The integration of interactive learning technologies into traditional teaching methods has become increasingly important in the modern classroom. This paper examines the best practices for private higher education institutions to effectively integrate these technologies into their teaching methods. The paper provides a comprehensive overview of the benefits and challenges of using interactive learning technologies and offers strategies for selecting and implementing these technologies. The paper also includes case studies from private higher education institutions that have successfully integrated interactive learning technologies into their teaching methods. Altamart is a grocery store that serves buying and selling transactions for goods for daily needs. Altamart also provides various types of food and drinks such as snacks, bread, instant noodles, syrup, mineral water, and others. Altamart still uses manual tools for transactions in stores. Therefore, to develop technology, a Web-Based Application was designed to improve performance at the Altamart store. Simply using this application consumers can transact remotely, consumers can also find out the total price of goods to be purchased, consumers know the details of goods easily and billing records can be accessed via the internet and also consumers can choose various payment systems offered. In addition, consumers can also choose a home delivery service. So consumers can wait for the goods to be delivered to their destination without having to come to the store. However, it can only deliver within the surrounding area. Zaen Syariah Hotel still uses a conventional information system, which is less efective and ineffecient because it take a long time and requires data search in bookkeeping. In an effort to improve the design of the information system, imporovements need to be made to the manual room resevation administration and manual data management as well. The goal of designing this information system is to facilitate acces and data retrieval. By using the information system at zaen syariah hotel, the admin can easily an quickly navigate through the hotel’s information system. Attendance is the most crucial aspect for the company as it affects an employee's salary based on attendance data. Therefore, the presence of a real-time attendance system stored in a database is highly needed. The design of the employee attendance system utilizes the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method, which includes requirements planning, system design, development processes, and implementation. This method is employed to meet user needs and achieve desired outcomes.The result of the design for the employee attendance system is the utilization of RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) cards as a tool for attendance record. This study aims to determine the role of the data warehouse, data warehouse design, and analyze case studies from the of PT. Pos Indonesia. The data warehouse has an important role for a company in terms of storing and processing data automatically to assist companies in terms of finding data, managing data, making quality decisions and data consistency. As the need for practical data develops and is able to handle data with very large results and display historical data, it is therefore necessary to develop a database for PT. Pos Indonesia. This study is a file design activity from the information provided by the PT. Pos Indonesia. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method which is divided into several stages. The planning phase of the warehouse starts with the subject data warehouse, defines the data source, and steps to implement capabilities to create multidimensional data models in the form of star schemas, snowflake schematics and constellation diagram experts, ETL (Extract, Transform and Load) processes and report analysis. Reporting on the data warehouse information analysis process at the Post Shop PT. Pos Indonesia compiles the best sales information based on product type, the highest sales volume per customer and the highest sales volume based on time. The report analysis results are very useful for making data from 2014 and 2015

In order to better understand tax avoidance in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), this study will examine the elements that influence it. organizational size, leverage, profitability, sales growth, institutional ownership, and other variables are the aspects that are the subject of this research on capital identity. Leverage is identified as a mediating variable in the relationship between these factors and tax avoidance. The population in this study were 398 companies. The sampling method used was purposive sampling and obtained 35 companies that became the object of research. This study aimed 1) to find out how to design Android -based English learning media on descriptive text material, 2) to determine the feasibility of Android -based English learning media on descriptive text material at MTS N 2 Surakarta. This study used research and development (R & D) research methods with the research procedure model proposed by Dick and Carey and the ADDIE model consisting of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. Data collection techniques were through interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. Feasibility validation was carried out by media experts, material experts, and English teachers from MTs N 2 Surakarta. Data analysis was using a Likert scale to determine the percentage score of the media feasibility and passes black box testing. The results of this study were 1) to produce an Android -based English learning media on descriptive text material. From the results of the black box testing carried out, the learning media could be operated properly on Android smartphones according to their needs and functions, 2) the feasibility of Android . based English learning media on descriptive text material according to the assessment of media experts was to get a feasibility percentage of 76% with a feasible category, assessment from material experts was to get a feasibility percentage of 82% with a very decent category, and the feasibility assessment by ant English teacher at MTs N 2 Surakarta was to get a feasibility percentage of 80% with a decent category.
