Аннотация. Статья посвящена современному состоянию уголовно-правовой политики противодействия преступлениям против собственности. Анализируются ее основные направления, такие как правотворчество и правоприменение. Автором исследуются вопросы унификации и дифференциации уголовной ответственности за преступления против собственности. Сделан вывод об отсутствии единообразного подхода к конструированию уголовно-правовых запретов, предусматривающих уголовную ответственность за посягательство на чужую собственность. The article is devoted to the current state of the criminal law policy of counteracting crimes against property. The focus is made on its main directions, such as law-making and law enforcement. The issues of unification and differentiation of criminal liability for crimes against property are under study. The author draws the conclusion that no unified approach is used when producing criminal law prohibitions criminalizing encroachment on someone else's property.

The automatic fixation of administrative offenses in the field of road traffic has been applied in Rus sia since the entry into force of the Federal Law No. 210-FZ of June 24, 2007 “On Amendments to the Code of the Russian Federation on Administrative Offenses”. A new way to identify and fix administrative offenses has caused a number of legal and organizational problems. One of them is the definition of legal criteria, which should correspond to the detected offenses in automatic mode. The article proposes four criteria, the main one of which should be the public danger of an offense. The use of a simplified procedure for administrative offenses and minimal punishment should be limited.

The article is devoted to determining the factors affecting the value of expenditures for pre-trial proceedings in the multi-subject (complicated) criminal cases. As a preliminary investigation of the criminal cases in this category facing difficulties criminal law, criminalistics, investigative, organizational and criminal procedure character, extent increase the financial costs of production in such cases. Identified and justified of the necessity of recognition of such factors constant over-spending in the amount of variable costs multiplied by the number of accused and the number of crimes in each specific criminal case.

The paper discusses the fundamental principles of personal data processing enshrined in EU Regulation No. 2016/679: legality, fairness, and transparency; purpose limitation; data minimization; accuracy; storage limitation; integrity and confidentiality; responsibility (accountability). The need to study and implement the requirements outlined in the regulations is related to the extraterritorial nature of its operation and the potential possibility of extending its operation to Russian companies providing services and selling goods in the European Union countries. The Author gives comments regarding each principle on the difficulties of implementation and recommendations on their application, as well as some critical comments. The Author covers the disclosure of each of the principles in other articles of the Regulations and demonstrates the interaction of these principles with each other.
