diatoms, green, and blue-green algae. Phytoplankton cell numbers and biomass are typical of mesotrophic (delta branches) and hypertrophic (the canal and reservoir) ecosystems, whereas oligodominant and polydominant complexes are responsible for high information diversity belonging to essential phytoplankton adaptation characteristics.

Algae as Natural Antagonists of Pathogenic Bacteria in Water Ecosystems (Experimental Model of Algal-Bacterial Relationships ) 藻类作为水体生态系统病原菌的天然拮抗剂(藻-菌关系实验模型)

The allelopathic effect of the freshwater alga Chlorella vulgaris on growth of the pathogenic microorganisms Erysipelothrix rhusiopathiae and Leptospira interrogans - pathogens of human and animals was studied. The excretion by Chlorella vulgaris inhibited growth of the experimental samples of pathogenic microorganisms in all range of dilutions (1:100, 1:100, 1:1000). The freshwater alga Ch. vulgaris is promising for remediation of wetlands from pathogenic microorganisms, particularly E. rhusiopathiae and L. interrogans.

Peculiarities of Transamination Processes in Tissues of Cyprinus carpio and Unio pictorum under the Impact of Elevated Concentrations of Metal Ions in Water 水中金属离子浓度升高对鲤和画眉鱼组织转氨化过程的影响

The role of the amino acids' transamination in the tissues of fish (Cyprinus carpio L.) and mollusk (Unio pictorum L.) in homeostasis of protein metabolism under the impact of 2 and 5 maximum permissible concentrations (MPC) of Mn2+, Zn2+, Cu2+ and Pb2+ ions was studied. Changes in the aspartate amino-transferase (AsAT) and alanine aminotransferase (AlAT) activity under toxic impact were species-specific and depend on nature and concentration of metal in water, tissular and cellular localization of enzymes. Impact of all metals, except for Cu, caused increase of mitochondrial AsAT activity in liver and muscles of carp. Exposure to sublethal concentrations of Zn2+, Cu2+, and Pb2+ ions also resulted in AsAT activation in the mitochondria of mollusk's tissues. AlAT activity in the cytoplasmic fraction of muscles and liver of both hydrobionts increased under the impact 5 MPC of all metal ions and decreased under 2 MPC. Changes of AlAT activity in mitochondria and AsAT in cytoplasm of both fish and mollusk under the impact of 2 MPC were multidirectional and determined by metal and its concentration. The transaminases' role in adaptation of the aquatic animals to the impact of heavy metal ions consists in redistribution of amino acid reserves in order to use some for ammonia detoxification (glutamate, aspartate), and others (keto acids) for energy producing to counteract the stress factor. Changes in transaminases' activity reflect the state of the organism under the impact of elevated concentrations of heavy metal ions, characterize degree of the considered hydrobionts resistance to pollution, and can also be used to predict changes in biocenoses in the contaminated areas.

Vegetation of the «Romanivka Mire» Botanical Nature Sanctuary of the National Importance (Kyiv, Ukraine) 国家重点植物自然保护区“罗曼尼夫卡沼泽”的植被(乌克兰基辅)

The paper is dealt with the study of vegetation of the «Romanivka mire» botanical nature sanctuary of the national importance. It has been found that its vegetation is represented by forest, aquatic, wetland, meadow, shrub, and ruderal phytocenoses. The syntaxonomic scheme, including 10 classes, 13 orders, 15 alliances, and 28 associations with their characteristics, is presented. The class Phragmito-Magnocaricetea occupies about 65-70 % of mire area and has the largest number of syntaxa and cenoflora species (15 associations and 81 species). The class Alnetea glutinosae covering about 15-20 % of mire territory is the second the most widespread syntaxon of plant communities. The habitats of plant communities within the territory of the mire are protected by the European Union Council Directive 92/43/EEC (N3150, N 3270, N 6430, andN 7140). The communities of the associations Lemnetum minoris, Lemno-Spirrodeletum, Lemnetum trisulcae, Calletum palustris, Lysimachio vulgaris-Filipenduletum, and Bidentetum cernuae are registered in these biotopes. Calla palustris, Veratrum lobelianum, and Menyanthes trifoliate are rare species for the city of Kyiv and the Kyiv region. Ostericum palustre is listed in the Appendix 1 of the Bern Convention.

