Kasiyan Timur Village, Puger District, is one of the villages that is very close to the center of the fish auction. In Kasiyan Timur Village, there is a group of housewives who make besek fish who share their problems with us. Their four problems. 1. The number of production results that do not meet expectations, in quantity cannot meet the daily target 2. Product quality is fragile and not precise. 3. Stagnant from scientific development, especially from the production side. 4. Want broader marketing reach. The solution we provide for this problem is in the form of training in marketing management and production management with the following main topics: increasing productivity with modern production tools towards production quantities that meet expectations. Utilization of modern production tools to produce quality products. Utilizing technology to increase knowledge towards intelligent human resources. Personal selling by implementing pick-up balls and utilizing social media as a marketing tool. Results of community service activities: 1. Able to read marketing opportunities via Facebook and Instagram. 2. Be more open with various knowledge in producing a product, the point is that they are currently very much utilizing YouTube and Google and social media in order to gain knowledge to facilitate their business, especially the science of producing. Already know and have bought a bamboo splitter at Tokopedia. It has been able to increase the quantity of production and maintain its quality, of course, because it has implemented production tools that are quite modern and make it very easy

In the current era of globalization, almost all daily activities have begun to include the use of English, so it is considered necessary to have English language skills. Seeing this condition, English learning began to be given at a low level in formal education, namely elementary school. The same is the case with the English Time activities implemented at SDN Sugerkidul 3 by the Jember Collaborative KKN Group 220. This activity was carried out with the aim of introducing basic knowledge in English to students of SDN Sugerkidul 3. This research was conducted using descriptive qualitative methods because researchers try to describe the phenomena in the field broadly and thoroughly. Based on several considerations that have been made, this English Time activity is implemented using poster media and songs to make it easier for students to absorb and understand the learning provided during the activity. The media posters and songs are also expected to be used regularly and continuously by SDN Sugerkidul 3 itself. This English Time activity was also carried out because English is a subject that has just been added to the learning curriculum at SDN Sugerkidul 3. Abstract This research aims to improve the career maturity of students of SMK Yosonegoro in Magetan Regency, East Java. Career maturity is the readiness of individuals to face the tasks of career development according to their stage of development. However, some students of SMK Yosonegoro face challenges related to career maturity. To overcome this problem, the researchers conducted community service activities that included several stages, namely: interviewing BK and 2 students to obtain initial data on the problems faced by students; giving a career maturity scale consisting of 33 items to 16 grade 12 students as a sample to measure their level of career maturity before and after participating in psychoeducation; providing psychoeducation on career maturity that contains material on career maturity strategies and raising awareness about careers in the future for students; and analysis of post-test data using Excel to find the average and standard deviation to determine the category range of low, medium, and high on the post-test results. From the results of the post-test data analysis, it was found that most students (12 people) had a moderate level of career maturity, only one person had a low level of career maturity, and three people had a high level of career maturity. This shows that the psychoeducation given has a positive impact on increasing students’ career maturity.Thus, it can be concluded that this community service activity successfully helped students of SMK Yosonegoro in improving their career maturity according to their stage of career development. Pace is one of nine coffee production villages from Silo District, Jember. Most of the villager occupation is coffee farmers, the harvest season comes once a year and the quality of the harvest really depends on the number of heavy rains throughout the year, besides the heavy rain, the farmers also need some sunlight during the dry season to dry the coffee and prevent it from rotting. Bricket is a mix of coffee peel and wood powder that has calor level at 4923,9 kkal/ kg, The procedure of making a high quality Bricket from coffee peel required some specific steps. Bricket has several benefits, such as reducing the bio toxic waste by compressing the plant or woods leftovers and turning it into a solid and efficient fuel. The sale price of coffee waste usually has a low number, so in order to gain the profit up to 15% with the sale price up to Rp. 12,500/ kg, the coffee waste needs to be turned into bricket. This Bricket processing would attract huge benefits than selling the unprocessed Coffee waste that only gives the farmer around Rp. 8,000 for each sack.

Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat kali ini dilakukan di “Rey Concept Interior & Eksterior” yang beralamat di Jl. Manggar gang Kelapa, Kelurahan Gebang, Kecamatan Patrang, Kabupaten Jember. Tujuan pelaksanaan kegiatan ini adalah: 1) Untuk membantu pemasaran produk dan usaha “Rey Concept Interior & Eksterior”melalui beberapa media sosial. 2) Untuk membantu “Rey Concept Interior & Eksterior” dalam memperbaiki laporan keuangan selama menjalankan usaha mebel dan design interior &eksterior. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan yaitu dengan melakukan pendampingan dan pembelajaran pada “Rey Concept Interior & Eksterior”, membuatkan akun-akun di media sosial seperti Facebook, Instagram dan TikTok sebagai media promosi digital agar “Rey Concept Interior & Eksterior” tidak hanya di kenal oleh masyarakat Kelurahan Gebang, namun juga di kenal oleh seluruh lapisan masyarakat. Hasil dari pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian ini yaitu “Rey Concept Interior & Eksterior” kini telah memiliki akun di beberapa media sosial untuk mempromosikan produk mebel dan usaha jasa design interior dan eksteriornya. Dan dari promosi digital tersebut, saat ini “Rey Concept Interior & Eksterior” sudah mendapat pesanan mebel dari kabupaten-kabupaten tetangga seperti Bondowoso dan Lumajang. Sedangkan untuk laporan keuangan, setelah adanya pendampingan perbaikan pelaporan keuangan, saat ini laporan keuangan “Rey Concept Interior & Eksterior” lebih sistematis dan akuntable.

Mandala College of Economics has long collaborated with the Jember Job Training Center (BLK). In early February 2022, a one-month training was held with a focus on training on Entrepreneurship. We saw a very interesting phenomenon from their enthusiasm in pioneering and running a business with enthusiasm and they (trainees) were very enthusiastic about participating in the training and asked a lot of questions and discussions. The core problems of the training participants include: 1. determining the right amount of product to be produced; 2. The increase in the price of feed resulted in an increase in the selling price of the eggs produced; 3. Online merchants have many competitors as well as their consumers who are already good at making direct purchases in marketplaces such as Shopee and Tokopedia; 4. Problems in marketing their services due to the many competitors, especially in the world of servicing motorcycles, cellphones, computers and so on. The results of this service include entrepreneurship training participants who have been able to apply the Monte Carlo technique, are able to calculate whether to buy or make related feed, have understood the importance of cooperation and strategies to shorten distribution channels in order to get a relatively cheap price, and finally the trainees have been able to apply personal selling and implementing excellent service for their customers, this is evident from the increase in their sales.

This Community Service aims to add value to the Tofu produced by Mr. Tomo's family from Pomo Hamlet, Ampel Village, Wuluhan District, Jember Regency. This home industry did not yet recognize the importance of product innovation, how to innovate on products, and the implementation of marketing through product packaging in a more attractive manner. In addition, operations and business records had not been carried out in an accountable manner, so that the maximum production capacity had not been achieved. Cost of Goods Sold was calculated simply and potentially inaccurate because it was not properly recorded. Activities were carried out through product innovation counseling; assistance in making packaging designs, both from the type of container and logo; as well as assistance on how to make Tofu Kress as a result of innovation. The next activity was carried out through Business Analysis, both from the production and financial aspects, to be able to find out the allocation of capital and profits generated after the innovation of “Tahu Kress”. As a result, Mr. Tomo's family significantly understands the importance of product innovation, was able to implement value added to Tofu products by making Tofu Kress, placing it in containers with up-to-date designs, and conducting business analysis on production and financial aspects to develop the production of Tofu in a sustainable manner.

Tobacco has an important role in the socio-economic life of the community, such as the state in the form of tax revenues and foreign exchange earnings, employment, income of farmers, laborers, and traders, as well as income. But on the other hand, under the pretext of health, tobacco development and trade began to face opposition which was legalized through regulations. This has an impact on the sustainability of tobacco farming which in turn has an impact on the welfare of farmers. This paper aims to discuss the prospects and challenges faced by tobacco farmers in Kedung Sumur Hamlet, Jambe Arum Puger Village. In addition, tobacco farmers face problems: the marketing system in terms of branding, in terms of the capital side of the business. Generation Z is a person born between 1995 and 2010. Generation Alpha is a person born after 2011. We predict that in the future there will be a super tight selection in the placement of workers. It is very important to develop soft skills and hard skills for the younger generation, especially Generation Z and Alpha. This service is in response to a phenomenon in society in Gumukmas Village, Jember, especially elementary, middle and high school children who are not so familiar with the use of information technology. The conclusion of this service was that they stated that after being given training they had started to get used to using computers. Starting to have an interest in exploring various software, especially those needed in the world of work. The point is that this study group already has the enthusiasm to develop science in the field of ICT because they are aware that as Generation Z and Alpha they must start getting used to being familiar with computers from an early age. Suggestions from the results of this dedication: Mastering ICT requires patience and must be continuous in learning it. Remember that learning ICT is a multilevel knowledge, so you must be patient to learn from the lowest level. Slow down and enjoy the learning process, don't be shy to ask.

Sistem yang mulai perlahan beradaptasi dengan penduduk di negara Indonesia khususnya perlahan jatuh akibat dampak dari pandemic covid-19 yang menghancurkan segala jenis aktivitas ekonomi dan bisnis. Salah satu yang paling terasa adalah Usaha Jasa Cuci Sepatu “SHOES OLD FOOTWEAR” milik pak Jun yang bertempat di Jl. PB Sudirman RT. 03/ RW. 015 Desa Tanggul Kulon Kecamatan Tanggul. Disamping terkena dampak pandemic covid-19, laju pertumbuhan usaha ini dibilang lambat. Kurangnya promosi yang digunakan, belum beralihnya sistem yang digunakan dari konvensional ke digital, dan juga proses akhir yang di berikan kepada pelanggan yang terkesan sederhana dan apa adanya membuat tidak ada nilai unggul yang ditawarkan dari usaha jasa cuci sepatu milik pak Jun.