The Concept of Hydroecosystems' Health (a Review) 水文生态系统健康的概念(综述)

The comprehensive analysis of the "hydroecosystems' health" concept was carried out; various views on this concept were considered in view of modern approaches to the natural water bodies' state assessment. The application of this concept in the monitoring programs and national legislation regarding the water resources' protection and management was analyzed. The evolution of the concept of "hydroecosystems' health" and search for indicators of its diagnostics was shown. The generalization of the analyzed information enabled to suggest the original definition of the concept of "hydroecosystems health", including all its aspects.

Impact of Natural Pest on the Invasive Species Pistia stratiotes in Water Bodies nearby Kyiv 基辅附近水体中自然有害生物对入侵种层状鱼的影响

In 2020, the mass development of the invasive species Pistia stratiotes occurred in the water bodies of the left-bank floodplain of the Dnieper River downstream Kyiv, the biomass reached 10 kg/m2. In 2021, in the same water bodies its biomass was significantly lower and amounted to 6-15% of the last year's, at this most specimens were damaged by the waterlily aphid Rhophalosiphum nymphaea. They looked supressed and had the yellowed leaves. The invasion intensity reached some hundred aphids per a Pistia specimen. The extensity of infestation was uneven: from 100% to 20% in the least affected clusters. On the whole, the portion of the damaged plants was about 70% of total numbers. The waterlily aphid is a widespread species in Ukraine and is a natural enemy of Pistia, which can serve as an effective mean of its control.

Bacterioplankton and Bacteriobenthos as Ecological Indicators of the Reservoirs' Ecology-Sanitary State and the Safety of Water Use 浮游细菌和底栖细菌作为水库生态卫生状况和用水安全的生态指标

Bacterioplankton and bacteriobenthos of the middle and lower sections of the Kyiv Reservoir, and the upper section of the Kaniv Reservoir was studied in July 2021 under abnormally high water and air temperatures. The average numbers of bacterioplankton were similarly high (Kyiv Reservoir 14.4 &#177; 6.2&#183;106 cells/cm3, Kaniv Reservoir - 17.6 &#177; 1.4&#183;106 cells/cm3), with wider range in the Kyiv Reservoir. The bacteriobenthos numbers was significantly higher in the upper section of the Kaniv Reservoir (Kyiv Reservoir - 8.8 &#177; 5.6&#183;109 cells/g, Kaniv Reservoir - 26.5 &#177; 6.2&#183;109 cells/g). Significant differences were found in numbers of different trophic groups: eutrophic and oligotrophic bacteria were more numerous in the Kaniv Reservoir; their ratio (EB/OB) was &#60;1 in the Kyiv Reservoir and &#62;1 in the Kaniv Reservoir. This indirectly indicates the predominance of easily oxidizable organic matter in the upper section of the Kaniv Reservoir under the point pollution of the section within the boundaries of the big city (Kyiv). The significant positive correlation (p&#60;0.01) was established between the eutrophic bacteria number in plankton and benthos and organic matters content (in terms of PO). According to the ecological classification of the surface waters' quality based on the of planktonic eutrophic bacteria numbers, the middle section of the Kyiv Reservoir belonged to the categories "very good" - "satisfactory", II, III quality classes, in the near-dam section - "bad" to "poor", IV and V quality classes. The considered sections of the Kaniv Reservoir corresponded to the "poor" category, class V. The content of the opportunistic microflora was maximal in the lower section of the Kyiv Reservoir (the main components were Escherichia coli & coliform and Staphylococcus spp.) and in the Obolon Bay of the Kaniv Reservoir (Enterococcus spp.).

Dynamics of Commercial Goby Species Populations and Their Harvest in the Tendra Gulf 坦德拉湾商业虾虎鱼种群动态及其收获

The article deals with dynamics of populations of the commercial gobies (round goby Neogobius melanostomus (Pallas, 1814), knout goby Mesogobius batrachocephalus (Pallas, 1814) and grass goby Zosterisessor ophiocephalus (Pallas, 1814)) in the Tendra Bay for the past 30 years. The habitat of knout goby in the open sea 15 km to the south of the Tendra Island was revealed, which is one of the main reserves of the species in the nort-western section of the Black Sea. Dimensional and weight parameters and age structure of the considered species over 1989-2001 in the Tendra Bay and of knout goby in 2019 in the specified locationwere examined; their comparative analysis was carried out.
